Negative experience: There have been two instances where I have driven here to find a sign on the door that says the worker is on a break for an hour. Today it said “On break until 5:50pm”. This location is only open 12-6 on Sunday (which is when I came to shop), you’re telling me they can’t have an employee work a six hour shift without a break? And the worker is going to return to work 10 mins before they close? Why isn’t there another employee to keep the store open DURING OPERATIONAL HOURS. Wish this wasn’t the closest location to me because it sucks.
Fantastic experience: We've been in here a few times, and José has always taken care of us. Knowledgeable. Kind. And if he doesn't know something, he asks around for us. Thank you!!!
Negative experience: If you try to resell a brand new video game that cost around 70$ they only give back 2.50$ for it and that’s what happened. Then with that video game they take it and pretend to sell it as brand new, these guys are shameless. In other stores they could give more quality service and don’t try steal your money

Negative experience: Yesterday I went to trade in my PS4 and two games and to buy the PS5, but the employee didn’t accept the trade and the purchase because I didn’t had my HDMI Cable . They lost a $500 sale for a HDMI Cable, that was stupid not to accept the deal for a cable that cost like $2.

Negative experience: Sadly I had to give it one start cause with cero wouldn’t let me give it a review. The guy there “John” according to the receipt was extremely rude, not only because he completely ignored my son and I when we walked in and for the next 5 minutes we had to wait there when they was only one costumer in the store. But he also slammed the game my 8 years old son was buying, in the counter. Horrible experience for my son and I after he waited for so long for that game.

Negative experience: This Company's customer service has declined over the years. Specifically this store. I had many bad experiences with them for example. Buying damaged pre-owned games, on Pre-order games there is always an issue UPS truck broke or their answer something happens, we are expecting a delay. I understand that! But not a courtesy call regarding this issue. I would save time and gas. They used to call you and let you know that the game arrived. They don't do that anymore, though they said they still do it. Rarely anyone answer any phone calls. Employees are nice and always helping the customer but supervisors are very rude to them and also to the customer. I'm very disappointed as for me I won't be coming to this store ever again.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this location and will never go there again after the service I was provided. I went to my neighborhood store for a release of a game, my location did not have the game. They provided me with the address of this location I proceeded to drive to this location which was 20 minutes out of my way. I arrive the location 40 minutes before closing at 8:20 pm. I got to the counter at 8:30 pm and proceeded to tell the team member Gennesis that I wanted to trade in some games as they had an offer for an extra 30% trade in credit towards Elden ring the game In question. With out even taking a look at the games, she refused to take the trade ins. When I asked why she informed me that since it is 30 minutes before closing she cannot do the trade ins as she would have to add it to the inventory as well. I was very upset as I had to come completely out of pocket to pay for the game when my trades in would of covered the whole ticket price. I had no choice but to purchase the game at that location as I had already gone out of my way to get there. I have never had a problem with gamestop, as a matter of fact I've been a customer since 2012 and have never had a problem with gamestop until I visited that location. To say the least I will never be going back to that location again. I want to continue to be a Gamestop customer but something has to be done about this before what happened to me happens to someone else.

Negative experience: The store took a dump after they changed up the managers! The service has tanked an the new people don’t seem to know what they are doing. No one greats you when you walk in the store anymore. There’s no one on one connection. They must be there for a paycheck only. I see the store closing within a year or so.

Cuando entre en la tienda los estaban cambiando . unos días después quise utilizar el código que biene en el juego de descuento me doy cuenta que lo que estaba haciendo ese día era quitárselos. No vuelvo a comprar en este sitio me cobran mucho más caro que en otros lados y le quitan el código que por derecho es tullo pésimo el dueño de este local .

Positive experience: I am very disappointed about Gamestop for not having a bathroom. Every time I go there guess what. There isn't one. I get so mad that they have no bathroom and sometimes I get the thought of suing Gamestop but nah. I think not. Al the kids won't be able to buy games but if they don't have a bathroom the next Gamestop I see I'm going to buy a RPG and blow it up then I'm going to sue it. I'm tired of going to Gamestop and having to dish Gamestop, make a bathroom or else.

Fantastic experience: I recently had some really bad experience dealing gamestops online service and customer service is not helpful I came to this store and the last of my issues were resolved and even a mistake the clerk made fixed it for me Rodrigo and I hope I get her name right Melissa they are great team and focused on Customer satisfaction I didn't get to use a five dollar coupon off a purchase because can't use two of the same in one transaction also I had asked for certain limited edition which I used my points to purchase 40 to be exact so I called and said hey the game you gave me was wrong how can we go about this knowing my situation already hours for weeks with game stop online they refunded me in a gift card and gave me five dollars on a purchase for the five dollar coupon I didn't get to use also another employee there when I get the name I shall update this review I dealt with god if war black Friday special canceled 2 times on me after the first time the apartment was taken off the order by gamestops own app when I did the order I was honored the price of 19.99 just 2 more but better than waiting just to be told again your order was canceled . This store surely cares about it's customers.
