I didn't catch the person's name who was helping me but they were absolutely lovely and I know I'll be coming back to this location. Managers give the person who was working by themselves yesterday a raise!!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best Gamestop. With very knowledgeable employees. They always have the best selection for physical games and always have deals going on. Either it be merchandise or product. I have been going to this location since i was 10 years old. Everytime i need help or need something for my nintendo. They always have me covered. From time to time i have had to tell GameStop about upcoming release dates they have not updated.

Negative experience: It is now 12:21 and someone finally drives up and gets out of the car to open the store. A line of people waiting for the store to open just walked off. If you say that you open at noon you should be at work beforehand. Just terrible.

We recently had an issue redeeming a trade credit: the manager, Judson, not only took the time to call corporate for help, but then subsequently solved the problem himself after customer service told him what we wanted wasn't possible. Negative experience: So this place sucks. Guys there have bo type of personality gonna argue with me about the 2dsxl not being a gameboy. The old crew that worked there was alot better go down to elk grove like i have been or greenback store those guys are gamers.

Negative experience: Don't trust them. When I was trading in my Xbox 360 Console, one of the cashier men told me he wouldn't take it because there wasn't an AV cord. So he gave me back my big box with my Xbox 360 with all my cords, or so I thought. When I got home I noticed I was missing a cord, an HDMI cord. The cord that plugs the Xbox into the TV. The cashier man must of sneaked it out of my box while I wasn't paying attention.
