Negative experience: I had another game stop store call and put a Xbox series x on hold, or so I thought. Had them call 12/26 afternoon. Told them I’d be able to pick up Friday after work. I took a Uber, 30 minutes out of my way during rush hour evening traffic. Got there @ 6. I told the associate why I was there, only to be told that there was no console available. Didn’t even bother checking the back/hold area, or the computer/register for inventory. Couldn’t be bothered to check to at all. Terrible customer service.

Negative experience: I showed up 5 mins before they closed and the cashier said he would not help me because they close in 5 mins. Whats the point of have your hours labeled CLOSE AT 8 pm if you refuse to help customers before 8pm

Negative experience: Says they open at 12 so I came on my break thinking this will be a quick transaction. Well I sat there waiting for them to open and they never did. No signs showing they were closed for the day or anything. Could’ve driven to another one in that time frame.

Positive experience: They really really push the pro subscription. They didn't have the controller I wanted but did tell me where I could get one.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I came to pre-order a game, and look around cause we love seeing the random merch on sale. The lady who helped us was so helpful and really just fun to talk to. I also got excited over realizing Gamestop carries a specific line of toys that my son is trying to collect, so I'll be in a lot more to keep checking for new stock. The lady was also so helpful on answering my questions about the toys.

She answered all my questions and concerns I had because I went to a different location and the guy was very unprofessional and couldn’t help me so I went to this location on trop and pecos and met Raquel. GameStop needs more workers like her, very professional helpful and know what she was talking about!

Negative experience: Service has gone downhill after the lady manager’s left. Seems like they are way too eager to lie to your face about stuff. And the lady (or dude) "Jill" is very annoying and loud.

Negative experience: This place has gone downhill since all the cool ladies left. New management and their lying practices has led me to go to another location. Took away my pre-orders before this place shuts down and takes my money without warning. I suggest you do the same if you still come here.

Fantastic experience: The customer service is always genuine and friendly. Everyone is super helpful and my husband and I always leave smiling. And what's nice is if they don't have something at their location, they are always more than willing to find another GameStop that might.

Going to this Gamestop is about 4 miles out of my way from the closest one to my house. I still go to this one.

Fantastic experience: When I went to the GameStop on Lake Mead and Boulder highway I had a terrible experience. Awful customer service and they weren't helpful at all. However when I came to this location 15 minutes later I had a wonderful experience! They were kind, funny, and incredibly helpful. The man took my old joy on and gave me a great deal on a brand new one. Highly recommend this shop! I wish I caught their names, but both the man and the women working were incredible!
