Negative experience: Took the phone off the hook. Did not answer the call and group effort in agreeing to leave the phone off the hook. Not a great place for business. Very rude. No common sense and impolite. Not even that busy. Just moving stuff around. Acting very unprofessional. And non stop joking around. definitely will be run out of business and taken over soon hopefully with such a lack of respect to customers. I called twice and on the second call was said we'll just leave the phone off the hook for now. Feel free to reach out. The phone call was recorded. Again. I will just never call or come to this establishment again. Always elsewhere. 11 plus minutes waiting on someone to come back to the phone but like, waiting for hell to freeze over. Best of wishes. Not.

Fantastic experience: This is alright. Just too many unwanted games. But affordable for those beginners gamers. This shop has all series franchise of consoles and games, PlayStation, xbox, too many Nintendo franchises. and with good quality surfaces repair. And multiple of styles games cards, and tabletop role-playing game is available too.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a place that buys, sells, and trade media and found this place by chance. You don't get a lot for movies these days with all the streaming services available so I felt it was fair for the most part. Will definitely go back they had games for all platforms it seems as well Magic The Gathering stuff and Pokémon cards. Mostly media and gaming, not much for novelty. I did see a couple Labubu's if that's your thing. LOL

Fantastic experience: The staff here is just wonderful. I brought in around 16 old PS2 games that were not in the best shape. They cleaned them and brought them back to life at such a great price. They really went above and beyond to help me, and for that I will always be a loyal customer. I genuinely appreciate each of the employees who helped me out.

Negative experience: honestly I would leave a 1 review if it was not for the guy who works there. The two women who work there were quite rude to my friend. One of the girls that works there has almost as bad of a personality as her haircut. The trade went ok and they do have a good pokemon stock. Noble gaming if you read this always remember you need the customers more than they need you.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were in town for Thanksgiving week, visiting my in-laws. I was looking into Pokémon shops in the area and Noble Gaming caught my eye. They had a HUGE selection and the staff was absolutely amazing!! Stone helped me on numerous occasions and we even did a personal trade. They had a huge selection on singles and other sealed products with the best pricing, I’ve ever seen! 10/10 I am ABSOLUTELY coming back!

Negative experience: The staff at the Coors location are deplorable at best. They incompressiblly perverted the truth, rudley stating they couldn't do an estimate over the phone. Also neglecting to inform me I had to have my ID as well. For AN ESTIMATE! They left me waiting for half an hour, lying to my face saying they couldn't help me until they finished with another transaction. Then immediately performed transactions for customers behind me in line. I called the other location and the awesomely amazing Gentleman that answered was able to tell me how much I would receive down to the penny if my stuff was in good condition. Don't go to Coors. Go to Juan Tabo instead. I know it's pretty far from the Coors location but the staff are far superior in every conceivable way.

Fantastic experience: Litterly the best card store ever! The workers are so nice and funny they have good prices on their singles and for selling, I always have good luck when I buy packs from here…they are also dead friendly, whenever me and my deaf uncle go they are so nice and helpful with him

Negative experience: Call about selling some dvds drive all the way to the store but won’t take a photo of my recently stolen photo ID. Has to be a physical id. Best Buy took the photo not sure why he wouldn’t. Guy at the desk has no personality.

Negative experience: I felt discriminated against because of the way I looked (Dark skin, tattoos, and braided hair). Not by the original employee who was helping me. She had great customer service and was pleasant. The rude guy was a short, shaved head, Caucasian guy who looked angry like I had done something to him. The female employee was going to buy some of my cards. She rejected most of them but kept some of the cards. She invited the angry shaved headed white guy over verify 2 cards and without even looking at the cards he instructed her not to buy any of them unless they were expensive cards. Dude wouldn't even look me in the eye. Maybe he was bullied in high school by someone who looked like me. I've always treated people equally even if they didn't look like me. I dont care that he decided against buying any of my cards. I'm upset by the way I was treated. He couldn't even look me in the eye the entire interaction.

Negative experience: A little disappointed my husband purchased a gaming system from them gaming console works fine but they sold my husband non working controllers that we have been having issues with since he bought it. I would have assumed that they check and tested their products before selling them. Unacceptable, horrible

Negative experience: No haggling on prices with damage used stuff is way too expensive. You're better off on eBay or dkoldies prices, and the condition of consoles is much better elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I love coming here, I come here quite often. I traded in my old games and stone was very knowledgeable, very professional. I've been to gamers anonymous, noble gaming Is so much better, friendlier, cleaner and a much better experience. Stone and, Greg went above and beyond to clean my games and made the experience very professional I just wish people would take better care of their stuff before trading it into trade in shops so that it wouldn't be so hard on them in having to buff the games

Negative experience: It was a cool store with a lot of different things but when it comes to them buying anything that you have, good luck.

