Fantastic experience: Love this store staff is awesome I go here for all my gaming/card needs

Negative experience: I got scammed mostly because I didn't know anything about pokemon, but also I trusted them, I got Japanese "pokemon" pack but I failed to notice that it looked so cartoonish and the cards inside had too many stars which was a giveaway that it was fake. Just be careful

BDW Posted on Google 4 months ago

Negative experience: It’s a nice store…but staff(yikes) I went trying to see how much they would offer me on a Pokemon box and once I get there I show them and ask “I’m trying to see what I can get for this box” one guy asked me how much I’m trying to get so I told them and his response was “well if that’s what it’s selling for we’re def not paying you that” I was surprised by his response and attitude cuz I know how the market works with reselling to stores but I can’t imagine if someone brand new to the hobby comes in asking for help and they being so rude for no reason. The manager seemed way more chill but one guy was very passive aggressive when all I asked was for an offer lol made me feel like I was dumb for walking in there with Pokemon.

Negative experience: Purchased a celebrations pikachu vmax box from them, when I opened the box the pikachu tail was broken. I had to super glue it back together unfortunately. If you have a choice stop by the Wii Play Games West, they are much more friendly! *** when I looked at the pikachu figure the front also had a deep cut in it, looked like from a box cutter! Thankfully it was only $60

Negative experience: Video Games are over priced, Selection of games is amazing, staff were friendly, if you're looking for a game you may be able to find it here just be prepared to pay $10-30 more then what's going for.

Positive experience: This place has good selection of games, electronic and board games, and accessories. If you sell anything to them you'll get store credit, if you buy something it works 99% of the time. They do a good job of selecting the right equipment they buy back. I only wish the customer service was better by the video game section. When a customer asks a question one guy in particular responds in an arrogant and omniscient fashion. I've seen people walk away with a look of distaste. My colleagues and I have done the same. The front counter guys are great, very helpful, customer oriented and a pleasure to talk to.

Fantastic experience: Excellent professionalism. Great selection. Salesman's. Very knowledgeable about their products

Brandon Kaonohi Posted on Google 8 months ago

Fantastic experience: Great selection of ALL types of games from board games, table top and video games.

Cody Roemen Posted on Google 9 months ago

Positive experience: I really like this place. They have the biggest selection of art sleeve for cards anywhere in town. Although everything is dwindling everywhere because of these tariffs. Their selection is ridiculous. I love coming here. Only problem is that it often smells very bad throughout the whole store. Not sure what that's about but it's pretty overpowering.

Negative Plus Posted on Google 9 months ago

Negative experience: Went in today excited to get some packs and I love the store on the West, but this East location has two of the most miserable employees on the planet. Customer service is abysmal. Word of advice to the one plus size man and the other gentleman with the below average height, if you hate your jobs that much just quit.

Jeremy P Posted on Google 9 months ago

Positive experience: Huuuuge selection of tcg, hobby and video games from all eras. A bit on the pricey side for tcg due to their comp model but a huge selection. A must see if you're in LV

Jose Pavon Posted on Google 9 months ago

Fantastic experience: Great experience The staff is very helpful and informative They also have a very good selection of tcg

Michael Flynn Posted on Google 9 months ago

Positive experience: The manager here is arrogant as all hell...like he somehow thinks he's better than everybody else.

INN3RL0TUSS Posted on Google 10 months ago

Negative experience: Overpriced junk. Rude staff, I can understand an upcharge on high demand stuff but they charge more than scalpers and offer less trade in value on cards and games than a pawn shop. There is a lot of better card and video game stores around town. Example they offered $40 cash or $50 store credit for easily over $150 worth of games and want $325 for the MTG Cloud Collectors Edition Commander Deck, which is only $250 on Ebay as of this writing. Place is a Clown Show.

Arndt Martinez Posted on Google 10 months ago

Negative experience: Good staff expect electronics the guy didn't have no type of energy to even help me I will still come around for the rest of the store but I'll take my electronics business somewhere else.....

Jam Plang Posted on Google 10 months ago

Fantastic experience: I'd choose this place over GameStop any day. They're generally helpful and have a varied selection of all things nerd.

