Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal customer of GameStop for years especially this one since it’s close where I live but I’ve noticed that the employees are getting less and less professional. It happened to me twice that the same guy in the cashier would bash at me that I’m missing out on the pro membership. Maybe keeping your opinion is best instead of making the customer feel bad like as if they’re doing something bad. Please check in your employees behavior and higher more professional people that can handle a customers decision

Negative experience: First I need to say that I love Gamestop and I shop at every Gamestop that I see but I will never shop at this Gamestop stop again. My experience was so bad that I might not every shop at that Mall ever again. 1. The card reader was down no biggie I have Cash. 2. I only have Quarters and my bill is $20 and I tell the worker this and he said ok so I walk back down stairs to get them. 3. I attempt to pay and now he said he can't take the Quarters. 4. I remember I returned something and I have store credit so I ask to use that. Sorry not today. WORST GAMESTOP EXPERIENCE NEVER SHOP HERE

From giving me an Xbox One game when I ordered an Xbox Series X version (and saying it's the same thing and will not exchange it), to lying about their return policy, I cannot recommend this store to anyone. I hope y'all get fired

Negative experience: Don't trust the staff. You pay online, you drive to store to pick up and than they tell you it was canceled. No refund given. You can pay again. That's what they want. To screw you over. Watch out for the chic with all the tattoos!!!

Negative experience: These people NEVER answer their phone and when I go in to their store, nothing but bad mood people.

Negative experience: I traded in my used ps4 pro I bought used from GameSpot a few months ago. Out the door with tax was about $450. I traded it in yesterday for a little more than $100. The associate was very helpful and even signed me up for pro membership to get the most out of my trade in.

Negative experience: Completely a rip off company, if you sell any items you get very little in return but when you look at the used or refurbished stock it's like 10-20% off from the new cost. What a total scam company and no wonder why they are closing down locations.

Positive experience: Our visit to this location was nice they had a great selection of many console games to choose from but the only people there were all behind the counter(2) no one was working the main part of the store.. I like coming here but when Amazon prices are cheaper it makes you wanna just shop at home plus they never seem to have the PS5 and I've even tried there online and have yet to ever be notified that I can purchase one...

Fantastic experience: Nice, in a mall so plenty to do. Gas smaller selection but not bad for pick up and turning over the proverbial rock to see for fun.

Positive experience: Just like every other store. Good selection but the prices on used games are crazy expensive considering they will give you like $10 for a brand new game, then sell it for $45. Also I don't trust their used or refurbished consoles. I've bought one before that came broken and dirty inside. If it's been "refurbished" it should never be dirty inside

Negative experience: I walking around outside the mall then decide to go inside to buy a game or something in game stop for my boyfriend's birthday next year. well I saw these kids walking around in front of the store but when they walked in the worked was mean glaring them as if they going to steal their items. I lying to the worker telling her I'm babysitting these kids she goes beside the counter still staring rudely at these young teen boys. the teenager boys thought I was following them & got me kicked out over a lie of the boys when I all was trying to do was buy a toy for my collection & for my boyfriend. Be warn if your teenage don't go in there without your parents or the workers will start drama like they did to me.

Negative experience: went in today and the girls working had better things to do with their time than help me. On their phones and not wearing masks. didn't feel safe shopping here.

Negative experience: Went to gamestop in Arden fair mall on 02/28/2020 I spent $70 on two games. I left with Call of duty modern warfare and borderlands3 all was good until today 02/29/2020 when I went to play COD and the box was empty. I paid $70 for two games and Ashley the cashier only gave me one. There were about three other employees just standing behind the counter doing nothing. I’m am outraged and have already contacted the store and the corporate office. I want the camera footage checked with me present and a full refund. I will be writing everyday until this is resolved.

Positive experience: It was quite hard to get around in here with their holiday customer coral roping still up. The only thing I wanted to see was difficult to reach, hope they don't keep up the ropes after the season has passed. There are some food seasonal sales right now which I took advantage of at another location. There didn't seem to be enough staff.
