Negative experience: When I just walk out because you won't even acknowledge that I'm in the store (only customer in the store) and you just keep being on the phone. I don't walk out often but, when I'm clearly standing there waiting and you keep asking for little details from the person on the phone. How about "hold please" and ask me what I was looking for instead of making me wait... Anyway learn how to customer service - I won't be back to any of these locations.
Positive experience: The store itself has plenty of variety and decent staff, thus the 3 stars. My problem was with selling items. Looking at the prices they are selling other used items for, and then being told what will be offered was atrocious. A next to new console was offered $150 LESS than what it would be sold for in store...as I'm looking at the other pricing right in front of me. The games were a better offer, but we decided to sell on eBay instead. Gamestop used to be a reliable place to trade or sell items, but I guess those days are over.

Fantastic experience: First GameStop I’ve been to in years that’s had old gen games like Xbox 360 and ps3/ps2! I completely forgot to get the associates name but he was super nice and helpful as well, definitely the best one I’ve been to in vegas so far
Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at GameWorks! The person behind the counter was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me out. He convinced me to re-sign my account so I could start receiving my discount again—something I had totally forgotten about—and I’m so glad he did! On top of that, I’d been searching everywhere for an older game and was just about ready to give up. But he took the time to dig in, track it down, and get it in my hands. That kind of service is rare these days and really made my day. Big thanks to the GameWorks team for going the extra mile—you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!
Fantastic experience: Best GameStop in Vegas by far. They have a pretty wide range of games and consoles, old and new. I only go to this GameStop now.

Negative experience: I came 30 minutes before close there website says closes at 9pm they already had there gates closed a man with glasses was standing at the front acknowledging me trying to get in and did not bother helping me definitely should change there times if there closing before the actual closing time.

Negative experience: Staff is nice but they don't test their games. 3 out of the 5 wiiu games I have bought from them do not work even after extensive cleaning. Please test your games before selling them to people.

Negative experience: My review doesn’t have to do with this GameStop location specifically, but with my experience shopping online via the GameStop website. I wanted to make sure that is clear, and since there isn’t a way to leave a review for the website specifically this is my next best option. My brother wanted a steam gift card for his birthday, so I saw online on GameStop they had them. I attempted to purchase a $50 steam gift card online. The order went through just fine, and I received an email confirmation of the order. However, the email confirmation says the order is pending still, and once it goes through I’ll receive another email with the code for the gift card. I check my bank account and they took the money out already, so I didn’t understand why the order on GameStops end still said pending. Half a day later I receive another email from GameStop that my order had been canceled. No explanation as to why my order was canceled, it was just canceled. However they didn’t bother to refund me the $50 they took from my bank. So I didn’t even bother trying to contact GameStop because at this point I don’t trust them, I went straight to my bank and disputed the transaction. Now I have to wait 2-3 business days to get my money back, when if they were planning on canceling my order should have just either never taken the money or credited me back the money right away. After this experience I’ll never be a customer ever again of GameStop. Horrible business practices!
Positive experience: Went to get a game...used...got home only to find it was scratched and would not load. Took it back and they didn't have any more so refunded my money. It would be nice if before putting it on the shelf...look at it.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this GameStop location many of times. The crew is good there. I work at McDonald’s, and I can tell you satisfying customers can be quite the task. Gameboy Shane has always been knowledgeable and helpful. Highly respected in my book. I will continue to take my gaming business here.
Negative experience: Go in to buy a Nintendo switch game see advertisements in the Xbox PlayStation and switch areas posted games on sale $40 go to purchase games the young lady at the counter with the piercings says that's no good anymore won't honor it even though they're posted advertised prices tries to charge me more and refuses to honor the advertised price that's bad business...

Negative experience: I’d have to say the manager at this location may be incompetent. I had asked how much a certain game trades in for they ask what console yet the game in question is only for ps5. If you are the manager as you claim to be perhaps you need to brush up on gaming knowledge and drop the arrogant persona that isn’t fooling anyone. Don’t know how this Person was hired. Maybe they need a class in customer service and how to talk to others. Hopefully they are released
Negative experience: Everyone in this store looks depressed as heck. Jaimie looks like the type of guy to not care about his customers. I don't blame them for looking sad i use to work at this gamestop. First step to overcoming depression is quitting this place and doing something good with your life LOL.

Negative experience: Amanda doesnt know what shes talking about, literally doesnt care about telling me where anything was I asked about getting new switch joycons for my disabled son, and she laughed out loud and said "well he should probably take normal pills" and i stormed out of the store, even michael another associate stood in disbelief.
Negative experience: Amanda, the associate, flat out told me that she wasn’t going to have a game transferred to the store just because she would have to pick it up and she “doesn’t like that side of town”. Grow up and do your damn job. This is why GameStop is crashing and burning. Horrible customer service and just horrible people.

I cringe if I see that the only place something is available is at this location. Today I went to pick something up and on a Sunday afternoon received a note on the door saying they were away for lunch. Negative experience: I wanted to trade in things so I could get cash and they said that they don’t give cash anymore. They only offered credit for their store.
Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever had at a GameStop. Only came in to buy a PlayStation network gift card for $10. Cashier almost denied my sale because I asked if I could pay a couple dollars in quarters. (Not the full amount) but I asked “would you totally hate me if I used some quarters?” Thinking of course she wouldn’t mind money is money. She rudely responded “Uh kinda yeah” while tossing her hands on the table as if I ruined her day. I said “oh okay then” and then used the $20 I had. I didn’t expect such an attitude over some quarters but it was extremely embarrassing and I won’t be going back to this game stop. I’m not sure if the girl in the front was just having a bad day or not but I don’t see how you can almost deny a customer over a couple dollars in quarters. It’s not like I was paying in pennies. So rude and will never go back.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and helpful staff As the future continues to move us forward in gaming we without a doubt will continue to see the slow decline of physical media. I personally own hundreds of games digitally and although I have the convenience of downloading and playing anywhere on a multitude of devices there is definitely something special about purchasing a physical game and opening the box. Especially if the game comes in multiple versions with a collectors edition available. The major trade off for owning digital is the inability to sell or trade once you've played the game and have gotten what it had to offer. Unfortunately many games will sit possibly forever untouched in my steam library as I have no desire to return after it's been completed. Gamestop still offers physical games on cartridges and discs depending on your system. Recently they have also started to carry think geek and other gamer/ nerd related items. Although the inventory will vary store to store you're more than likely able to find something that fits you while at GameStop. Stop in today for all your gaming needs, GameStop!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional customer service. I called in to get refurbished Xbox 360 prices and the employee pretended not to speak English. I called back later and another employee answered the phone with "hello". I responded "Is this Gamestop?". He said "well, that depends".
Fantastic experience: Really good service, they helped me get a copy of "The legend of the mystical ninja" 2 months before the release. Really nice and polite staff and really easy to get help over the phone.