Frank Perez Posted on Google 10 months ago

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I love this place. We go at least 1-2 times a month. They have 2 locations and we love both of them. People here are always so helpful and you can tell most of them know what they are talking about and if they don’t they grab someone who might know. 10/10

Negative experience: It's a gaming shop, that doesn't really want you to play, there. It's a Store! They do have a few tables, but they're joined in a line. And they don't want you to use them unless you're only spending a half an hour and then leaving. What's the use in that? You have all this cool stuff to view and maybe you're trying to get into CCG's; this place is a small tease. They do have a vast variety, but it's also cramped. What happened to the actual gaming shops!?! The places that expected you to be there for a few hours to spend some cash and unwind? The bathroom was lovely, the prices I guess were fair. One or more of the staff are judgey and ignorant. I'm bored here now. Goodbye.

Negative experience: Weird pin to have in a game shop.

Brian Towers Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: DON’T TRADE YOUR CARDS HERE!!! Staff treated my brother and I poorly, we were trying to trade our Pokémon cards. We were met with 3 of their staff. One was an extremely unfriendly & rude member of their staff (short, white guy with buzz cut). I never had an issue at this store coming to this store until I tried trading cards. They completely lost my business. They have no problem taking your money and overcharging you on Pokemon products so they will treat you kindly I’m sure when taking your money. Go to their west location if anything. The staff is much friendlier over there. Would highly not recommend this place. We were stunned with the lack of respect we were treated with as customers.

Wesley Thoreson Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Many games to choose from. It's a little more pricy than other locations, but the selection is unparalleled.they have the obscure games the other locations don't have. ATARI, nes, super NES, sega, ps1-ps5, Xbox, etc

danny yanes Posted on Google 1 year ago

Positive experience: Fun store that has just about everything gaming wise from TCG to D&D to other board games and a bunch of video games that may be hard to find elsewhere. Figures to funkos, pins and backpacks. Its a great store to check out. A bit of a sewer / old smell in the building but that wont stop me from looking around. Staff were attentive and asking customers if needed help finding something. Definately felt welcomed here. Thank you!

thobin A Posted on Google 1 year ago

Positive experience: Amazing retro game selection one of the best around and one of the greatest Pokemon selections I think I have ever seen. However there over head must be high? Most of thier retro games are way over market value, in some cases double. Having to ask for the prices on 90% of the stuff is just annoying. Great store just not paying double for games, sorry.

Daniela S Mata Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the helpful staff for helping my son picking out his DS. I always find great stuff here

Ethan Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: This place is honestly overpriced nostalgia and not worth your time and money! I was looking to trade my V1 PS3 and instantly got turned away although they sell them for more than $100. It’s 2025 bud, how are you going to do that? Didn’t even want money out of it or even store credit just was looking to trade said device for a Wii that they sell also over $100. Had over a stack of games too and was offered $10! EVEN WHEN those GAMES were purchased there for more than that amount. Pulled out some lame excuses on the reason why they couldn’t do more. Then on top of that their games like for example Super Mario Bros for the WII is 60? Dude that isn’t even market price. I went to an alternative store and got that for 25. Make it make sense. Go on Facebook market place, offer up or even alternative retro gaming store in Vegas for better deals because when you walk into a Wii play games be prepared to be scammed. #NotWorthADime.

David Kane Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: I went I there and was just looking around and was thinking I’m just going to buy smash bro but it was the same price as brand new and I was like hell no so I started looking around but bc I’m “A kid” I look like I’m stealing and was just looking around but had all the staff looking at me and was kinda awkward but I did buy a game that was 24 before tax and then ended up to 29 after taxes but other then that the place smells like a wet dog

Cassilas Angel Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: I sold some very expensive cards one card was 88 dollar one was 70 and 30 three of them were like 20 and 27 and the 9 of the rest were 10 and got 85 dollars including elden ring for 10 bucks even tho it was 45 dollars in there market next time I come I wish I could rate it 0 out of 5 if I see my 88 card and it's 88 in their market I'm going to talk to there Manger they didn't even scan some of my cards like the ex you scammers next time I sell I will get the same exact price

David Nieves Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: Purchased 2 games from them on 2 different occasions and both times game hasn't worked. They don't properly test their games and their prices are higher than other independent owned game stores. Avoid them and go see the different vendors at broad acres. Better prices and they actually work.

