Negative experience: Update your store hours. Came to pick up my game. It was the only thing I was looking forward to all day. Everything was locked up. Person manning the store couldn’t even be bothered to hear me out, let alone just hand me my product I fully paid for. Too busy jamming out behind the counter. GameStop needs to just go the way of the Dodo already.

Negative experience: Ryan at GameStop on Menaul is the worst employee I’ve ever come across here, speaks so fast that you can’t hear him, and doesn’t slow down when asked to repeat himself, he was cold and unhelpful. I will not go to this GameStop again, prefer the one on Eubank and Central. Someone get this kid some training on customer service. Yikes.

Fantastic experience: This is definately a small game stop but that does not stop them from having the best customer service! With covid restrictions, we had to wait outside since a family of 6 were all shopping at the same time! While they browsed, 1 of the experts came out to see if we knew what we were looking for so they could see if they had it in stock. We'll this worked out great because unfortunately they did not but they had already cued it up for an order to be delivered to us! So when it was finally our turn to go in, we looked a little (because you always find something lol) and they were ready for us so we had a quick hassle-free check out! In and out in under 10!

Negative experience: Stopped off at this location to check new collectibles, toys, and such. After looking at the clearance, funko, and other collectibles I noticed a Star wars figure on the back counter. I asked if it was available to purchase or is it being held for someone . He checked and said yes it's available for sale. I told him may I look at it, he said sure. Gave me the item... it was a Star wars figure about 20-25 bucks. He proceeded to say "now don't run out with it". In my head I was like really. I had three items I almost bought...put them on the counter and walked out. As I was leaving he asked me "did I offend you". Little man if you don't get it, don't bother asking that question.

Negative experience: I purchased a $200 steam wallet gift card that was already redeemed.. Now am $200.00 in the hole. The cashier was friendly. Not sure how the card was redeemed, since the code was not scratched off.

Negative experience: Apparently the material my mask was made of didn’t meet the kids standards so my son and I were not allowed in.

Positive experience: So I know the lady at the counter is trying to enforce safety policies during this pandemic but she insisted that my 4 month old baby needed to wear a mask to be in the store and the CDC specifically states that face coverings should not be placed on children under 2 years old because they can't remove them themselves. It's not safe to insist that I hold a mask over my baby's face. We didn't stay to look around or buy anything but she answered my questions and we left cause my family was waiting outside with the baby.

Negative experience: Mediocre service average prices and weird policies out of the 1990s. I mean at least it's kind of instant gratification?

Negative experience: There are zero working Xbox remotes at this location. Poor policy, which isn’t the employees fault, but a poor attitude is. Sad to say Target is now my spot for gaming needs. Target has a 30 day return policy for new items, compared to GameStop’s 7 day. I wouldn’t shop with this company, much less this location.

Negative experience: Right when you walk in one of the employees is on you right away they pressure you to buy something even more than a car salesman they definitely have a way of annoying and making customers feel uncomfortable

Positive experience: Usually have a great time when I visit here, but the last time my sister went she was gonna return her DS lite and it took nearly an hour and they charged her five bucks to reset it, where the way to reset is literally just taking out the battery and putting it back in.

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy coming to GameStop. Thanks to a birthday coupon and $5 extra credit for trade in, I got 3 games and still had $ from the trades. The few times before, one of the employees hooks my children up with some extra goodies and they love it.

Fantastic experience: Ty John-Curtis! Ty Vaugh! I had a gaming problem and was stuck for weeks. John-Curtis solved my dilemma in five minutes! It was my first time in the store and I left so happy I could enjoy my game again and now know two great guys I can come back to with any questions.

I really like this gamestop (Juan-Tabo and Menaul location)and very rarely do I go to any other.

Negative experience: GameStop offered me .43 cents for a game they sold me for 10 bucks a week ago if you have games to get rid of and are tired of this mega Corp scamming you, donate them to the library. Under privileged kids will shine when they find you're game free to borrow in the library! There now, isn't that warm fuzzy good karma feeling you have better than that .43 cents???
