Negative experience: Closed for lunch every time I want to go into the store. Hire more staff. That's obviously an issue

Negative experience: Just headed here to get an item for my kid’s birthday. It’s 12:15pm and they’re still closed, listed store hours are 11am-9pm on Saturdays. How are you an hour late to open your store Smh

Fantastic experience: The worker, nico, helped me a lot

Fantastic experience: Went to go return a game and the two guys behind the corner were super nice about it. They also came off as genuine game fans as well because while we were doing the process, we were just talking about games. Super friendly people and definitely my go to GameStop from now on.

Negative experience: Store policy is what brings this rating down. If your child has an extra Spiderman game bought by grandparents, you can not trade the game in unless you open it off property. The ridiculous fact is that we can not open it with your "knowledge," and get the credit is just horrible customer service that is masking under a "store policy." I thought it would be a nice gesture to bring you the new sealed copy and sell it as used instead of my used one, and your policy just makes a good gesture feel like we are criminals.

Negative experience: It’s 7pm on a Tuesday and the lights are on but no one is home. Not sure why they have the place locked up. Hours are posted as open until 9pm

Fantastic experience: When I visited to check out some games and wireless controllers, the person at the counter was helpful and even looked up some stuff from another store. They have a good amount of FiGPiNs too. I’ll definitely visit this store again.

Fantastic experience: I've been to this GS location long ago since Nick was the manager. There is a new manager now, but they are definitely still doing great! The assistant store manager Chloe helped me with a return and price adjustment, no problems at all!

Fantastic experience: I went to GameStop because my son was looking for a PS3, but they didn't have any. While we were there I brought the Funko Pop "The Child -Madalorian" and he bought a PS4 controller. The counter person was great, he answered all our questions.

Positive experience: Finish eating next door at aka exactly 838 PM head next door to gamestop and they were closed. It was 840 PM that 20 mins worth of business still owed to the customers you guys dont close till 9pm stop being lazy trying to close early I understand you guys have to clean, count the till etc etc but 9pm means 9pm. I had my kid with me and we always get something here.

Positive experience: It is an okay place to buy your games but DO NOT SELL ANYTHING HERE they RIP you off. There was this one kid who wanted to buy Mortal Kombat X but the cashier said he was below the required age to buy that game so he had to get Dragonball Z, never saw that at any other stores that has games. What a Bummer!

Negative experience: I was told I wasn’t able to purchase a warranty on the gaming console I purchased since I waited 2 weeks to do so. Called another store and they told me I could purchase one anytime before 30 days and that is the correct policy, they were also rude to me over the phone about it.