James Mountin Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: I cane in to brows, when I ask for a game in the case witch I knew what the going rate was 50-80 max, they said they looked it up and they said they cannot go lower than 170, when I showed them the sold listings they said that's the one that does not have the extras. But there copy also does not have the extras. Do not recommend shopping here everything is over priced. You will do better to shop at Retro City Games

Kim Albo-Johnson Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Absolutely AMAZING store!!! I have been in this shopping center a million times for different reasons and have never been in here. New that I have been in here this week be my game store. But only do they have games but they have collector items that you would find in Japan. I know that was the only place I was able fine them. So glad they have all these items.

Fantastic experience: Wii play game East is a fabulous store in a stinky part of town. I loved the variety of Nintendo games & Pokemon stuff! This store has friendly staff & tons of merchandise for the nerd in your life. I loved it!

Jonathan Sotello Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Place is awesome, it has so much different stuff I didn’t know where to begin. Some stuff was a bit pricey but I enjoyed my time walking around and shopping

Joe F. Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: We were shopping for some N64 games, and were very happy with the selection we came across! I found two games that I wanted. We browsed the store, and saw a bunch of cool stuff. We will be back for more!

Max Garces Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Coolest shop I’ve been to in forever. These guys carry everything you would ever need for any table stop or classic video game hobbies

Prince Ali Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: The manager, Mickey, is one of the most condescending people I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Wii play games owners, if you care at all about your customers, send that guy to customer service training. I'll just go to Zia records to avoid this guy. The people at Zia are so much nicer and actually possess human emotion.

Aleio V Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: This place is a complete sham. They buy games for low price, make excuses why they offer you low then sell for exuberant prices. The manager is a piece of work too. You are nothing special dude.

Jason Holmes Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: I saw on the website they had makai kingdom on ps2 and I came in today and got it. Very helpful staff. Great job

DeMaris Dittrich-Feike Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Very large selection of games and enjoyed walking around the store. The staff was very friendly. Would go back when in the aera.

Juan Jimenez Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: Like Matthew said in his review, these dudes seem miserable, I saw one of them had taken apart a ps3, i just asked him, do you guys also fix those, his reply was "we don't fix any consoles period" lmao ok dude, it ain't my fault you work here and don't like it.

Jake Hoss Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Cool store. Nice staff. Tons of stuff. Will definitely go back for a Pokemon fix.

Tina W Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: The person at the counter was very kind to my 9year old who thinks his Poke’mon cards are worth $$$ We didn’t find much but the employees were very kind and answered all his questions with smiles. Will be back when he is a little older and is more into collecting instead of playing with figures and cards.

Tony Fraga Posted on Google 1 year ago

Positive experience: Huge selection, knowledgeable employees. Would have given 5 stars but it smells like they have sewage issues. Might be a good idea to prop open the door and let some fresh air in. Otherwise I’ll be going back for years to come!

Torrey Pines Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: Pokemon cards not priced, have to look up price and still they charge double the price of tcg The Charizard V promo card is like three dollars everywhere nobody’s ever sold it more than five dollars and then this guy wants $10 Not to mention 50 Cent debit card fee !!!! Just pick a different story to go to these people are a joke

da loonz Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: only bothering giving it 2 stars because the employees are always really nice to me, but I’ve been buying Hololive Weiss boxes from them and either they’re buying cases, opening the boxes grabbing the hits and putting dead boxes out or they’re buying loose boxes from someone who’s doing the same thing. Hololive Weiss cases come with 1 SSP and 4 SPs in 18 boxes, how have I opened 6 boxes from this place when they don’t have many out, and I haven’t even pulled an SP. I wanted to give them a chance because it’s local and close but it’s a scam. I’m also paying $120 PER box when i can buy cheaper at other card stores and just spend a little extra on gas. Scammers, rip offs, but the employees are very lovely. Will not be returning until they lower their pricing and buy reputable cases of Weiss. You spend $120 to not even have a CHANCE at pulling a hit, ridiculous.

NebulaCipher Agent Posted on Google 1 year ago

Positive experience: It’s got a lot of cool stuff, but personal was lack luster, not super helpful or friendly, great selection of old games for older consoles. It was a mediocre visit. I may come back.

