Multiple calls reported 20+ Pokemon 151 boosters but upon opening they somehow only had 5, has happened on multiple occasions with this team here, EDIT I actually sold cards to a worker here as well and he let me know how easy it is for him to get cards which I didn’t connect till later on

Negative experience: I cancelled an order for Dragon Age: The Veilguard. They never refunded my credit card. I checked with store and they said that customer picked up and ID verified. Either they made mistake or employees are committing fraud. Buyer beware at this store.

Negative experience: Try to return and item that my son buy which it was not want he needs the box when we get it was damaged, they will not give store credit or return his money which is stupid since they re-sell everything here when I ask them how come the rules only applies to us they both give attitude cause they know I was right. they took advantage of a kid cause apparently they didn't told him you can't return it if is open or " the box is damaged " we will no give you discount or you can't return it. I Don't recommend this places Don't waste your money or time

Negative experience: Employee's here will cancel pick up orders for collectible items in order to keep for themselves. I had 4 items canceled from this store without reason. I tried calling in with no luck getting ahold of someone.

Positive experience: Great GameStop I liked the store they much however the parking can be very difficult to find. Luckily I did not have to park on the streets but the plaza has very limited parking spaces so beware. The store was very kind super helpful with all my questions. The store is fairly big and has a lot of items in there if you're interested in video games plushies Legos etc. Only thing that I was kind of annoyed by was the pushing of warranty no matter how much I denied it they kept on pushing it on me. Got my stuff pretty quickly purchasing took about 10 minutes plus some questions so I recommend coming here if you have any questions about gaming.

Fantastic experience: For it to be around my old school was just the best thing ever and just top tier stores of my childhood. Stores like gamestop are slowly withering away. Best to enjoy and experience them now than remembering them tomorrow. Sadly I have no interest or desires to go to a GameStop anymore. This place specifically always has a place in my heart.

Negative experience: Came to the store exchange my controller cause I called 10 minutes earlier to see if they have it on stock and a guy answered saying that they do but once I got there they said that they dont have one in stock. Was about to say something about me calling and saying if they have it on stock but kept it to myself. And I ask Pablo an employee there to check if they had an item in stock or can he check in any other store to see if they have it. All he said was " Oh we don't have. And the other store said that they dont have it. He didn't call or check. I'm disappoint on the customer service here.

Negative experience: Just got told they’ll hold an Xbox for pickup. I came in 15mins, waited for 15 while one guy was on the phone and another just walking around. They finally tell me they sold it to someone else. Just now. I asked him why would he sell a item on hold. Items can’t be placed on hold. Which he says he told me on the phone. He did not. Also why ask for my name to hold the item? GameStop needs to step it up. Their service has been awful for years but this is neck level.
