Negative experience: Opens at 11, but the employees are on a break at 1120? Make that make sense, i guess. But wow, this store is a mess. I can understand why the game stop is failing if all their locations look like this one. Bums are sleeping in front of the store, which isn't their fault, but just another reason I would make the drive to somewhere else to purchase game products.

Negative experience: This is a ZERO star GameStop, went in for a return and got denied simply because their numbers will get messed up by having returns, That is not ok you should always take care of the customer regardless how its effecting their end of day numbers, I get it I worked at retail stores for many years and you want to look good for corporate, But still what's right is right and they should have helped me. Terrible customer service terrible store. Also, when I have bought games at this store before, employees try to sneak in that game warranty without telling you and that not ok. Overall, never going to this store again even though it's the closest one to my house.

Negative experience: Came up there to claim a warranty on my controller and was continuously given faulty controllers up until i just ended up buying a new one. Not only were the controllers terrible but so was the customer service, specifically the heavy hispanic women behind the counter- had a nasty attitude from the jump. Continuously talked over me and was no help whatsoever.

Negative experience: Was in there and witnessed an older gentleman looking for "Call of Duty on PS4". Older gentleman was probably buying it for a grandchild or something because that's all he had. Girl behind the counter checks the system and doesn't see any CoD games for PS4 in the system. Fair enough but the guy asked "is there anything else like that?" And her response was "just what we have on the wall". The guy stood there for a few seconds, probably waiting for her to follow up with something but she didn't even look up and the guy and he just said "that's not very helpful". Then the other guy behind the counter just says "yeah, that's all we have for PS4"... They could have just spent a minute or two with that guy, maybe go to the wall and look at what they had and try to see if they had anything similar and just give a quick explanation of maybe why there weren't many PS4 games anymore or something but they seemed to refuse to go from behind the counter. They weren't ringing people up either! The guy literally walked to the counter and just asked for a game and some help! I was actually looking at the cards and was up by the counter looking at stuff myself and they didn't even acknowledge me. Was a very off-putting vibe about this store and not much of a selection of anything other than Funko pops.

Negative experience: Try to buy a new PS5 pro for 750 last night, when I was about to pay they told me the only way to get it was to join their membership for 25 dollars a year. Went to Walmart and bought it at the same price same shopping center better and service. They need better employees and better sales tactics with training.

Negative experience: I came over at 5 to get my brother a game card, it was locked and there was a sign saying they had to step out, from 4:45pm to 8:10pm. The store closes at 6. And this isn't the first time this has happened either.

Negative experience: Makes no sense as to why a policy change that happend after my policy went into effect should affect my warranty. I find it very unprofessional to sit here and not honor that fact that my warranty was made before the policy change so gamestop should honor that policy agreement

Positive experience: The person inside was patient and helpful, however did not have the video game I wanted. However, it had cute plushies, kids stuff for Nintendo switch, latest popular games, and as all the game stops, the disc is given to you once you pay.

Negative experience: This place is always close I went 4 time and the first time it said to come back at 2 and we came back at 2 and it was still closed

My last trip, I picked an use game and when they scaned it the price was $10 more. They wont honor the price and the manager doesn't care if they false advertise

Fantastic experience: It ended up being well worth the darn near hour and fourty five min bus ride. The guy who helped us knew alot and was extremely helpful. He was very understanding of my son bouncing off the walls and went above and beyond when it came to providing excellent customer service. Prices were not bad at all. He recommended getting the Xbox one s simply because my son wouldn't be able to scratch up every single disk minutes after I bought them. Works out perfectly for kids on the autism spectrum.

Fantastic experience: They had what I wanted and I got it. If you're purchasing a game console they will not bring it out till it's paid for. So if you're in the market for a limited edition machine and they're low on consoles, buy the machine first and shop for games later.

Be warned though, due to covid, their supplies are very limited or they are completely out of controllers or headsets. But if they don't have something, they will do everything in their power to help you out. If they can't, they will at least contact other stores or look up a store that may have what you're looking for. Been coming here for a few years and have never had a bad time.

Negative experience: I called for information about the upcoming video game Battletoads that is coming out on August 26th. It is a childhood favorite that I would love to bond over with my kids someday. After seeing a ad for it on GameStop's Facebook page, I searched for info on pre-orders online and couldn't find it so I decided to call. The staff were very rude to me. I asked about it and they would not help me. They actually hung up on me. Thinking it was a mistake, I called back and they immediately hung up. Now they won't answer. I hope I can secure a copy of Battletoads before I get corona virus.
