Negative experience: La señora Jessica me trató de la peor forma es de todo lo malo que pueda ser un ser humano no deje que este tipo de personas arruinen tan buen negocio por favor

Negative experience: I purchased a PS Portal and was enrolled in a Pro membership that I didn't ask for, and was not told anything about. After I got an email about the auto-renewing membership, I went back to get it canceled and refunded, but was told they were unable to do so because it wasn't showing up in the system yet, and that I needed to come back after 24 hours. Let's see if they honor that when I return. This is a very shady business practice. I will certainly avoid shopping at GameStop.

Negative experience: Horrible experiencia!!! A nadie le recomiendo comprar en esta tienda, mucho menos si la trabajadora que te va a atender se llama Jessica. Compré un juego Nuevo de play 4 ,lo compré pagando la garantía. Al no funcionar lo quise regresar 5 horas después de haberlo comprado y Jessica que fue la que me lo vendió no me lo quiso aceptar incluso teniendo mi garantía en mi comprobante no me lo quiso cambiar por uno nuevo, y mucho menos devolverme el dinero que era 36.36 usd en total pues ya yo habia abierto el juego (Cosa que ella nunca me informó a la hora de vendermelo ),me sentí estafada y además me trató con una actitud pésima y maleducada.Le pedí hablar con su superior y llamó a una compañera de trabajo por teléfono llamada Leyla haciéndose pasar por su jefa.Tengo videos del maltrato que recibí y del comprobante que demuestra que hacía solo 5 horas lo había comprado y que había pagado 3.99 por la garantía. Estuve 2 horas dentro de la tienda tratando de encontrar una solución porque yo no podía perder mi dinero y nunca recibí ayuda de su parte . Luego me dirigi a la otra sucursal que tienen dentro del propio Dolphin mall y la experiencia fue todo lo opuesto.Esta vez si me sentí atendida y escuchada .Les comenté lo que me había sucedido y me cambiaron enseguida el juego.Gracias Jenn ! Muy buen servicio y amabilidad. Cualidades que debería tener toda persona que trabaje en Customer Service . Con esta reseña les dejo saber mi amarga experiencia y sepan que estas actitudes de sus malos trabajadores como Jessica solo los hace quedar mal y mancha la imagen no solo de esa tienda,sino de la compañía Game Stop en general. Y hace que pierdan clientes ! AHI NO COMPRO MAS !!!

Mi experiencia ha sido de lo peor, compré un juego ps5 y no funciona, volví para que me lo cambien pero no me lo reconocieron, pedí hablar con dueños o encargados y no me dieron soluciones, básicamente me vendieron algo que no funciona y perdí mi dinero, también me maltrataron los empleados por insistir en que me den una solución, no volveré nunca más a esta tienda.

Positive experience: Small store, not much to offer at this location. We went to find a game for our Nintendo Switch OLED, but there were very few games. We ended up buying a gift card to buy a game, or two, online. They staff were super friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: They have q good variety of game related products and a few good deals but the service from the attendants (to be fair, one of them.. I can't say about the others, but it was who assisted me) is horrible. I felt some kind of lazyness or even disrespect from one of the staff when I visited it. I asked for a product, which they showed me. When I asked for the price they did not even bother to check it. They said it was expensive, over some $ (they even mentioned a value over the MSRP). It would be simpler and respectfully to just check and inform the price. I could decide whether it is expensive or not. I didn't even insist and went to purchase it somewhere else.

Positive experience: Ok place...nice collectibles..decent selection of Xbox games..one thing I don't like is that when you pick a game you have to bring the used empty case to the counter and they place the game disk inside the case from a drawer...I would rather buy my games from Best buy where they are sealed in their case and shrink wrapped and in a strong plastic security case.

Positive experience: Great place to visit. This is one of two GameStops at Dolphin Mall. This one located by the food court is small, but had plenty of items for sale. Staff is attentive and friendly. Look for specials and clearance items. If you buy alot from here, it's worth the membership, especially $5 monthly coupon.

Negative experience: In 9th of August 2022 I was there and the stuff named brayn he was very rude and un respected me I was in the line and i ask him that i want to buy ps4 vr camera its in the shelf and it was locked he ask me to wait till he finishe from th customer after long time he didn't respecte me and ask to stay in the line again very bad experience with this nice store i think you need to choose a good stuff that give attention and respect people

Gamestop es de esas tiendas donde puedes conseguir videojuegos nuevos y de segunda mano en excelente estado para cualquier tipo de consola.

Negative experience: This place makes me feel uncomfortable and comfortable sometimes and the reason why is because there is some employees that work there that are not helpful and are not so friendly.For example sometimes they don’t help me exchanging some defective game cases when clearly I have the receipt and hasn’t been 30 days. Then there are some employees that are really nice and would help me out whenever i need to exchange some defective game cases with the receipt before 30 days! I really wished that mostly all the employees in this specific location are more helpful and friendly but for now I’m not returning back to that store. Anyways getting a game there is never a problem until today I went and an employee named Anuor didn’t want to look up any MLB games for me on the computer which is strange because I’ve been to a lot of GameStop’s and they all lookup the games I ask for to see if they are out of stock or in stock but this employee didn’t help me on that part and just said sorry that’s the MLB games we have. I had gotten 1 MLB game which was MLB The Show 11 which I approached to the cashier and paid and I said do you have any other MLB games in stock that I could get in the store and said nope sorry can’t help you without even looking up to see any in stock MLB Games. Well I’m done writing this review finally and let me say that this type of employees just make me not want to come back and make me want to go to another Gamestop that treats me 100 times better than this location. I’m only shopping there again if I see helpful and friendly employees that want to help me on exchanging games and telling what items are in stock, not refusing for what I like to shop.So for now this is will be a 3 star review since it’s good and bad sometimes which it shouldn’t be like this at all, it should be always good not bad!
