They did have pokemon cards we were looking for, and the have us the proper discounts for being a member even on ps store cards, we didn't know you could apply then to. We will be back

Positive experience: Up-to-date games and for Xbox, Ps4, and, Nintendo Switch/Wii U/Wii with accessories for the consoles and all. The only thing dropping this review down to 4 stars is how the store deals with trade-ins. The pay for a console or game that is turned in is far too low even for a brand new game in mint condition.

Negative experience: I dont know how is this company still open . I went for an exchange and I was denied for an exchange for a different product , it has not been more than 2 weeks and I cant return a perfect unused product , that is great customer service . What a joke .
