Positive experience: Store chain is good. Store looks neat and clean. Carries what most of the game stop stores would carry. If item cannot be found or purchased at store, item can be ordered thru the store. Over all, it's a good place to shop for adults and kids.

Negative experience: Don't trade anything here. If it has a single scratch, it will be marked as defective, regardless of whether it works or not. They will rip you off, even more so than their already low trade values

Negative experience: Won't even answer the phone, everyone here should be fired, laziness and being rude to customers should not be rewarded with a paycheck.

Negative experience: just calling is the issue, can't go through to anyone, and then called 20 minutes later for a disconnect signal

Negative experience: Went to pre order tears of the kingdom. Employee signed me up for a membership and tried to charge me without even asking. Typical GameStop nonsense

Negative experience: Rude guy with curly hair and glasses treated me horribly for no reason. All I asked for was if he had a copy of a game in stock. I could feel that he didn't want any customers in the store and I knew that just by shopping I was getting on his nerves. so I just left instead because of how uncomfortable he was making me feel.

I’ve been going to different GameStop locations all over Albuquerque since I was a kid, and this one without a doubt has the nicest workers.

Negative experience: Well I really don't like to be a bearer of bad news but... Unfortunately this Particular Game Stop has a BAD SEED AS A MANAGER RUNNING THIS STORE!! So incredibly bad that Security has to stick close by because he doesn't have very good customer Service skills!! Why his manager can't see this fact is beyond me he's even been known to carry a weapon. His temper is one to be recond with from the Old West!! He's a bad boy with a big temper and like I said no customer Service skills if I had his credentials I'd surely be spitting them out right now but my partner is taking a nap with the information on that. All I know is what I've heard from several Gammer dude's say that this guy needs to go... He's chasen business away!!!

I’m done with GameStops trying to rip you off by purchasing your games for nothing and selling you used games that don’t work.

Positive experience: Hey this place is pretty cool. The location is unfortunate, but you can blame the city for its mishandling of homeless and mentally ill people, that’s a story for another time. The workers are cool and friendly, they really try their best to make sure you are getting what you’re looking for.

Fantastic experience: The experience I had there was great, the employee Forrest was very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped me pick the right equipment for me to enjoy my gaming session with my nephew. Fantastic experience: Awesome service and very helpful workers! I came here to trade in an Xbox one elite controller was given a great deal and got a good amount of money back for it. Plus a really quick transaction with the Xbox series x. Also I pre-ordered cyberpunk 2077 here I mean it sucks that it keeps getting delayed but hopefully it becomes a well polished game at launch.

Fantastic experience: You know how everyone hates GameStop? Well they've never been to THIS GameStop. This GameStop is awesome. The guys who work here are super friendly, they always seem to have what I want in stock, and if they don't, they're more than happy to order it for me and call me up/email me when it arrives. Plus, while most locations have basically become glorified Funko Pop stores, this one has 90% of the store filled with games and accessories like controllers, headphones, and what not.

Positive experience: When I went in I was welcomed with a nice greet. Unlike the one on Eubank. I also recieved excellent help from Jose. I will continue to go to that GameSpot. Keep up your awesome customer service.

Positive experience: Nothing wrong with the place just the staff seems unorganized. The two workers there never asked if I needed to be checked out as I waited by the counter. During this they checked out 2 customer who came in after me even though I had been standing in line with my itmes before they had even came in. Dont like giving bad reviews but the staff just seemed so unwilling to ask me if I needed anything or if I was ready to check out. Use to come here when I played games and staff/service was always good as expected. May have been just my experience but they were friendly when they finally served me.
