Fantastic experience: The store manager Diego is always very helpful whenever I come in. Very clean store and organized. Smells decent too. All the staff is great

Negative experience: It is no wonder this company is going out of business. Took my son there on his birthday to buy a steam gift card with a GameStop gift card. Was told by the clerk that it was against federal law to purchase a gift card with a gift card. That is an absolute lie. Then went t purchase it with my debit card and was told their gift card activation service was down as well. Absolute trash, we will not be going to this location ever again.
Fantastic experience: Workers were very nice, super clean store. The employees there were also having a good time with customers and were knowledgeable about the product. Would visit again. Thanks for the games

Negative experience: They take stolen property knowingly .. I lent my friend a vintage ds 3d she sold it to them. They oat. Ash so when I called and asked them if they got one In recently they said yes and I described it. I gave the woman the name of the person and s said I have to speak to management. They came back on saying they had to protect themselves.

Fantastic experience: Nostalgia for sale. Games and memories and games. Generally the employees are often gamers themselves, which is nice. Stores are clean, sell games and hardware. Live long and prosper Gamestop.

Negative experience: I recently submitted some valuable baseball cards here and the employees do not follow protocol on several steps. They also go as quickly as possible without using any care when handling cards. I am never using game stop again for submissions
Fantastic experience: I originally thought GameStop was a dying business, but I consistently find myself at this location spending money almost weekly. Diego is a great employee, and does a great job building rapport and learning what his regulars come in for. The second my fiancé and I walk in, he knows what to show us because he knows our taste. I also love visiting GameStop to take advantage of their PSA grading of TCG cards - everything I’ve submitted at this location comes back a better grade than I expect, so I know the employees are handling my cards with the utmost care when sending them out. This continues to be our favorite location and I try my best to encourage my friends to shop at GameStop also. :)
Negative experience: Super frustrating. I went in and got a game for my daughter. The guy that helped me was nice but told me to switch out my headset for a game stop one because they are universal. It wasn't. I got home and tried to connect it to the xbox s and it does not have the basic audio jack. I wasn't that upset until I got back to the store and the girl was closed. She seen me as she was counting down the register. I managed retail so I get not opening the door while counting. However you can clearly see i am the one that just left. I was hoping she would close her drawer, open the door, ask me what is wrong and then maybe hand me some other headphones the ones I originally had picked up (same price) and then she could have done the exchange tomorrow. Instead I had to rush home and try to find the receipt. Then I realized I didn't get one. Had to go to Walmart to see if they had a converter. They did not but their other location did. Just got home after 2 hours of trying to fix this situation. Spending 500 dollars in place and the person states at you and also ignores the phone is just in poor taste. I realize he didn't do it on purpose I'm sure, but super inconvenient and she was a little rude.
Positive experience: On a Friday morning was really busy took forever to get my trade ins done, but the employee was really nice and did the best they can. Please staff this place better so us customers can get in and out to play our games
Positive experience: Winter the other day to pick up a couple used Wii games, very fair pricing. However, one of them did not work at all. Oh well, kind of a crowded parking lot but was able to get in and out of there fairly easily
Fantastic experience: Staff at this location is awesome. Diego, Jon, Michelle and their pet Robert all provide excellent customer service. They are very good about calling me when stuff comes in that I’ve pre ordered. Would check this location out they always have Pokemon cards.
Negative experience: Came in here about a week or 2 ago. This store sells products at around 300-500% MARKUP!!! THATS CRAZY! they tried to charge me 125$ + tax for the Yugioh ghosts of the past MINI TIN. That contains ONLY 4 pack. I requested to speak to the manager about it and the manager told me that each single pack costs 26$. There are ONLY 4 packs in the box. So you mean to tell me you are charging 125$ for 4 packs that cost 25$? TCG shows that they are MUCH less per pack than that. I left my contact information to get this settled with the manager so I could get a normal price instead of being lubed up with no warning. They have not contacted me in this time so I have to leave a review in order to warn people to STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAMESTOP! THEY OVERCHARGE AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Save time and energy and go to a different one. Got the same item they are charging for $125+tax at a closer GameStop for $26.25.

