Negative experience: I’d love for the staff to actually welcome new people and not just put there heads down, I’ve been the only customer in the store multiple times and me I guess not looking the part or something they completely ignore me and pretend they are working on something until I have been looking for 10 mins and have to ask my myself. Please have better customer service. Please teach staff about the basics to teach anyone new to any games, at least try.

Fantastic experience: This is a great store for all your video gaming needs! I have sold many games to them throughout the years, and their pricing is always fair! Kevin is always friendly and extremely helpful-Thank you Kevin!

Negative experience: I've shopped here and also traded cards and games for about 2 years. Not once have I walked out thinking I have received good customer service. The coors location specifically. I've witnessed constant and unnecessary attitude towards other customers just for asking simple questions. I highly recommend driving a little farther to rio rancho and visit Duke City games. The environment is much more peaceful and welcoming

Fantastic experience: I love this place. It is one of my favorite places to go in Albuquerque

Negative experience: I been shopping here for my pokemon cards and there one working with long hair. He has terrible customer service he acts like I'm wasting his time. Will no worries I will not be returning. Have a nice day.

MEXICAN GUNNER Posted on Google 7 months ago

Negative experience: The employees, and supervisor were rude as all can be, and their pricing strategies favor only the company and not the customers. Many more options when it comes to gaming and card collecting to waste my time, or spend my money here. Shop elsewhere people. Now they are completely lost in the realm of craziness on the prices of their Pokémon booster boxes. Obsidian flames is being sold for $430 before tax. That’s just crazy. You can buy the newest set for 1/3 of that price. I guess they figure they might as well scalp the heck out of them too!

Positive experience: Love this place u got to check it out

Fructuoso de Almeida Posted on Google 9 months ago

Negative experience: I visited this place earlier this year (2025) and was met by some unfriendly staff, but fair prices. I decided to give you guys another try about a week ago, and the cashier while originally appearing friendly, mumbled a hurtful comment about my appearance after I turned to leave. When I asked her to repeat herself, she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. Will not be returning ever again. Educate your staff on how to treat customers!

Sonic the Quahog Posted on Google 9 months ago

Negative experience: I don't even like giving you a rating here, because 1 star is far too high, but one thing changed my mind... lemme explain... I've shopped here for years. At first, your store was pretty good. Staff was always acceptable, and games were okay. I was quite annoyed that the sticker prices on the cases were placed in a way that ruined them, but I would've given your store 3 stars. However, both locations have become extremely run down, to the point, I'm surprised you haven't went out of business. At least 25% of the time, I buy a game that doesn't work, and am forced to drive back across town and return it to staff that are rude and unhelpful. It seems that the percentage of broken games you sell is skyrocketing with no signs of stopping. But there was one incident that pushed me over the edge... Recently, I visited your one of your locations (I cannot remember which), but I was treated extremely poorly by a female staff member. I explained to her that I am hard of hearing, and she was being incredibly rude about it, as if it was my fault. She continued to give me an attitude and disrespectful behavior when I asked for my money back on a game that I had purchased. The game did not work and it was within the 7 day warranty. I told her it did not work, and she called me a liar thinking that I couldn't hear her. Never shopping at either of your worthless locations again. Apparently your business makes its money of off lies, deceit, and rude behavior. However, your only saving grace is that one male staff member has always been kind to me. He recognizes me when I come in, and is aware and patient of my hearing disability. His kindness has earned your store, 1 star, because if it hadn't been for his patience toward me, I would've given you 0.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place. Sold some old cards and an old Pokémon game there. I was surprised that I got offered a decent price for em. The staff was super helpful and fair.

Negative experience: I’ve try to sell cards, consoles , and DVDs and every single time I call ahead they say “yeah we could take them” and every time I waste my time coming down here they give me some excuse of why they can’t take them, staff is unhelpful and clueless, no one ever helps me, they’re always just playing video games and playing around like the children they are. SAVE YOUR MONEY, WORTHLESS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! Response to owner 10/6/2021 : More excuses and it wasn’t some of my items it was ALL of my items

christina valverde Posted on Google 11 months ago

Fantastic experience: Welcoming, friendly, professional, overall very nice staff.

Lexxi Haines Posted on Google 11 months ago

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent location for sealed TCGs, used consoles, and used games. They also have a large selection of DVDs. the employees are often knowledgeable, and the inventory frequently changes. There are times that the store is busy, so you may experience a wait, but the employees ensure you know they are getting to you. I would recommend this location!

