Negative experience: Rude service. Employee was very short and didn’t make sense. Wasn’t coherent and actually glad my trade in was rejected. Avoid this store.
Negative experience: Horrible customer service, rude workers and they lie about the warranty’s and then it’s a huge hassle if the device you got a warranty on breaks… which is the whole point of the warranty.
Negative experience: The store never answers their phone. Could’ve resolved my question over the phone but I had to drive down. The gentlemen seemed disinterested, not doing much (could’ve answered the phone) and had a bit of an attitude when I came into the store to ask my question or maybe that was just his personality? I ordered a game online and he said that GameStop online and the store has nothing to do with each other. It’s the same GameStop Brand so a little confused there. Ended up calling customer service.
Fantastic experience: Took a while, but, they had everything in wanted and needed, so, incant really.complain. tried calling walmart practically all night and got no answer at all, so i gave up.

Negative experience: Worse GameStop, I’ve ever been in. I was trying to get some help from the clerk, and the only thing that I got was looks disinterest and zero energy from her. She’s heavy weight with glasses and was just staring at her phone the whole time I was asking questions in regards to a game. If you’re just here for a paycheck, that’s fine, but at least fake it don’t be rude to the customer.
Negative experience: No one answers the phone as of today 4:12 pm store isn’t busy at all all the workers are chillin, they don’t know I’m the one calling their line on West Craig in North Vegas

Positive experience: I started to buy my football cards from them. They are much cheaper than your conventional card shop. Also they have good cards most of the time.
Negative experience: I was finessed into buying a pro membership to buy Pokémon cards. I called other stores and they don't do that. Do not come here employees are scamming customers.

Negative experience: Deals are great and a great selection of games but the cashiers are not great about discussing using your points without your knowledge or about managing your rewards membership. I realize the employees are just promoting programs the company wants but you have to disclose it clearly to the customer. This behavior is alarming.

Fantastic experience: Robert Ellis, you literally said the same thing twice when they said they didn't have it when you came the first time, and the second time they had the limit amount the second time. Jillian didn't you come in the next day to the same store and bought something?
Negative experience: I went in twice looking for something. The 1st time, the guy tried to convince me it wasn't released yet when it was. 2nd time, still not in stock because "they don't sell very many". I'm not surprised by that because they never had any in stock to begin with. I'm not upset about the item being unavailable, it's the fairy tale stories the 2 different clerks have told me. Just say you don't have any.
Negative experience: I visited GameStop recently with the intent to buy a game but left feeling extremely disappointed by the customer service. Upon entering, I stood at the checkout for several minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. An employee with pink hair came out while on the phone, never making eye contact or greeting me. When she finally finished her call and addressed me with a casual "What's up?" I pointed out that a warmer greeting would be more appropriate. Instead of responding positively, she explained that she was on an important call with her manager, implying that it excused her lack of courtesy. I felt that assisting a customer should take priority, and when I suggested we could try again tomorrow, she simply stood there in silence. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve encountered. It’s clear that training in customer interaction is needed. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this GameStop.

Fantastic experience: This is my go to GameStop because Veronica. She’s the best. Any questions I have, she knows the answers too and has the best suggestions on games. She’s very knowledge and handles each customer with professionalism. This will continue to be my main GameStop to visit in town just because of her and the staff.

Negative experience: Preordered Starfield premium upgrade, and somehow it got delayed by gamestop on release day. Did Instore pickup at bestbuy an hour later. Tell me what is the point of pre-ordering if your store can't deliver the items on release day? Pure incompetence by whoever runs this store or region. Now I'm going to have to fight to get refunded my deposit from gamestop.

Fantastic experience: I have been goin to this location for a long time and the staff is awesome. I felt with all the staff and they make me feel like family. I had recently had problems with my controller and they checked it out and got me a new one. They even tested the refurbished controller to make sure it works. They helped me with my points as well. I will definitely keep coming back to this family. Keep up the good work guys.
Negative experience: So they call me to tell me to come to the store at 9pm to pick up a game I preordered. I was in no rush but they call me. I get there and two men are behind the counter zesting off I’m waiting outside for 10 mins talking to through the mail box and they are just zestying off. I jus decided to leave. Why even call me?

Negative experience: Average GameStop experience, Heard the an employee being really weird with a female customer. On the way out he loudly announced "you NEED to stay here more or I might not see you again here for a long time" just overall weird.

Negative experience: The two girls employed were very rude, I tried to ask for prices but they ignored me, and when they finally deigned to answer me they were very rude and telling me everything is very expensive, insinuating that we did not have money, not knowing that we are regular customers, we always go to Decatur and 215, but my son wanted to go to Craig and he was sad and disappointed because at 8 years old he realized that they were very rude this was about at 8:30pm I hope the manager sees the reviews

I found that strange but he didn't ask me he asked my son who is grown but not as verbal as me because I would have said something to him. It's a fun place to go I especially like to go buy used equipment or games there and save some money you can also get retro consoles and systems games and accessories for a pretty decent price I gone in there and bought a classic console and a few games and had a hell of a weekend. The staff is all gamer nerds so they are fun to talk to you if you want to find something in particular or you're open to try something new they can help you out. They have a huge selection the store is stocked wall to wall. And not just video games but accessories and cool novelty items like t-shirts and figures and all sorts of things. There seems to be one on almost every corner especially in the Big Box store Plaza so they are not hard to find. If you want video games this is the place to go

They took their time and answered all my questions and they made some really good suggestions. I will definitely go back for my next game. And there's a Subway right next door. So you can get your grub on after you get your game on. Honestly, get the Subway. It will give you something to eat while you're stupid xbox updates and you wait for the new game to install.
