Negative experience: Tienen un dependiente que no se si es mudo o maleducado,yo creo que lo segundo,entre en la tienda le di los buenos dias......no me contesto, le entregue el producto que quería me lo cobro y tampoco me dijo ni media palabra,ni gracias, ni si tenis membresia ,,nada de nada....educación cero para el muchacho ALEJANDRO.......se verán horrorres.

Negative experience: I bought a pre-owned PS4 Controller a this location but after 3 days the controller was not working as I expected. I returned to the store to return the controller and received terrible service. My original form of payment was cash and I had the receipt they lied saying they can’t give me cash only store credit which was false. After calling customer service and waiting 1 hour and a half at the store back they finally decided to return my money. They said it was a fraud alert but I was just stereotyped for no reason. Definitely not doing business with this store again.

Negative experience: I used to love this place but a few months there's a new manager that is not friendly at all.

Negative experience: Been visiting most of the GameStop in South FL. This by far was the worst one. Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful young man. I’ve been 3 times and have had the same experience. Extremely unfortunate as this is a busy area.

Negative experience: I'm here waiting outside in the car currently and every time I go ( which is almost never ) their opening time always changed and it's closest to home. I find it unconvinient it opens at 12pm but others more further are open. Like c'mon bro I'm in a hurry

Negative experience: Honestly I never do this but Danny need some more guest oriented training, I understand some of your guest might come 30-20mn before close but that shouldn’t make your teammate subpar, and borderline rude. I’m not so sure I’m returning to this GameStop and I’ve been a pro member since 2012.

Negative experience: Ordered online never ship the items. Then order for pick up they closed 40mins ealier than they supposed to. Interesting.

Fantastic experience: Miles is amazing, great service super knowledgeable, def worth going to this game stop, if you have questions about your PS5 and other consoles. Thank you Miles for all your help and incredible gaming knowledge.

Fantastic experience: It's always great passing by this store. One of their employees, Tito goes beyond what's expected of him, providing good recommendations and knowledge of products. You'll recognize him instantly as he wears a white Mario hat and is always happy and engaging customers.

Negative experience: Super weak selection with even weaker service, bearded guy with glasses behind the counter was dismissive and rude. I'll just go to the other ones nearby.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff. Everyone is super helpful and LGBTQ friendly. One of the employee there especially, Tito, went out of his way to provide a safe gay environment for me even though I'm not gay (I like to wear salmon shirts). Overall good experience, definitely visiting again!

Negative experience: Phones don't work or employees don't care to answer. I've called 11 times, each time it rings and rings but nobody ever answers until the machine tells u to call back cause everyone's too busy. Update; After arriving in person I walk into a store with nobody attending the front and it was empty with no customers so they certainly were not "too busy" to answer phone calls. After standing around someone emerges from the back and asks what do I need, I say I'm looking for a particular item, the employee disappears and comes back to let me know they don't have it. Overall a very inconvenient and unprofessional experience. Looks like a store ran by teenagers not professionals