Luke Márquez Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: 05/08/2025 In reply to the owner's reply to my previous review (Google won't allow me to reply to the response): The seal was intact, and the game was in the exact same condition as when I bought it. The manager didn’t even check it to see for himself. Every time I pointed out that what he was saying didn’t add up, he just shifted his argument – though it still didn’t make any sense. 05/06/2025 They refused my return that should have been honored based on their policies. The manager made up random rules to deny the return, lying by saying those "policies" were on the receipt, which they absolutely were not. I guess protecting that one sale is more important than having a repeat customer. Oh well. At least there's a GameStop next door. They're both soulless companies, but I'm not going out of my way to support a local business if that's how they treat their customers.

L Cove Posted on Google 1 year ago

Positive experience: I shopped here back in the early 2000's. They had weekly comics back stock comics vintage games and systems Yu-Gi-Oh Pokemon and magic sporting cards. I stop in every time I'm in town. Now, you walk in and wonder how is this place still open? Carlos is the one who "helped" me. Couldn't muster a hello. When inquiring about Pokemon cards he was short and clearly I was an inconvenience. I got 2 vibes. He's a nerd and that's just how they are(no hate I speak nerd too) or truly having a crap day. I spent over $130 on cards. No thank you not even a little sleeve to put my 4 cards in. I want to like this place but it's just not Nobles.

Jay Shah Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: Why is every employee here so miserable and in a bad mood? Maybe it comes with the territory of being into games, but every time I'm in a Noble store it's so uncomfortable and socially awkward. The employees seem to have a hard time interacting like a normal human being.

Tay Mc Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: The nerd’s dilemma. Tell everyone they know about their favorite gaming store, or keep the secret all to themselves. Welp, I guess I’m leaving a review. It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten that “cozy” small business feel. Everyone behind the counter that I’ve interacted with has always been so kind and helpful. More than once someone has gone above and beyond to help my kids with their card questions or deck building needs. In front of the counter, I’ve met some of the nicest fellow customers. On more than one occasion, a random kind stranger has offered tips or advice. Everything from giving my oldest tips on how and where to sell bulk cards to save up money for more expensive cards, to letting me in on product drop days at different stores. The only thing that would make this location more perfect would be if they hosted Pokemon card game days. Even though they don’t host leagues or Pokemon game nights, they do have tables set up for customers to enjoy a game of their own. As a kid, I had a local card store to grow up with, and it’s kind of amazing that we’ve found that same community environment for my own kids.

Fantastic experience: Clean and welcoming store, staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, was able to grab shrouded fable for a great price! These guys are amazing, definitely recommend stopping by!

Caroline Abeyta Posted on Google 1 year ago

Positive experience: I have had an okay time coming to the Coors Noble games. While the place is lively and stocked with many DVDs and games, the employees who help us trade in our old DVDs are not very welcoming. And it becomes obvious when we are not welcomed in as we are treated with silence and short answers, and others that come in the store receive warm smiles and full conversations. I hope that this is not a personal opinion as we are strangers, but I expect customer service to be nice whether you are friends or not. I hope this improves, and I will come back to purchase items with limited contact with the employees unless this is better.

Juan “Johnny” McCoy Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: I couldn't think of one nice thing to say about this store or their company. I'm a lifelong customer who is not going back from this point on. I started coming here in middle school, I was only 12 going on 13 when I discovered this place. It was a totally different store. They used to sell manga and comics, hard to find Japanese anime, anime posters, and stuff that young nerdy millennials were into back in the late 2000s. Stuff that we are still into! Around 2014, they decided to cash in on the Pokémon revival craze. Guys, like me, grew out of Pokémon long ago, and it didn't feel retro yet. Just outdated. But some people really got into Pokémon again or for the first time. Same with YuGiOh. I feel as my tastes matured the store began offering things I had already moved on from. I used to go to Noble to find new franchises, and I would stay in the store reading for hours and leave with a box of comics and a stack of books. I must've spent enough money here to open my own business. But now they have nothing of interest to me, and I do question if their business decisions have been the right ones. I find myself shopping at stores that shouldn't even be competitors to Noble. But Noble got into their ring, and now it's funny because those gaming stores that I never cared about have better inventory than Noble. In fact, Noble didn't get me into tabletop gaming, but it was their competitor Slice and Dice. When Noble didn't have what I was looking for for the hundredth time I ended up at Slice and Dice who did have what I was looking for and had a big selection of items and more space for comfortable gaming AND pizza. And tons of DND stuff. I just don't see myself going back to Noble mainly because I don't own an old ps4, and because I don't play Pokémon. If that stuff appeals to you, you might like Noble. But I didn't. Does that mean Noble is a bad store, not necessarily. But i found not only their inventory lacking but their customer service left something to be desired as well. I think Noble serves a niche for sure, but other stores do it better and are much kinder and more helpful. For those reasons, I can not give Noble anything higher than a 2, and it breaks my heart.

