Positive experience: The store was closed in working hours [ with a paper sign hand written saying we open at 5:30pm ] on May 13th 2024 , the employe in turn was way too natural , so natural that they forget you are providing costumer service and you are not suppouse to act that way with costumers. Game stop is not dying because of the lack of deals or good prices if not for the quality of their employees. 3 starts because the manager is cool the older gentleman they had working ... 1 star

Fantastic experience: Went here for with a friend for the Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom midnight release. Great service. Was able to secure an amiibo, preorder bonus, pro controller, and the coveted collector’s edition with their help.

Fantastic experience: The service here is wonderful. Very knowledgeable staff who answered a lot of questions patiently and thoroughly. The gentleman helped me renew my membership as well as get me a good deal. Hidden gem in a large plaza. Store has very good selection!! If you want quality used games for inexpensive pricing, this is a great place to go. Trade in for Store purchases are fairly done. Thank you for a positive experience.

Negative experience: THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS!! Pre Ordered the new Story of Seasons game for the switch MONTHS AGO and went in to pick it up and they told me THEY DID NOT HAVE THE COPY FOR THE GAME. THEY ONLY WANTED TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND NOT A COPY OF THE GAME I PAID TO PRE ORDER. DO NOT PRE ORDER GAMES WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!

Negative experience: I went to this store on 2/10 at 8:42pm - to inquire regarding the PS5 console (since I'm considering buying one) The second I set my foot into the store, the gentleman at the register told me that they were closed and that if I have a question, I needed to do it quickly because the line was full (there were three people already in line) - I don't understand what makes your staff believe that this is an appropriate way of treating a potential customer. Your store was not closing until 9pm and hence, your door should remain open until said time. This type of attitude makes people feel not welcome and more importantly, hurts your ability to do business.

Negative experience: Went to buy a shirt, sign says 5 dollars, came up to 15 dollars. Guy didn’t honor the price , more than 8 T-shirts on the same spot. And I literally was about to buy 2 PS5 headphones and a Mario Mug. But since the guy was too busy trying to prove a point by not honoring the price and needed a power trip y’all lost a customer. Yea, not coming back. Not the same. Years ago they would’ve honor the price, tell me which headphones were the best and talk about video games✌

Negative experience: Love GameStop but at this location they don’t know how to handle returns at all. Dominic and Andrew both gave me a hard time trying to return things already approved for return by GameStop.com. They tried to say they couldn’t take the products back because they were opened or damaged. Well geniuses, why do you think I was returning them? That’s how they came in the mail from GameStop. Thankfully GameStop customer service is a lot better than these two chuckleheads and I could just mail the things back.

Negative experience: I bought a console on 10/21/2021 for a ps5 special event. The bundle that was being sold was for $739.00 and the system warranty was optional (an additional $49.99 plus taxes) The GameStop at jacaranda plaza was including the warranty on all 65 ps5 consoles for the event automatically and were not giving the customers the option to decline or accept the warranty. When it was my turn to pay I ask the guy if I could remove the warranty he told me that it was part of the bundle and couldn’t be removed which was not true. I asked my brother how his experience had been as he had bought the same bundle as me in Miami-Dade county and they had provided him a flyer where it showed that the warranty was optional. My brother had sent me a picture of his receipt where it furthered proof my suspicions. I went back to the store and spoke to the same guy and his response was that “in order to be fair” they had included it to everyone and that I was the only one that had requested my money back. In all honesty that is called abusing of the ignorance of consumers and banking on $3,476 ($53 warranty with taxes x 65 consoles) on the sale of the warranty from the poor souls that were not informed customers… definitely they are not transparent and will take you for a ride f you let them please be wary and informed as they will abuse

Negative experience: Sold me a fake game and then told me I can't get a refund cause it's "two generations old" when 3ds was last Gen. Which is weird because they're selling ps3 and 360 games when that was two gens old yet they take refunds on that. Never coming back. This was my goto Gamestop. Oh well. Hope this one closes down. Also, the person was Sydney who sold me the fake game. Watch out for her.

Fantastic experience: The store attendants at this location were very helpful and friendly and were willing to take time to guide me with the type of game that would match my preference. At every location that I have been to the attendants always seem so proud of working at a Gamestop. They knew details about every game in the store and had actually played just about every single one of the games with in their inventory. They really took the time to explain about the rewards membership. The store was very clean and there's always a clearance section to shop for when I'm on a budget. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been frequenting this location for several years, but in the last few months, I've noticed a significant upswing in positivity there. The manager Matthew was a wonderful help to me, and he seems to be doing great things for the store when it comes to customer service. It's the best I've ever seen from this location. They care for their regulars, and anyone else who comes into the store. They have my continued business.
