Positive experience: Overpriced for most consoles but if you’re looking for games for the xbox, gamecube, or ps2 it has a good selection at acceptable prices. Thats really the only reason to go here though, if youre looking for anything else, then look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: This place is an amazing local game store. I went here when I was little and I still go there to this day. They sell almost every video game and consoles known to man from Nintendo entertainment system all the to the new ps5 and Xbox series x. They also repair electronics all the way from phones to pcs and new gen consoles. Which is why I highly recommend shopping or selling video games, and consoles at this location

Fantastic experience: The store is wonderful. The owner is very helpful and insightful. The store has a good number of games available to buy. I was able to buy an Xbox One S, Nintendo Switch Lite, Nintendo Wii U and PlayStation 4 slim. After spending time with each, I haven't had any problems with any of the consoles.

Positive experience: Shop overall is fine. Inventory levels ok. Shop is clean but nothing special. Prices are on the high side of reasonable. I'm not sure I'd come again just to browse/impulse buy but will keep in mind when I'm searching for something specific.

Negative experience: Went in there and the guy would not accept about 90% of the games I brought in and I know my games. They weren’t terrible titles. But worse than that the store had nothing but used common titles, nothing for older consoles (like nes) and the presentation was horrible. They looked to be going out of business in the near future... Game trader was a better store, friendlier staff and more selection. And they accepted my trade ins

Fantastic experience: I love this game store. It's a small business, which I appreciate, the store has a chill vibe, and it's filled with nothing but DVDs, games, and gaming hardware. They tend to have the popular stuff if that's what your looking for, but they also have a veritable treasure trove of games, accessories, and actual consoles for most systems that have ever existed. This is practically the only store I enjoy perusing because of the weird and cool gems I come across. Their inventory seems to vary a bit, so if you're looking for something specific it's probably best to call them first, but for general browsing I encourage you to check them out.

Fantastic experience: Went in to get my HDMI port replaced on my ps4. Had a great selection of new and classic systems/games..Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Not only was he the cheapest in town but he also goes out of his way for his costumers. $70 out the door, Everyone else charges over $100.. it was a great job plus he also cleaned my system out for dust build-up. I was pleasantly surprised when i turned on my ps4 to realise it was significantly quieter! Will most definately be coming back for that $40 deep clean. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: Very outstanding service on buying, selling, and trading games. Always a great selection in retro video games that go back as far NES and even earlier. I've been a faithful customer since early 2012 and don't see myself going to another business for what Game N Trade has to offer. The owner is a really nice guy. Very knowledgable in gaming, system functionality, and the gaming market(new and used). Whenever I have an issue with my systems, I know I can come here and feel absolutely confident that it will be fixed as efficiently as possible.

Negative experience: Okay so... if you are planning to trade in your games don't expect the idea of them just working to be of any value to these guys, they want the boards to be in perfect shape. Trade in Value for store credit sucks too, saw mario kart for Wii on their shelf for 34 traded in perfect condition one with 3 other things got 15 bucks store credit... probably not coming back

Positive experience: The store is pretty cool I've just had problems with buying defective games and game systems from these guys. I bought a Sega Dreamcast took it home and it woukdnt read discs got an exchange no problem but I recently bought a game from them which the guy had three copies of two of those copies don't work. I took mine back after I realized it didn't work and got an exchange took that copy home and it doesn't work either. I would be careful when buying used games from these guys especially if you live out of town I would really look at a game and ask them to test it before leaving.

Positive experience: This is my go to place for retro games. The store clerk and owner are very cool, and very knowledgeable. From what I've seen, they are fair with their prices on buy backs. If you're looking to build N64, Playstation, and PS2 collection stop by here first. EDIT: After visiting a few other stores, I just came to the realization the game prices of this place is a bit high. Still not a bad place to check out.

Fantastic experience: Great service.I took in a Wii to get repaired. The gentleman that does the repairs told me the laser was bad. After repairing the laser he noticed one of the motors inside was clogged with dust and he replaced it free of charge.

Negative experience: Went in to sell multiple games, ended up feeling worse about the trade value than going to Game Stop. Got home to find they had stolen one of the games and now they are refusing to return it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