Kenneth Tittle Posted on Google 1 year ago

Positive experience: Glad they're still around as some nostalgia from my childhood! Sad to see their video game selection has dwindled so far. I loved going into wander used video games for hours, especially the old console games.

Fantastic experience: Nice place to look for used games/DVDs and nice Magic The Gathering spot.

Kryssen Robinson Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Noble. They consistently offer a great selection of DVDs at very reasonable prices. I'm always impressed by their friendly and helpful staff. Additionally, they often have a variety of games available at excellent prices, including options for retro systems. I'm looking forward to seeing if they stock the new Sega Neptune when it's released—I'd be thrilled to pick one up for myself!

gravit8ed Posted on Google 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: Best you can hope for from a used-video-game place these days - clean, organized, and well-lit with engaged staff and intuitive layout. I found some games and some DVDs for a great price, and looked around while they polished the discs I had bought before I left to make sure they worked. They have some card games in stock as well, with MTG cards but with a focus on Pokemon, with regular pokemon tournaments...but no mtg, unless you've got a playgroup that needs space to play. Try this place before you hit that mega-store around the corner. You might find something you didn't even know you were looking for.

Negative experience: The staff was friendly, but BEWARE First of all, I don’t like giving one stars if you’re going there to sell cards BEWARE reason why is because they tried to con me out of at least 75 for one card then THEN I SAID NOPE TOOK SAID CARD OUT , when I was there, they had a game boy game , Pokémon Ruby with no label on it And the battery inside the cartridge is Dead That battery is needed for saving the game and time events. It seems like they didn’t care they said it Plays

Fantastic experience: Bin there many times looking for classic games great prices and great customer service thanks

Mandy Chavez Posted on Google 2 years ago

Negative experience: If you’re going to modify the prices of games weekly within your computer system you should be updating them for the customer viewing them on shelf as well. Had an embarrassing experience where I picked a game labeled as $19.99. When they rang it up, they had to confirm the price in the system because it rang up for nearly double that value. The second person confirmed that someone (didn’t mention his name) changes the prices weekly. So then I was offered the game at the price that rang up in the system, not as presented in store on shelf. It was demeaning and embarrassing to be put in a position to have to refuse buy a loose copy ps1 game for nearly double the cost as advertised on shelf. Both of the people up front helping were amazing and were apologetic about the situation. I think the person changing prices should do a more diligent and thorough job of presenting items accurately in store for your customers.

Fantastic experience: Nice store. Little cluttered and hard to find titles as everything is just crammed on the shelf. But the staff is helpful. Prices are non negotiable, so don't even bother asking. But they bought my PS4 for a fair price. I knew coming in I could get much more for it selling privately. But, they gotta leave room to make money for themselves.

Pizza man Posted on Google 3 years ago

Positive experience: DO NOT BUY CARD BOXES. Today I bought an expensive card box and opened it to find the packs had been resealed one pack was even open before I unsealed the box. Cards were out of order and duplicates were in place of the rares in the box. I tried getting a refund when I brought the product back. However company policy states unsealed products can't be returned. The thing was unsealed before it even hit the shelf. Edit: due to the recent scandal involving the pokemon tcg I will be raising my review. A few stars. This is because they are currently investigating cases of employees opening products and pulling valuable cards. Due to the nature of the situation I will assume the pokemon company was at fault in this situation and give your company 4 stars instead of the one.

Noble Gaming

We have used the same distributor for our cards for over 10 years, and have never had an issue with resealed products. We have also been in business for over 30 years, and have never resealed any of our card pack products. We will definitely look into this matter, and if we find out anything, we will let you know.

Fantastic experience: This store and their employees are the STANDARD for gaming shops. They do not hesitate to look at other locations for games or counsels. They provide great information on everything. GameSt** can eat a d***. They no longer appeal to the spot of gamers like Noble.

Negative experience: Noble is ok depending on the workers/ managers on any given day. And the manager of this location is a pretty big tool bag ( guy with big hair) won't go into it but I'm not a fan truth is that duke city games has streamlined the process for selling cards and in person card games when noble has stood still I doubt in 5 yrs they will still be in operation. Honestly duke city is far better in every way if ur looking to sell/buy cards duke city, if u wanna play in person duke city, if ur looking to order anything duke city, if u don't feel like waiting in line forever for any of these things listed duke city is far and away a better choice not even a question. If u have been a loyal noble customer and u try duke city one time u won't return to noble garenteed.

