Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this GameStop on Harbor for about 5 years now and I can only say that I have had positive experiences. The staff has been really helpful in explaining all of the current deals going on, even if i misinterpret some of them from time to time. I do think the membership is worth it because I end up getting my savings back really quickly. I think the local prices & deals even give BookOff a run for their money. I hope GameStop continues as long as they maintain the same quality as this store.

Negative experience: My gamer friend bought me a new PS5 and Had it delivered here. I called first to make sure that it was there, and the manager assured me that it was. When I came to pick it up, I told the girl with winged eyeliner and Strawberry blonde hair, my name and the details. Without even going to the back and check, she immediately had an attitude and said that she would know if a PS five was there and paid for. So I asked her to please go look and she was back there for about 15 minutes. I heard a bunch of stuff rumbling around. She came back threw the box on the counter and said someone hid it from her so she didn’t see where it was. I’ve never been to this store in person, but me and my son are huge gamers and we will never shop in the store because of her. I tried to compliment her on her eyeliner and she was just completely pissed off. I’m sorry that she doesn’t have any gamer friends.

Negative experience: Yesterday I did a pickup order for Crimson Desert Website says same day pickup available I walk in & the employee says he can’t give it to me till Monday (also employee said to check target, they don’t even sell it there) I go home & download Crimson Desert on the PS Network & cancel my order with GameStop Mind you before all this I attempted to call 4 different locations in the surrounding area, multiple times throughout the day to ask about the situation before even purchasing at all, no one picked up the phone! #PowerToThePlayers This location definitely did not answer the phone & I called numerous times throughout the day just for one question. When I walked in there was only 1 person in the store shopping. 2 employees that I saw. Lastly you would think an employee would know where this game is being sold, being a release day for the game. Do you even game?

Negative experience: I really appreciate terrible service because it reminds me not to spend money in a place like this . So I ask to see a product not was i not allowed to see or touch the product but the sales person held the product at a distance raising the hand extended arm as to create a barrier creating more distance . Like playing keep away. So I left but im glad I was treated this way . Reminds me that other stores don't treat people this way .

Negative experience: Giving it one star since they decided to raise prices for all pokemon tcg products.. They even raised it twice.. You basically camping out to pay close to scalpers price.. how does this make any sense ?.. I basically bought an item online on tcgtheplayer and the difference in price was under 10 dollar.. so I totally just bought it online and pay the difference .. Avoid waiting in line for releases when its just a few dollars compared with tcgtheplayer ..

Positive experience: I like this GameStop usually a good experience for the most part. But the other day I went in and as I was there new TCG stuff came in 10 items and the employee was like oh what! I’m buying those and put aside 5 for them selves out of the 10. I don’t think an employee on the clock should be able to take half the inventory of what comes in when that’s suppose to be for the customers.. usually customers are limited to quantity as well.

Negative experience: Its gamestop. One person working the register and one person ignoring customers working on something more important than a waiting customer. Prices are inflated as usual. If you need something now, go and deal with it. If you can wait, Amazon.

Negative experience: Went in to sell a few things and kept wondering more and more why the price offered from the employee was so far off the cash price on their site... I finally questioned him about it for my ps5 edge controller ( he was offering $20 when that controller was only used once all accessories included, mint condition) he answers me that he couldn't test the controller because it "crashed his system" so he deliberately chose to omit that he scanned it as defective! That is dis honest and some business practices that are deplorable. I wouldn't put it past him that he would've not ring it up and pocketed the resale money considering how hard it was to get a receipt... Stay away from this business since it employs thieves!

Negative experience: This review is towards GameStop, not the staff I encountered. In short: BROKEN ITEM sold. Sold as new item. Refund request denied. Context: I bought a Star Wars waffle maker as a gift at a CLEARANCE price.When I went home and checked, the waffle handle was already broken. This store is one of the stores that denied my refund / exchange request out of their policies. The customer service online was very slow, and when they finally replied, they suggested me to go to a store and (attempt to) return it; they mentioned that they could not handle it online somehow. The price might be desirable, but only if the item is actually new and not broken. I do think that this is a rather unfair sale. I could have happily purchased another game or so if I were kindly issued in-store credit.

Fantastic experience: This is a great store. The employees that helped us out were super friendly and informative about the stores deals that were going on at the time. I bought 2 Nintendo switch game totes and with my savings and rewards got a really good price out the door. I'll be heading here for my next gaming purchase soon.

Positive experience: One of the few locations that is still open. The store is neat and tidy and the employees are friendly. They are also pretty helpful... BUT, but the last couple times I've gone into this store looking for something specific only to be told "we don't carry that" and then proceed to find that very item on one of the shelves... not sure how much longer brick and mortar video game stores will exist. Not much longer, I'd guess...

Negative experience: I talked to someone in store asking for a 10 dlr game card. He toldme they only have 3mth card and a yr card. But he told me i can purchase a code and cost me 10 buck. I thought cool. But when i tried to redeem code the code didnt work.i called them back since i had just purchesd this (code) and the guy told me that they couldnt refund my money and i sayd what a f. Game stop is good for one thing only. Screwing people.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted with customer service. Asked a simple question to see if they had an item in stock but employee gave an attitude and did not bother checking to see if the item was available elsewhere. Avoid this gamestop as employees will just give you an attitude and make you feel unwanted.

Negative experience: Was told they had a specific item in stock and they reserved me 1 of those items. I had to drive in heavy traffic for half an hour and when I got there, they said they forgot to mention the item was street dated and they could not sell me one. Wasted time on my part. The person was apologetic, but still. It would’ve been nice to know the item couldn’t be sold and saved me time and gas.

Negative experience: Pre- ordered the superstar edition of madden 20 for like 85$, at the same time im buying far cry 5. When i get home that night i realize they gave me far cry "new dawn". When i go to switch out and pick up the madden 20 copy, they tell me they accidentally sold my copy . Guy was apologetic and said i could wait till original release date and get a copy but i just took the money instead.