Leo Pena Posted on Google 2 years ago

Positive experience: Pretty good selection of games however if you’re planning to trade in just know they are worse than GameStop

Patrick R. Posted on Google 2 years ago

Positive experience: Well it's one of those stores you want to buy 1 of everything they have in there even if your not a typical gamer type . I'm 61 years old and find myself putting things in the basket I'm probably not qualified to use but ,"IT'S POSSIBLE" LOL.

Ontario Kirkwood Posted on Google 2 years ago

Positive experience: This is a really good place for finding retro games but some of the prices are overwhelming and you get cheaper off other stores and you won’t find many newer games otherwise you should definitely go if your looking retro games

Live “Sin city live” 702 Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: This store is awesome they have a lot of old school games systems tcg cards almost anything you can think of that's a video game or collectible card except for baseball cards I don't think they have baseball cards.

Ariel Ramos Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: First and foremost I'd like to start by saying that I've purchased yugioh cards here in the past and although not the best experience this is one of your only other options when it comes to yugioh. It's unfortunate that this establishment is one of the options because there is so much room for improvement. Today I go and browse the single cards section of their store not necessarily looking for anything in particular. I end up seeing a card and patiently wait as the employee present finishes helping his previous customer; while his customer steps away to make a phone call, he proceeds to ask me if i need any help and I inquire about pricing for a few cards that caught my attention, then ask for a price on a higher rarity card, of which the employee makes a remark about how he knows his inventory and how he constantly gets people that don't believe him because I asked him if he could double check if he had two copies of it since two of the 5 cards he showed me were in the same color sleeve. He proceeds to put them away after he quoted me a price at the computer that is in the area where all the cards are. I inquire if they have tap to pay of which he responds yes and proceed to walk to the register near the entrance of the store and patiently wait for my item to be brought so they could ring it up. When the employee gets to the register the price has now gone up by 60% I respectfully called him out on it and he proceeded to attempt to explain a buyout which is fine by me because it's definitely something that happens in this card game but he had just quoted me a price not even 3-4 minutes prior. I declined to proceed with the purchase as it is extremely anti consumer service that they attempt to provide and within many of the communities this store is known to have bad business practices and outright bad customer service. I don't recommend this location, buyers beware and as for myself, I won't be coming back in. ☆1

Michael Cantrell Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: They have a giant excellent museum of nostalgia that you can actually touch (most of) the items as well as the price is very reasonable on the items they control the prices on and not the distributor. The crew is very nice and friendly and, at worst, just a little shy or quiet, which isn't bad at all, especially in vegas it can be greatly appreciated. The ambiance is immaculate. Their trade-in value is pretty fair and competitive with the pawn shops. On top of everything else, they have a ton of rare items from consoles, games, to tags, rpgs, action figures, and collectibles. I believe you can play cards in there as well. It's just a wonderful place all the way around. I am fortunate they are a 5 minute walk from my house. Thanks yall keep it up. I definitely speak fondly of you to my peers.

Abbey Dawn lavigne Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Ok gaming and collectible store in las vegas not untill I left upset form there! Ok first off im not form the U.S. I am from Canada. But i visited during my stay in las vegas. So I decided to visit here at this store on my last day. And I was looking for a Barbie the movie funko pops. In which I visit other game and toy stores here in town which I found none. But again I decided to come here at wii games. And they sure had a various selection of different funko pops. But what I was actually looking for they did not have it. Even I tried to ask someone to help me out with that. And that guy just gave me a nasty "mean faced" looking at me as if would say to me " Dose it look like I sell any Barbie the movie funkos at this palce?" And this made me feel very upset and I decided to leave. But at least I bought at a store that sells the barbie movie funko I was looking for. And that store was at the boulevard mall. And again I will NEVER visit this place every AGAIN!! very mean, cruel, and very unprofessional!!

Fawn Dickerson Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: I can't believe how much merchandise there was! Awesome stuff with pretty good prices! Definitely worth the trip!

fruitsnackia2012 Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: im a regular that come here from northern california for several years now. they always have a great selection of retro games and i usually end up buying some games from them and haul them back on the plane with me always friendly staff! excellent place! you wont be displeased if you are looking for old/rare games!

Chris C Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Games are way over price for pre-owned, if you know the video game market you can't get fooled by them. Also no customer service and store smells like sewer.

Nick Bukosky Posted on Google 2 years ago

Positive experience: It's a great store to check out and they have lots of older games and systems. They also have a lot of other collectables.

