Positive experience: Call before you go in case they're closed. Unfortunately, it was closed when I arrived at 11:45am with a sign on the door that they would open at noon. I waited along with several others in the parking lot until about 12:10pm before going to Best Buy instead.

Negative experience: You can preorder a game but they lose it in less than a day. There are cameras but no one seemed interested in figuring out where the box went. So replacing the product with a game code on a receipt isn't really the same thing. Apparently this is the second time they've done this. Are the employees stealing it for themselves?
Negative experience: They hung up on me! I asked for help with my xbox one and this lady said we dont offer technical support over the phone and i said “well ive called other stores and they have always helped me and she just hung up! No sorry goodbye or anything! I thought that was rude and i would never treat a customer like that at my job! I called another gamestop and of coarse they were super nice and helped me with what i needed help with! I wouldnt trust this place based of my experience!

Negative experience: Should have 2 employees so you don’t have to close. Paper sign on the door says they will be closed from 2:40 to 3:30 PM. Ok, short staff is still understandable as employees still need to take lunch. What is not understandable is that the employee came back past 3:30 and I already in my car to leave. Jumped back out since he finally arrived and saw us approach the door waiting for him to open. We stood back to give him time but he went in fast and locked the door behind him. I got a bit closer and to ask what was time they will open back up, since I had somewhere to get to. The flamboyant guy answered - I just walked in! with and attitude. I told him I know that’s why I asking to just come back since the sign says 3:30! Then he was running his mouth and kept talking, of course behind the closed door. I couldn’t make out what he was saying but he was damn near yelling. Lose the attitude, if anyone should have one it should be me, in any case since YOU were late. Act like that with a man and with the door open boy. I will buy games elsewhere. I do not recommend this location solely based on the lack of customer service……

He was straight to the point. Gave us a super awesome deal and I won't say a whole lot about it but you wanna sell some stuff he might make you smile a little more than you expected when you walked in

Negative experience: Terrible customer service from this GameStop location. They never answer the phone and always seem annoyed when answering questions. Called one time and asked someone to check if something was still in store as the app said it was low in quantity and the woman said I’m gonna have to come in and look for myself.

I bought twice and for both times I bought warranty I paid extra and the controllers both was glitching when I returned to get another one because I paid for warranty but they said I don’t have your information they are lie about because I have everything on that so I highly not recommend you anymore go buy from Best Buy or Walmart not good idea from game store

Negative experience: A gamestop doing its job poorly. I bought PS5 from this branch. A day later, I received an e-mail saying that your order is ready. When I went to buy my product, they said we sold your product to someone else and we will refund your money. How can you sell the product that I bought and paid for to someone else? Or did the branch employees buy my product themselves? Do you intend to sell it to someone else at a higher price? why? This gamestop they are not doing good job, absolutely be careful guys, don’t trust
Negative experience: I had the worst experience with this GameStop team. I ordered a switch for pick up, I needed to change the name to my husbands name. I went online and they said for changes you had to call the store. I had to call the store for 2 days at various times to finally get ahold of someone. When I finally got someone they asked if I could hold while they helped a customer I said that’s fine. I was on hold FOR 30 MINUTES! I had to stay on because it took me 48 hours to finally get a person. When the person came on she hung up on me. So by this time I was insanely ticked off. I called again, no answer, I kept calling until I finally got someone. I explained that I needed to change the pick up name she said you can only do it online I told her that’s not true because the website says to call the store and then she said “sorry” and hung up on me again. I got her name, Tina. When I picked up my item I asked if there was a Tina and I was told there wasn’t one. Not surprised. Either way, dealing with this bankrupt organization was not worth the $25 off. I can’t wait until it finally goes under.

Fantastic experience: This location reminds me of GameStop's of old, with friendly staff who are super knowledgeable about all things video games and collectibles. I used to practically live in GameStops when I was a teen and in my early 20's. Even though the store was busy (yes, GameStops can still be busy) I was sincerely greeted as I came in with my son. We looked around the well-stocked store for a bit and once one of the staff were free, my son struck up a conversation and he instantly bonded with that employee over Pokemon cards. They didn't have the specific cards he was looking for but they suggested a card and collectibles shop elsewhere. I purchased a few games and asked about similar games to what I was purchasing and left the store with a list of games that I will be purchasing once my son and I have completed the games we just bought. Oh, and I do recommend the power up pro subscription service. I constantly get money off on used games through it or use it so my son can pick out a free Pokemon booster pack every month.

Negative experience: They disconnect the phones!! Called about 15 times in the last 3 hours and no answer. A separate reviewer stated employee openly told a customer he cuts the phone off. What business does that? And how does that guy still have a job? Wish I could give 0 stars.

Fantastic experience: Daniel was very personable and knowledgeable in meeting my needs. He greeted me when I walked in, I told him i was there to buy some stuff for my girlfriend's birthday. I knew very little about the system ahe plays on and he helped me pick out the best items for her. He even showed me items that were on sale that made her gift even better. I usually go to the location closer to my house but the service I was shown made me want to transfer my home store to this location. Best experience I have ever had at Gamestop and it was entirely due to Daniel. Thanks Daniel you rock!
Negative experience: This was the worst GameStop I had ever visited and still is. These days I’ve moved to only making game purchases either online or at local businesses. If I must, I’ll go to Best Buy before I go back to this company. I highly recommend staying away.

Negative experience: Gamestop is pretty terrible in general. I gave this place one more chance and they disappointed me again. I bought used controls on a bundle pack that came with 2 controllers. 1 worked and 1 didnt. They sold me a product that was obviously broken and didnt work. I had 2 return it for an exchange for another one and they tried to sell me another bashed up one for a high price. There trade in values they give you might be .25 cents, so hopefully you have a gigantic collection to turn in, otherwise they wont really give you much credit to use on anything

Fantastic experience: Great staff, it's gotta be difficult to manage the phones and active in store customers at this location. I was in there and they must have fielded 10 calls while assisting customers at the same time. Great multi tasking abilities!
