Positive experience: I gave a three star rating due to the absolutely joyless person who helped me today. I was outside waiting for them to open, it was in the fifties and windy so a little cold. The person unlocked the door and turned around and walked away. I know this generation is different, but to not swing the door open and greet me was rude. Not one time was there a smile on this persons face, even when I smiled. From the unlocking of the door until I walked out with the XBOX x I bought, it felt like I was an inconvenience to this person. I will not go back to this location, likely will shop online at Amazon now and not go to any GameStops. This was my first and likely last time shopping at GameStop. It was a 100% joyless experience and I couldn’t be more disappointed.I was excited to gain some knowledge and purchase either an XBOX x or PS-5. I suggest at the very least to avoid the displeasure of this location! It is a depressing place to visit!

Fantastic experience: If the website says they're sold out of certain things I'd say just go in and check for yourself cause I was looking for a switch wall charger, website said they were sold out everywhere but they actually had a few in stock!!!! Bought it right then and there! Love that they even price match, I wanted to buy the legend of zelda: breath of the wild but it was going for $50 until I price matched and it came out to be $35!!! They also have a huge clearance section! Will come back

Negative experience: So the person working today was absolutely terrible! Wanted to purchase a small funko pop and I asked the price and was wanting to purchase right then as it was a gift for someone who happened to be there shopping as well. I was standing at the counter and they turned and started tagging games. I stood there thinking it was gonna be a short second and it ended up being about 8-9 minutes before I just gave up. Put the item back and told myself I will NOT spend my money at Gamestop. Now my wife went to purchase the gift she was getting me and the person at the counter said they had to wait until we were all ready to check out. My wife then said it was a gift and she wanted to purchase it now so no one seen it. Then they were asking for a phone number for the Gamestop rewards card, when my wife said we didn't have one they then said they will wait till everyone is done. So no money will be given to the company today because that was some of the worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time.

Negative experience: Who ever is working there now is horrible my husband tried to purchase something and she ignored him and then I tried to purchase 2 item and she refused to let me purchase it untill everyone who was with me was done even thoe I told her it was separate she still refuses to help us and then another person came in and they ignored them as well so you lost 3 purchases cause this person diddnt want to do her job

It is a smaller game stop but if u need anything just ask and they will pre order it for u no problems what so ever. So I give this game stop a A++++

I like to stop in and check out the preowned stuff for xbox and switch. as an avid gamer I can say gamestop is best for used consoles and accessories and the warranty for used stuff is the best in the industry imo.

Fantastic experience: One thing that gets t9 me is a specialty store that has employees who don't know the specialty. This store DOES NOT have that problem. Any gaming inquiry I have they ALWAYS have an answer. Regardless of where I am in town I make it a point to visit this location.

Fantastic experience: The employee I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the different game systems and I really appreciated that as I was looking for a gaming system and I felt like I could trust the info he gave me. He took the time to explain both of them and let me what the difference between the two. What hit me most was how explained them. I was able to easily understand. What another great thing was that I didn't feel like I was being pushed into buying anything yet as I was doing my research.