Miguel Gonzalez Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Worst shop I've been to, EVER. The shop is crowded with a bunch of overstock boxes, and got major attitude from employee when I went in to get MTG singles. I called in advance and was told to do it online because there wasn't enough staff to pull the cards, but their website is always broken. So I went in to ask for the singles in person, and employee began to lecture me on why he can't pull the cards.... Why bother offering inventory you're not willing to get paid for? Got tons of attitude, dirty looks, and then some. It's bad enough the store smells like the bathroom sewage is broken, but you want to add horrible employees on top of that? NO THANK YOU!

Luis Cast Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Walked in there eager to see what they had, little to no help from the staff, uninterested and almost like they did not want to bother. No eye contact at all, I am not sure if it was because I am a POC but definitely wasn't a welcoming experience. I was mocked for asking simple questions, spend your money elsewhere.

Eri A. Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: Very straightforward and pleasant online ordering experience. I recently played a demo of a game at my local board game cafe and fell in love with it. Unfortunately, it was not a massively produced or highly popular game, and I had quite the time locating a physical copy to add to my own collection. I searched major suppliers and secondhand avenues to no avail. By some miracle of fate, this store had the ONLY copy I could locate online The game came exactly as advertised, and was well packaged for safe shipping. Shipped quickly, with regular updates via tracking number. Will happily check this store first in the future for my boardgame needs. Thank you Wii Play Games East!

Peggy Clark Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: They had exactly what I was looking for and additional information I needed. They were very helpful and patient with me. I would recommend them over GameStop any time.

Marco Maza Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: Pretty cool store even though they don't have a single Qiyana thing, would be 6 stars with Qiyana products

Jalen Watson Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: Coolest place for all my gamers, need credits, just return ur games u beat and u save on other games. Any game ur looking for just ask or put it on wish list. I did it for soul reaver and it was there less a couple of days so. This store is my sanctuary fr

Brandon Smith Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Manager there is super rude and a scammer, they charged me for the wrong card and then some how their machine couldn’t refund money to my card but they could charge me again? The employee was trying to be helpful and give me a $3 deal basically which his manager said no to and for me to just pay full price for a card I didn’t even want.

Joshua Bustamante Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Everything is overpriced. Rude staff. Trade value is basically them just taking your games because it's not worth trading in anything. I absolutely hated the atmosphere especially the toxic employees that think they are better than you.

Seth S. Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars well earned! This place left me speachless! The retro selection is unparalleled. Words dont have the power to describe what I experienced. If I were rich, This is the place I would own (and hord all to myself).

Josh Dukem Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Not sure where the positive reviews are coming from (probably friends and family) but this place is awful. Most employees have an attitude, no enthusiasm, everything is over market value, trade in value is also bad, and God forbid you ask them questions. You'll get hit with smart remarks to try and make you feel stupid. They act like they are better than everyone else, especially ALEX. This store is good for suckers who don't know retro game values. Great selection, but prices and employees need to improve. The website is also broken and horrible. I wouldn't do business with these guys at all, they are shady. Only 2 workers here I've met that are actually nice and upbeat about thier work and a shame I didn't get thier names.

Reyna Victoria Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: This is a huge store! From loungefly, pins to minis you can get it all here. I would recommend to check them out if in the area l you never know what you amy stumble on.

The Spookiest Turtle Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: Mark was extremely helpful, I was trying to buy a poster but they had multiple versions of the same one so he checked every single one to make sure I had the right copy, shout out!!!

Jenna Housley Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: Super nice staff!! Specially the manager. I didn't get his name, but he's a great manager! It's nice to see that customer service is still out there in some places :) Thanks guys!

Myles Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: Worst game store ever!!! Price gouging, hoarding merch, selling for extremely inflated prices. Using third party premium priced guide to try and justify their insanity. They low people on all their trades and try to manipulate you into selling for less by asking you how much you want so they don't pay anymore than they have to, treating you like a pawn shop then ironically when they sell you something they use the most current inflated interest third party sellers that are inflating their inventory to control the market. They are taking advantage of everyone who goes on their store and the merch you buy there depreciates and is worth much less the minute you leave the store.

Robert A Posted on Google 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: I was only here for a short time but liked the place as soon as I walked in. For all the people that are into, video games, bored games, funko pops, ect, I recommend you check this place out. Staff were friendly and helpful, so I will definitely be coming back again.

