Positive experience: Not gonna lie, the controller’s been pretty solid so far. It works well and I haven’t had any issues since I got it on Christmas. I do think it’s overpriced though — it feels more like a $50–$60 controller. It’s not bad at all, just pricey for what it is.

Negative experience: Ordered a controller. Didn’t have shipping issue like others. I got express shipping. Controller was about 300$ had stick drift basically when I got it. Was very noticeable by a couple days. Which if you ask me is a complete waste of money and time. And for how much they cost is completely wild. High price low quality. Good luck. Negative experience: Bought the controller and immediately had to send it back for an issue with a trigger, 6 months later the controller starts failing, heavy stick drift and buttons don’t register, I wouldn’t buy another one from them

Fantastic experience: I've got nothing bad to say it's a pretty cool design. Looks and feels good, the mouse click triggers take a bit to get use to and the grips are of good quality, but it's the best $200+ I've spent for my PS5 and I would definitely buy them again, the only issue I've had which doesn't change the stars I'm giving is that the MZ app glitches out and disconnects the profile I'm using, which is annoying but not a terrible thing it comes with Bluetooth connections. So 5/5 stars for this the controller and would recommend others the controller for just the facts it feels good

Another reason My first controller ran out of warranty so I couldn’t fix the L2 button that was messed up from my strength lol

Positive experience: I'm sharing details with the MZ App. It's pretty buggy. Running the app makes my phone screen glitch out, about 30% of the time. If I leave the app open, it seems to run fine, but shutting it down and restarting is not 100% user friendly. Just got this controller, trying to figure out what the best settings are for the games I play. Seems ok so far. Really wonder how it doesn't pick up on anti-cheat.

Fantastic experience: Still learning and getting use to the new controller. For the most part, it’s the best investment I've have made for my gaming experience. It’s like using a keyboard and mouse. Negative experience: I’m actually really disappointed I bought this controller for the auto green function paid like $350.00 for it to not work I’ve spent hours adjusting and tweaking to try to make it right and it doesn’t work controllers cool looking but mods aren’t even worth it I bought every mod function as well even for COD it’s better for COD but useless for 2k which is primarily what I wanted to use it for

Negative experience: Has to be fake reviews on here. Look at their instagram page. Every comment section showing people with the same issues as me. Controller shows up and doesn't even work. And because I missed their arbitrary 14 day time window to return for a refund, they refuse anything other than a replacement. Why would I want a replacement for a product that sucks? All I wanted was a refund and to return it. Also, customer service was unhelpful and snarky. Terrible company. Avoid at all cost.

Fantastic experience: Just received a controller I ordered from ModdedZone. Was a bit hesitant at first, but after calling customer service, and speaking with Sam, I decided to disregard the reviews and give them a try. Sam was very helpful and understanding with my interest, and concerns. He was very professional, and very detailed in providing me the answers to all my questions. It is confirmed that they use brand new controllers. Not only brand new controllers, but also the latest version of controllers. If you don’t know the most current version of controllers from PlayStation is version 5, or 5th generation. The internal board from the latest model of Dual Sense controllers is BDM-050, and was very pleased to find that they use brand new latest version controllers. The controller came exactly how I ordered it, but there’s room for more mods I’d like to add. Thankfully, ordering a controller from ModdedZone, you have the option to send the controller back to add more mods, like hair trigger buttons, different shells, buttons etc. I’d highly recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a controller from ModdedZone, and will be doing so myself… Again. Sam, thank you again for making me a believer.

Fantastic experience: The first thing that I can say once I open the box and I grabbed the controller and I put it in my hand. It was wow this feels great. It’s sturdy. The paddles in the back are amazing the economic feel of it. it’s feels secure. After a few hours playing I was really impressed how non-fatigue my hands were I could play longer quicker and more aggressive. the paddles in the button feel awesome. These guys really did a great job for the price that it is it really feels like a way more specific controller. Do not waste your money anywhere else. Trust modded zone these guys are the best

Negative experience: UK Customer. Order #49685 I made a big mistake of purchasing a modded controller for my Son's birthday from this company. When it arrived it wasn't working, by pressing the square button it disconnected from the PS5, it was pretty much useless. I emailed many times, tried support through website, and sent videos of the problem. They advertise a warranty but don't back it up with any action. I have now tried to speak to someone for 2 weeks and have had nothing back. I've had to try to get my money back through PayPal. A complete waste of time and money and a son with no birthday present. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Negative experience: Ordered a custom controller with magnetic sticks, and both had severe stick drift. i returned it for repair, paying for shipping and insurance, and when returned still had issue. returned it for a 2nd time , and again came back with issues, but this time, with severe slow turn. rather than pay to ship it back a 3rd time, took it to a local game repair shop i've used before, and they stated it was an issue with the motherboard. Now, i'm out a $200+ controller.
