Negative experience: TERRIBLE customer service and return policy. Can't wait til they all close, I regret ever trying to buy a game from them. I also heard the lady yell at a customer on the phone that there were people in the shop so it’s not her problem if she can’t answer the phone all the time. That’s literally your JOB.

Negative experience: Feel scammed. I felt peer pressure to join the $25 membership. Then not a notification that the location was closing. I was recommended another location where the game prices are higher with less game choices. And new location is further miles away from me. I wish the prices were lower since game selection is small and the 4 games for $20 was hard to meet because most of the good games was over $20 a game. The 4 games had to be under $10 a game. Not selection was not possible to meet. I hope better and lower prices on the PlayStation 4 games.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite GameStop to shop at because the people working at the front desk are so friendly! Ricky is always eager to discuss retro games, and has helped me find titles that I've been hunting for a while. There are good deals frequently and a great selection of merchandise such as plushies, figurines, toys to life, teasing cards, and clothes.

Fantastic experience: Most of the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to assist you with whatever you are looking to get help with. The selection of anime figurines is def high end (High quality) and the sale shelves are always filled with some sort of great items. just an all around good location to visit/support.

Negative experience: To the short haired guy with glasses, working with the little asian boy Nov 24th @12:00pm. Name on recipe is RAMSSES!! Don't try to make somebody feel bad for not wanting to sign up for a 20$ a year membership. The back and forth at the register felt like harassment. No means no. And I just love how you pick and choose who you give your discount to and who you like at the store. I heard the whole conversation. Talking about you, don't want to get in trouble. Talking hella loud for everybody to hear! Will not be coming back to that store! I'm going to corporate next but nothing will probably happen.Because gamestops are closing down one by one. And last time, I was in the employee told me this one won't last very much longer because the one on calvine closed down

Negative experience: Looks like we will be shopping online . So tired of GameStop issues. This time : Advertised price stuck on game was the “wrong price” and they said they can’t honor it when we went to check out. Not sure how a game can go from $27 to $41 overnight and and the store not honor the price they are advertising only the price in their computer Better yet : manager “Peter” store employees said they couldn’t call him because he doesn’t answer the phone. Looks like the problem starts there. Fyi: a store's obligation to honor marked prices in California: --- **California Price Accuracy Laws:** 1. **California Business and Professions Code § 12024.2**: This law requires that items be sold at the price advertised or displayed. If the marked price is lower than the scanned price at the register, the store must honor the lower price. 2. **California Business and Professions Code § 17500**: This law prohibits false advertising. If an item is marked with a lower price than what is scanned, failing to honor that price may be considered deceptive advertising. 3. **California Civil Code § 1770(a)(13)**: This section of the Civil Code prohibits businesses from making false or misleading statements about the price of goods or services.

Fantastic experience: Came here after going to target first to try to get a PS5 but low staffing led us to this GameStop and I’m so happy we did. The employee, his name is Ricky, was super knowledgeable, friendly and engaged in providing some phenomenal customer service with multiple customers in the store. Negative experience: WAITED OUTSIDE FOR 20MINS FOR A 9PM EARLY RELEASE JUST FOR THEM TO NOT OPEN THE DOORS OR ANSWER THE PHONE DESPITE CUSTOMERS KNOCKING ON THE DOOR. Positive experience: They have a nice selection and their displays are nicely put together, but I really dislike the way they sell new games. I can't get past the company labeling a game as "new" despite having already removed the cartridge, plastic shrink wrap, and/or original case (in the case of Switch games) entirely. I miss the old way of buying games at Gamestop where you gave the cashier an empty case of the game you wanted to purchase, and an employee would just pull out a fresh, still-in-the-plastic wrapped, copy of the game you just purchased. I recommend only shopping here for the merchandise and/or used games.

Negative experience: I came in there to pick up a game. On my way home I realized that Andrew (Black fat dude with glasses) from Gamestop has giving me the wrong game. I had to drive 15 minutes to the store and back. When I asked politely if he could do anything for me for the waste of gas and time he rudely laughed. Be careful purchasing games at this location it appears that even though the employees here how glasses they cannot read. DONT LET ANDREW HELP YOU he cannot read, he does not know what hes doing, he lets the cash register hit him when making a transaction