Manny Marquez Posted on Google 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: I always love to come here during sometime maybe during the weekends. Lots of cool video games, vintage artifacts, and a card game alley which I must say it's a Pokémon paradise for the fans. Sometimes, even as cool as it gets, some stuff are quite rare these days when you visit here.

Gage Blair Posted on Google 3 years ago

Negative experience: I am torn. Went looking for games. They honestly have a really good selection, but half the games do not have prices on them. That is not customer friendly at all. I shouldn't have to go get an employee just to tell me the prices of any games I may be interested. Thats just bad business practice and left bad impressions. So like a 5/5 on game selection, but a 2/5 for customer experience, the customer experience weighs more in my opinion.

Steve Petrovich Posted on Google 3 years ago

Negative experience: Went to sell a CIB mint item the other day and they tried to pull a fast one by scrolling through sold INCOMPLETE/missing items eBay listings and offering those avg prices. Otherwise, staff is friendly and they have a great selection, I would just be careful about selling or trading

Jason Blodgett Posted on Google 3 years ago

Positive experience: The gentleman that helped with my purchase was talking down to me like I didn't know as much as him but a great selection of MTG

Christian Gutierrez Posted on Google 3 years ago

Negative experience: They pulled a fast one on me... I asked an employee to grab an external hard drive from behind the counter for me, they took it to the register and rang it up and bagged it. Tbh I was more focused on my hyper 5 year son than a hard drive but I get home and some neanderthal tore the top of the packaging and it was already full of games. They sold me a used external hard drive at full price. They know better cuz they don't pay full price to people who bring in used console's. Edit: I just noticed I'm not the only customer who has called them out on repackaging and pricing as new.

Zane Zombie x Posted on Google 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: Great place to buy video games, classic video games, board games, collectibles, and trading cards. Great customer service and always ready to help someone if needed.

ズリLynn Posted on Google 3 years ago

Negative experience: 3 of the same game for my ps1. All of them didn't work. 2 stars for getting it resolved from managers with a cash refund.. but literally had to drive across town 3 times to exchange game with store credit until I got my physical money back. Not a good experience.

Erin Kriz Posted on Google 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: Wow! This store has so much stuff! I came to shop for the grandkids, but found gifts for several people on my list. They have old game consoles like Sega genesis and super Nintendo- and a bunch more, plus aisles and aisles of games to go with them. They have trading cards and toys and figurines and collectibles and merch from so many different games, shows, movies and anime. If you or someone on your list has a Fandom or collection, this is your spot. Plus, the staff is VERY knowledgeable and helpful.

Positive experience: Don’t recommend buying Pokémon cards for them resealed packs , I spent so much money never got a good pull . Other than that they got cool stuff just don’t buy Pokémon packs from them .

Negative experience: Pokemon cards were extremely overpriced, after i bought them i checked on tcg player and was charged anywhere from twice to 4 times as much for the exact same card of the same condition. You can get way better pokemon card deals at other places around vegas.

Fantastic experience: I love it here—-there is so much to see and buy. Everything is well organized. Great service, welcoming vibe. Mickey was so helpful and attentive ! Resolved a concern we had. All the staff are knowledgeable. They also do disc resurfacing.

Positive experience: First time visit a few days ago, bought a Hello Kitty Gundam kit which was kinda pricey. I don’t think I’d ever purchase anything second hand here. Store itself was cool, jam packed with everything from Funkos, anime figures, video games.. etc. Organized & clean as well. Workers could be a little more welcoming but at least they weren’t watching my every move. Would probably visit again when I’m in the area but I’d be more conscious about their pricing.

Negative experience: This store used to be good to shop for retro games. Now, they're too busy trying to squeeze blood from a stone, and price everything at the register. Spoiler alert, everything is eBay +30%. Why bother putting in the effort to go to a store, to pay more than you would sitting on your couch in your PJs? This seems penny wise and pound foolish. Don't waste your time, just get it from eBay and save 30%.

Positive experience: Decent store, but games are not priced competitively. Used games are often listed even with brand new copies at big box stores, and Retro games are sold heavily above market value.

