Fantastic experience: Nick was super helpful! I needed to return a refurbished PlayStation 4 Pro to GameStop, and this location made it incredibly fast and easy. The store itself was clean and organized, and everything was very easy to find. Overall, a really great experience! :)

Negative experience: Went there over the weekend 15 min after "opening" time to find people working inside but the door locked. Instead of acting like a decent human, they ignored me and my daughter like we weren't standing there. Cool story bro. More money to target. Im only sad because when this poorly managed joke of a business goes the way game crazy did, I donno how we're gonna get used games, which is all you should ever go to gamestop for.

Positive experience: Just one item, it had gone through three crew members’ hands. The first one handed it to me, like some knick knack came from his closet or under the mattress. The second one grabbed it, took out the disc from the plastic cover, then wiped it with his shirt. The third one put it in a bubble mailer, and handed it to me. Awfully like a sweatshop operation! This chain always surprised me or caught me off guard, in an odd way!

Negative experience: 0 STARS but I have to give it at least a 1 STAR to give it a review. The white bald man with a long beard was super RUDE to me and my brother. All we wanted was trade in a game and he simply didn't want to buy it because he doesn't know if we stole it or not. Even though we showed him a receipt.
Negative experience: The worst GameStop I've ever been to, the employee with long oily hair never opens on time and is rude. I was outside way past the opening hour and saw at least four customers walk away, not including me. This is exactly why I buy my games digitally but unfortunately, sometimes we need accessories.

Negative experience: Employee on 1/2/2023 at 6pm told me an item was out of stock and sent me away. I proceeded to order the item for pick up on the website and it was ready for pickup in 10 minutes. What kind of store manager hires people like this?

Negative experience: I always try calling before I drive down to the store to see if they have what I'm looking for but they NEVER answer. I even called while inside the store and they just let the phone ring. wasted my gas driving down here when the lazy sales person could have just answered the phone.

Negative experience: Store manager: please contact me. You have a specific unbelievably unprofessional employee who made my experience absolutely revolting. I was sent by another store employee to purchase a product that this store had in stock. The employee was on his tablet playing games, was mumbling curse words and became irate and swore at me. He did absolutely nothing to assist me. I was told that I didn't have to shop at game stop. Never offered to have it ordered, when it would be back in stock, nothing. Long haired white guy, yellow or mustard shirt, 20's, smelled like marijuana, 6/7/22 @ 1:10pm. Only employee, refuses to provide an employee name or number. Absolutely unacceptable.

Negative experience: You can call anytime and you will be put on hold and it takes them close to around 20 till they get back to your call. Ebay is the way to go when you want to find a game your looking for its far cheaper and can get some of the special add ons on games. Still even more true today 2022 they don't even answer the phone. Guess Amazon it is.
Negative experience: They’re some miserable as workers, I wanted to buy returnal witch is rated for TEEN’S & the worker wouldn’t let me buy it without my id, I have a full grown beard witch I obviously look older than 13 so the worker just wanted to mess with me♂️

Positive experience: Large location and floor space. This GameStop carries the typical stock. The shelves were a little lacking in terms of product displays for the actual video games and accessories but they probably keep most of the actual merchandise behind the counter. Associates are friendly and helpful.

Superior customer service will keep brick and mortar stores alive well into the future. Forget about rewards programs and spam emails..more guys like James are what you need. Fantastic experience: Black Friday shopping- They didn't have all the items I came in for. The same caused some stocking problems but they did tell me what store had it. Went there-got it- happy with GameStop :)
Fantastic experience: Large variety of games here and they also do the midnight shuttle here which mean they open for one hour at midnight which is convenient for me getting out of work. They have all my favorite games and u love the 7 day and cash back because it's like I can rent games for 7 days and only pay the cash if I hold onto the game more than 7 days which is all I need in order to test and see if I'm into the game.

Positive experience: There's usually that one employee that gives you problems, but if you're lucky, you get the golden employees. Almost every time I've been here, it seems like there's always only one guy at the counter, doing a lot at once. The bad employee, however... Every purchase is returned condescending "knowledge", complete with not knowing games (how do you not know anything in a game store?) and then you get labeled by them for getting an "anime" game. I don't know if that guy is still around, but good lord... He didn't even bother trying to look for a case for a game before. The good employee ? He will try. At least, try. There are more employees, but this is just something that's bothered me for the past few years. That and honestly, even a "not-so-good" employee is better than that bad one. Very, very hit or miss with your experience. I've even heard that either the bad, or another bad one, ended up up selling destiny 2 and a ps4 pro to an old lady, basically implying and using wordplay to get her to buy another ps4.. Scum like that shouldn't live. Also, people do like to blame all workers, but you know, not all of them hold much power about policies. They need a paycheck. Unless you give them one, consider that there are situations and that some rare employees actually do care. In this case, that guy did not. Be wary. A shame I don't have names down..
