Negative experience: No wonder this place is closing. I come in there 1 person being checked out by the workers and literally chit chat about non work related shit for 10 minutes ! I was waiting and decided to step out of line to look around while they chit chat. Then some walks In and the other guy finally leaves and she takes care of him where she could of been professionally and taken care of me cause she saw me standing in line for 10 minutes while she was chit chatting with this client about nothing of the purchase or store related shit

Fantastic experience: The staff here is really cool and chill. Selection of games is as good as any other GameStop. Parking can be limited during the day since the surrounding businesses are pretty busy. There is handicap parking outside the GameStop along with wheelchair accessible apron.

Negative experience: DO NOT COME HERE!! came to buy an oculus quest 2 and they added the GameStop pro membership without telling me. ALWAYS ASK TO SEE THE COMPUTER BEFORE PAYING. They were trying to blame taxes for the extra charges. Will never come back here or any other GameStop. Will be filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Edited to add:I asked for a refund and they refused and said that there are no refunds for memberships. I checked the term and conditions and they are refundable within two days of purchase. Don’t believe anything they say, always do your own math.

Negative experience: Had a encounter with An associate name and naomi very rude disrespectful Towards customers Very inappropriate behavior not professional. The tone of voice she wad using to speak to me Sounded like she was yelling.m and kept interrupting me nor allowing me to speak I simply, wouldn't there 4 warranty exchange of a controller? But yet they're not taking care of my needs or helping ask to speak to manager. And she said I am manager in a very rude and Condescending way I would now recommend the store. I would not recommend Naomi. For any type of help she's does not try and put in effort to help customers.

Negative experience: Call and ask them to hold a game for me. They confirm they have it on hold. Drive all the way over just to be told they don't have it.. what was the purpose of my call?? And if you couldn't find it, why not have the courtesy of returning a call before someone wastes their time and gas getting there?

Negative experience: While I don’t have problems at other GameStop locations. This particular one has staff that don’t do there job. This is the closest one to where I live but I find myself traveling the distance now for a GameStop with decent working employees. I’ve had multiple problems with this location. when they can’t do there job.They have sent me to other locations to GameStop’s with adequate people that know there job. Not all GameStop’s are bad. But this one is.

Negative experience: I ordered a game on Tuesday the 2nd and it’s said it will be here up to 4 or 7 days, I waited for 7 days and it DIDINT COME. So I tracked it and it said JUNE 15 AND IT DIDN'T COME and it didn’t come still

Negative experience: They don’t even pick up.... I called like 3 times First time I told myself hey maybe there busy I waited for hour then Called again no one pick up and then waiting a bit longer again no one pick up...

Positive experience: They never have the games or gift cards that I'm looking for ever in stock for the Xbox.... i was trying to get copy of cod mw for the xbox one they don't have it..... but PS4 all day long SMH.... i have been shopping there for years I think it's been a decade-and-a-half. I wanted to buy the Xbox series 2 elite controller when they first came out... they couldn't even do that because they told me I couldn't have a new one but they had extras in stock... Basically got told that they have to give the people that pre-ordered the controller a chance I couldn't have one even the extra ones that no one pre ordered basically lost of sell which they could have made money right then and there.... my GameStop looks smaller and brand new these days which is dope looking make it much more easier to shop around but they never have PC accessories or xbox games in stock that i need... I would love to be in my Game Stop a lot more. it's down the street from my home literally. I love the convenience of getting their easily and being able to buy games and pc stuff when they're available to me. which is disappointing to me I've had to use their competitors to buy game and accessories at this point in time. because they never have anything I want in stock. also minus the xbox series 2 Elite controller issue they have amazing staff at that store they treat me good and go above and beyond but like I said they never have what I'm looking for in the store in stock

Negative experience: They wouldn't let me return a game because when I tried, they had closed early the last day of the return window. Not gonna come back here ever again, they can't and won't help you. I've been to a lot of gamestops with nice and friendly associates, this definitely isn't one of them.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the biggest Gamestop locations around. Bigger inventory of toys and collectibles compared to other locations. They seem to get very busy sometimes then all of a sudden quiet. The place is clean and well organized with lots of walking space. Pretty good prices, especially when they have a sale. I don't really like buying games here because they open new games but I definitely like finding a nice action figure or cool Gamestop only statue.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best game stops to shop at. The customer service here is top notch. They will really take their time to explain and recommend things to you. It gets packed but they do well at getting the line down quickly. My husband says it’s the only one he’ll ever go to again.

Fantastic experience: Don't agree with the bad rating above...my experience has always been positive...I worked in the same shopping center and visited constantly...I asked the staff member about educational software (games)and a system for a 6 yr old...he was very knowledgeable and guided me to the Nintendo DS...bought over 20 games for her to play...im a gamer and have been playing video games since my childhood...I can always count on Game stop to take me back to old games I enjoyed as a kid...Metal Gear Solid, Gran Turismo 1, Knock Out Kings, Gauntlet Legends ,Crusin USA, MORTAL KOMBAT 1, Tekken, Killer Instinct Gold, House of the Dead, Crazy Taxi, Twisted Metal, Donkey Kong Country and many many others....great stock, great games, great times....enjoy

Negative experience: I bought a brand new controller on "sale" for 75 dollars....i also bought a couple other things such as broken astros A20 and a past controller i bought had dead zones in the left stick....i allsooooo feel like the guy never wearing his uniforms knows hes ripping me off each time i go back but me not being able to drive gives me no choice but to keep going back.

Positive experience: I’ve been going here since 2012 and I’ve always bought games here. I can’t say this is the BEST Store I’ve been to but it’s a loyal one at most, the people here Change every few months but they always seemed to ask me “Wanna pre order this” but it’s there job so I don’t mind. I think it’s a great store. I Pre Ordered GTA5 Here Before and that was in 2013.