Negative experience: The store is good but not so sure about the employees, I asked for help and the guy in the front of the cash register and gave a rude response saying that he will send someone, the guy who helped me was ok in all but when I asked him that I will make a purchase, it looked like he didn’t even know what I was talking about even though I asked about the product, and I don’t know but I feel like they talk rude about their costumers behind their back’s because I heard one of them saying something but I’m not so sure, I’ll come again but next time it happens im never going

Fantastic experience: A gamers dream! I love Wii play games! They have old school systems and games, which is the best. Pretty much anything you want is there. I'm not sure if they still do repairs, I forgot to ask.

Fantastic experience: They have every game for every system. Very organized and clean. Their website shows what they have and whats in stock, so I know they have what I want before I drive there. Prices are fair and competitive with amazon.

Fantastic experience: Very cool looking store with a huge selection of modern and retro video games as well as trading card games and board games. An absolute must visit for everyone.

Positive experience: This place used to have a great line or reaper minis and suggested but they have really replaced it with the nolzur line. Everyone has the nolzur line, so meh. The selection of games is wild and they do have what most nerds want, so it's a good one stop shop.

Fantastic experience: I really liked this place. It is smaller on the outside than it is on the inside (haha). They had an amazing game selection for family game night, some figures and hobby stuff, video games for a lot of different game systems, and very very helpful staff. I'd go here again and would buy from here rather than Amazon...

Negative experience: My experience here is always bad especially on the magic side. It’s always the same guy. Every time I ask for help, it seems like an inconvenience. The last straw was when I rushed there from work and got there at 6:35pm to get 4 cards but they said they can’t get them even though they were right there in the display case. I’d understand if they were swamped but all he did was twirl his keys and walk around and say they stop pulling at 6:30pm. Maybe you should change the store hours if you’re workers don’t want to work. I’m not going to mention the guys name but you’ll probably find out for yourselves when you experience it yourself.

Negative experience: This is by far the worst video game store in the valley. The staff are always rude, they don't care about the customer, and they stink, literally. I don't think any of them shower or know how to apply deodorant. The game selection is weak, they're overpriced, and they can't be bothered to help a customer out when they have questions. If you want to go to a good video game store that is fair and welcoming, go to RETRO CITY GAMES. Avoid Wii Stink Games at all costs.

Negative experience: The staff aren't wearing masks over their mouth, much less their nose. This is pretty consistent every time I go in, and it's not just a few people. It's everyone, particularly back in the games second.

Fantastic experience: Tons of items from Anime or video games. An entire section dedicated to cards of all kinds. I found a lot of the figurines to be expensive but to be fair, im not sure what the going rate is for some of that stuff. I have a hard time paying $20-$45 for a small plushie- but hey, that’s not my thing. I did give the 5 stars because I was able to find something for just about everyone on my list. Also lots of great stocking stuffers too.

Fantastic experience: I entered not knowing what to expect and was blown away by how immediately my friends and I were attended to as well as the store's vast selection of games, accessories, and adjacent items. What really steals the show is the staff*, though. I phoned ahead to place them in anticipation of a high-ticket item for trade-in, and was in no way dismissed or under-accommodated during any point of the process. It was clear that the staff were uber-knowledgeable of their wares from the moment they looked at the item I was offering (a sealed GBC game), remarking on the quality of the seal and handling the item with care as they worked and communicated diligently to approach an offer. When discussing potential prices, I at no time felt offended or insulted -- sentiments they were clearly seeking to avoid by ensuring I was well-informed on how they determined their offer, using many of the same sources that I use myself. After some discussion, we both reached a price we were pleased with and a sense of mutual respect which can't go understated. Afterward, I looked over the shop fairly thoroughly and there were simply no questions the staff couldn't answer. At the risk of sounding like That Guy, I'm far too accustomed to quickly discovering that I know more about the contents/subject of a store than the staff who work there, and I am happy to say that I just as quickly discovered that this was not the case at Wii Play Games East. I didn't have to worry about pulling my words when discussing anything related to video games, Dungeons & Dragons, etc.; they all responded to any comment or question I had as though we were having a casual conversation with no notes of condescension to be heard. It was refreshing, and I highly recommend visiting this store if you're in the area. *Despite my praise of them, I unfortunately cannot remember any of their names. They obviously left an impression, but my time in Vegas was fast and loose and I encountered a lot at once. I apologize for that, but just know that you guys were one of the highlights of my trip. Thank you so much!
