Fantastic experience: Adam (he is from the U.K.) at this store is excellent. He went above and beyond to help me out and even called numerous stores in order to ensure I was fully taken care of. Great job GameStop for hiring employees who work hard and who care. Perfect service.

Negative experience: Went to there to trade in 3 games and only got 2.00 dollars for games that are worth 20.00 dollars.

Fantastic experience: Long story short, I came in a frustrated mom feeling hopeless and confused. JORDAN, was outstanding! He helped me exchange my console for something better suiting my needs, showed me how to set up to the TV, answered all my questions and made me extremely happy. He deserves a raise 100%!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately had to leave a 1 star review. I’ve been going to GameStop for a long time and this one is so bad in customer service. There is a new girl there she’s a sweet person but does not know what she is doing . I went in for a trade in and to change my preorder to another game . She said she doesn’t think they can do that and send me to another location so they can do it . I went to another GameStop and she said only that store can do that . I moved from Chicago and they used to just call the other store and transfer it . And while she was helping me or trying to . She was just looking around the store . I felt bad because the management left her on her own with very little experience. And she also was not giving me my full pro amount of transfer amount for my trade in . From the other reviews it seems like management does not care here . I would not recommend this GameStop to my fellow gamers .

Negative experience: Horrible service by guy name Jordan. Just left GameStop 20 minutes ago. I bought a game for my son. I told him I had Xbox series. He got me the NBA 2K 24. When I got home, I realize the game console only takes digital games. I called the store right after told him about the situation. Number one extremely rude over the phone. Didn’t want to take any responsibility. Telling me as a consumer. I should know what I want to buy. I called the store he tells me he doesn’t have time for this and hangs up my call 2 times. I went back to the store. Still being rude to me when I walked in. When I told him customer service is part of your job. He tells me he’s trying to quit this job. This happened at 3:30pm on 11/17/23

Negative experience: Kinda slow motion at the register. Took 15 minutes with each sale. Won't answer the phone! Games were cheap and plentiful, if only I had an hour to stand in line!

Fantastic experience: They had Sonic Frontier and Mario with Rabbids. My brother bought the Mario game for my nephew for $59.99 a good deal in this day and age.

Positive experience: Store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and ready to help. They have a wide selection of games to choose from for Switch, Playstation, and Xbox. Besides games they also have gaming accessories and collectibles like Funko pops. The store itself is great, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because most of the used games are priced really high. I can buy some of these new for less than what GameStop is selling them used. I know it's a corporate thing, not a store thing but it still affects people shopping at this location.

They offer 9pm releases for a lot of the newer popular games and are always really helpful with preorders for games or merchandise. I now live further but will continue to use this gamestop because of the above mentioned

It was a nice change to find a spot that sells items you enjoy (for gamers) that are more tangible. I hope they keep going in this direction as I'll come back again.

With employees that are very helpful and engaging one would be hard press not to find what they want. I of course went for a game and came home wanting another system. Negative experience: I went to go get my pre-ordered game on the night of release and they did not stay open long enough. I was told that they were going to have a party starting at 9 and I showed up less than an hour later and they were already closed. Another L for GameStop.

Negative experience: It's always empty, and now I see why. The service is pretty bad. I'm a female gamer... sp it's like the male either hit on me, or hate me. Didn't ask if I needed help and I wasn't even greeted at the door. Yet every MALE did. One guy even went out of his way to speak to a kid about a question while I stood there for 30mins waiting for him to "be right there"

Negative experience: Horrible experience, usually get good service at gamestop but this time Jessica made it a bad experience. I tried to trade in a few games and she gave me a hard time and even forgot to scan one of my games!! I had to drive all the way back and wait in line to get my money for the game she forgot to scan!! Avoid this gamestop if possible they hire shady people who will try to take your money, or "accidently" take your money