Negative experience: I went in wanting to sell an Xbox 360 and I never have heard of needing an id. They never told me I need an ID until 30-40 later of testing to see if everything works. Then as soon as some other person walked in they asked for his id to sell something right away and when I told them I don’t have an id the taller lady sighed and gave me all my stuff back. Don’t recommend going here because the customer service has been like this for a while and the owner hasn’t done nothing about it.

Noble Gaming

We are sorry to hear that your visit with Noble did not meet your expectations of us. We do require ID's for selling, as it is required by law, and anytime someone sells something, they need ID and be at least 18 years old.

Andrew Werth Posted on Google 3 years ago

Negative experience: Was selling an old system, lady I was with was super disrespectful and threw my items on the counters. Then when I said nevermind on selling, she threw everything on the counter and made me wrap up the cords, put the games back in the case and put everything away in the bag I had. Would not recommend this place.

Negative experience: The assistant manager was very rude when I called to inquire about an event being held there. I was given the runaround two or three times on the information I needed only to be told the only way they were doing the release I was calling about was to buy a $90 booster box. The company they had partnered with to do this pre-release has a very concrete way of handling such promotions. I brought that up and was told to listen and was told something completely different than what I was questioning. Noble had been a staple store for me for most of my life, but it’s been on such a downward trend and if it continues not only will you not get any business from me but I will encourage everyone to not shop here. It’s disgusting to gatekeeper premiere events just to people who can afford a booster box, it alienated most of the audience.

Negative experience: I went into the store today around 3:30 pm. The staff there were extremely rude. Specifically the taller female working there. She was so inpatient with showing me the condition of the cards that I was interested in buying. I couldn’t touch them because of theft going on lately so they had to show them to me. The employee didn’t want to show me the card without the sleeve either. So basically I had to just see it from 2 feet away and wish it’s not damaged. She showed very bad behavior overall and I had sense that I was not welcomed. Even the other workers noticed her bad behavior. I usually go there when there were different employees there, but never ran into this issue before my whole life. Im a usual customer there. Be careful Noble of who you hire, these are the people that are going to make you loose business. I was also asked for an ID while paying for with credit card. Who does that anymore? Plus they thought I was going to steal them. So that makes sense why they asked for an ID. I felt horrible after this experience. I wanted to walk away immediately but I was just witnessing their expressions and services. Terrible customer treatment and service. I will second think if I will ever step foot there again. Bring back the previous employees.

Fantastic experience: Fair pricing on trades and selling cards. Another retro toy and game shop in town tried to lowball me with literally less than 10 percent of what Noble gave me. Guy spent over an hour with me pricing out my stuff fairly, and even negotiated with me a bit after his initial offer. There are a lot of shady businesses out there dealing with collectibles now, but this Noble location is not one of them.

Fantastic experience: Great place to buy consoles they give you everything that needs to go with it and not just the console they also give you 10$ off a game when you buy a console definitely go here they know what they're doing

Fantastic experience: The people who work here are so laidback and chill. Everyone i know gripes about their trade prices and market percentages. But considering they are corporate (or at least i think they are) they do a much better job than their competitor gamestop and are much more consistent and flexible. I can always know what to expect from noble. I'm glad they have been around as long as they have.

Negative experience: Has a good collection of cards but are heavily overpriced.

Noble Gaming

We appreciate your review, we are sorry that felt that our prices are high. We use several sources, including TCG Player and Ebay, to determine our prices. We will continue to look at our pricing policies, and make adjustments as we go along, thanks again and we hope to get the chance to earn your business in the future.

Negative experience: The girls that worked there right before they closed were rude and giving me false pricing on cards cause they didn't even bother to look up correct pricing not wanting to really help they acted careless and giving bad attitude for asking for help on information on cards I was asking about really the worst customer service I've had.

Negative experience: RedIt's a nice place, Saturday they have Cardfight tornaments, and Sunday is Yu-Gi-Oh day. Edit: Sense that I have been in there, there is a manager that likes to scream if someone even breaks the rule slightly. I have issues with anxiety, and honestly, I do not want to be a Karen about this, but if it triggers issues then I have a massive problem with it. With whatever this man's issue is, needs to get checked. I don't know who he is, but from what I seen, It's the Gentleman in the hot pink hair. Good guy, really. But he /NEEDS/ to stop screaming. It's annoying, and uncalled for. Dude. Stop.