Positive experience: I just prefer the location off of Coors. They have a good amount of games, and have the MTG, Pokemon card singles and boxes available and is great for a quick stop if you are in the area. This location doesn't lose stars because of any employees or none of that. It's just that the area is sort of small, no tables to play at, and no public restroom. Other than that it's a good place.

Fantastic experience: Gave me a great deal on a Dreamcast memory card! Friendly staff, very clean and organized classic (and modern) video game store. There's also a very in-depth card collection here as well (ie Pokemon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh). Staff here was friendly and attentive, and I couldn't ask for a more casual fun video game purchasing experience. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the selling/repairing experience other reviewers are negative about, but purchasing was a breeze!

Fantastic experience: The staff and the manager were very helpful with my issue and it didn't cost me anything. I needed an old system reformatted and they did it free of charge which was really nice. I bought a controller that was decently priced and slightly cheaper than the options given at GameStop. They have some quality items for good prices and I'd like to come back and check them out again. My only wish is that they had more board game options because the ones they had peaked my interest but there weren't enough options.

Fantastic experience: Not a gamer in any way but came in to sell some unwanted DVD's. Wasn't expecting to make much money, just keep things in circulation and OUT of the landfill. SUPER helpful, friendly employees who professionally handled the transactions. (I ended up buying a DVD set with my proceeds and even had a bit left over.) Please folks, support local business, recycle your unloved possessions. Just FYI, they have a limit of 20 DVD's per person for now. Store is well organized and super clean.

Fantastic experience: As always they greeted me and my sons as soon as we walked in the door. They were friendly and engaging, and when I explained what I was looking for and why, gave several suggestions as well as alternatives to what they just didn't have. Appreciate the service I received there and will be returning again soon. They always try to keep a great selection of sealed card product in stock, and I love how I can count on good finds whenever I go in!

Positive experience: Noble needs a new update since I last reviewed it. This place has increased in quality significantly over the years. Usually carries some cool games, allows for trade ins, and the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Much prefer the new location over the old one as Montgomery isn't my favorite street lol. Convenient place to go to get some retro games.

Staff is nice and helpful, new store is larger and open. They say they price off of TCG, but I often have different prices when I look them up. Will go there again

Negative experience: Offered me $30 for a $2,000 Gameboy Advanced SP Venusaur Edition. The employee didn’t even look at it before trying to rush me out the store. Will never shop here. And will tell everyone I know not to as well. Straight garbage

Negative experience: Rude, the employees are strong with attitude and will speak to you in short as if is your fault for asking a question. Recently called to inquire about two games on GameCube and, as I asked for there availability the employee cut me off and said “we don’t have either of those for game cube” in a short snd interrupting way. I do not recommend there business if you value your time & hard earned money. Noble is not the way to go when it comes to the retro Gaming market which I am a huge advocate for. Noble games is a No Go on my list.

Positive experience: The place is wonderful, but the manager is quite rude! I was in today and Andy was helping a customer who was selling and Everytime the customer asked a question he would respond with a sigh and sound like the customer was ruining his day. The store is wonderful and I know the employees are people too, but he could really improve his attitude so customers won't feel unwelcome for just asking questions.

Negative experience: I will give this place a zero if I could they want to control people with the mandates and want to wear a mask and I'm not doing it and they're disrespectful. This the response to yall respond It's not keeping your customers and your place safe you're breathing and bacteria of your own now even the government doctor said the same thing because I bought this lie which is sad these governments are lying to you about the mass protecting because doctors and the head doctor of Washington DC said Mass do nothing but kill You by bringing you on bacteria

Negative experience: Usually have very good times coming here but recently the store has smelt really bad and the trade in experience the last three or four times has been terrible. Lexi gets backed up (super polite and helpful always asks if I need anything) I’ve had to wait for almost over an hour and a half each time just to get a Couple things looked at. While multiple associates sit on their phones and just look around. There should be urgency to help customers not make them wait while employees sit on their phones.

Fantastic experience: Went there for the first time today. No weird looks about the old guy still playing Magic: the Gathering. The young lady working there was extremely helpful, and ran me through a plethora of sleeves, boxes, and all the older and new boosters they have.

Fantastic experience: This spot is perfect for the avid card collector from Magic to Pokemon to Yu-Gi-Oh. They even have some of the less know card games such as Final Fantasy TCG, Dragon Ball Z TCG, Street Fighter TCG, etc. You never know what you'll find. They even have your fix on old school video games ranging from Nes, Snes, Gameboy, playstation, Xbox, etc. You name it, they got it. They also have a wide variety of DVDs, Blu rays, and board games. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions. They will even take some of your old collectible cards for cash or credit. Small location so there could be a wait, but usually doesn't take too long.