Negative experience: So I have a microphone that has insurance so I go to the store to Return it and get a new one and I go over there and tell him I want to return it. The guy does it. It says it comes out eight dollars and then this other guy with the slip back he came up and said that we have to buy a new one or we paid $50 for the one we have already and he said we have to buy a new one 50 And so we left because they were very rude to us and we went to the one on Gibson Street and they had no problem and did it right. Customer service was amazing at Gibson over there on Stephanie is one of the worst. I hope you guys consider never going here ever again!

Fantastic experience: Always a great place to get your new and most definitely used games for almost any console platform. If they don't have it in store they will look it up to see if any of the other stores have it available and give you a printout of which ones do. This place is a great accessory to gamers.

I bought a several games.. all were supposed to be brand new but half of the games i got were not brand new. i received them no longer sealed. it was opened. very disappointing! customer service was not helpful at all. i paid the price of a brand new game just to receive a bunch of opened, probably pre- owned games.

Negative experience: Arrived at 8:50, store closes at 9:00. Doors locked and workers didn't want to look toward us. Tgey ended up hiding in the back room. How sad, at least stay open till the time it says you are open until.
Fantastic experience: Love the store but enjoy our interactions with the staff even more. My wife and I have been friends with Jon, the Store Manager, for about our entire marriage. Whether we're buying or just window shopping, Jon and his team are always a joy to engage with. It's kinda like the Cheers version of Gamestop... where everybody knows your name .
Negative experience: Very bad attitude workers. Absolutely rude and unfriendly at all I do not recommend shopping there what so ever the worst one is the manager young kid with a chip on his shoulder
Fantastic experience: Came in today and wow Scott was amazing so helpful so kind explaining stuff to me because I’m not a gamer I’m a mom of four and I just buy whatever my kids ask for we went in to do a trade my goodness he was so helpful and he made sure he went way above and beyond for us my credit was amazing it was over $500 we got the new Xbox 3 brand new controls warranties I only paid like $40 out of my pocket he treated me like I was the only person in the store when I was about to close my deal up there was two people in the store one of them was in line behind me and he didn’t rush and try to hurry up and get me out of there he answered all my questions even when I asked the same question twice cause I didn’t understand he didn’t get irritated he just explained it to me again broke it down for me Scott you’re very kind and you are all about customer service and making us feel comfortable and making sure we get the best out of what we wanted and trust me we will always come back to this game stop best ever hands-down I felt comfortable talking to you and your advice you gave and Opinion I’ve been to plenty a game stops Best Buy and let me say I can truly tell you love your job and you love helping people and you’re a people person and it’s all about getting your customers what they want what they need and more … THANKS SCOOT … I will always recommend your GameStop to anybody even if it’s out of the area because you put a great impression on me your worth the drive … BIG THANKS FROM THE GARCIA FAMILY.

Negative experience: Gamestop where the motto is we having nothing in stores or warehouse. I went in for a ps4 charging cable and they have none before this it was a PS4 pro. I am surprised they managed to stay open with such horrid business practices. Not a fan of Amazon but guess I'll be going there from now on.

Fantastic experience: Was very surprised how polite the employee that helped me was. I came in looking for a Pokemon plush for my daughter and explained how I had a hard time finding 2 particular Pokemon. She had a plush that she bought for a family member that she was willing to GIVE away for free just cause she was a caring and very polite person which is a huge positive for an employee! This of course occurred after 10 mins of searching for the next delivery and the stock of other stores so I am very pleased with this particular store and employee.

Negative experience: Shity ass store bought a brand new game didn’t like the game spent 59.99 on the game and was told I could not return it I could trade it in for 13 will never do business with this store again I was never told anything I was told I had 30 days for my money back
