Fantastic experience: Just found out the Hudson mall location is gone today 2/15/24 and I’ll truely miss this GameStop and all the great memories here! thank you nick and many other employees who spent so many years of dedication to this location at GameStop! You all will be truly missed! ♥️

Fantastic experience: As an advent collector and gamer, I've been visiting this GameStop location for years. I must say this location is very clean and offers a very positive vibe-like atmosphere. With knowledgeable associates (like the manager Nick) who always has tons of new information on GameStop products and sales. I find the associates here very polite and are willing to engage with their customers to help them out the best way possible. Always a friendly and overall clean and professional experience.

The employee that assisted me was pleasant but unfortunately the phone I wanted to trade in wasn't found in the system.

Positive experience: I frequent this store and in my encounters. I find the staff to be very friendly and easy to deal with. I'm proud to say that I shop here on occasion and I recommend this store for anyone looking for games and game related accessories. Now there are some issues I do have. Some of the staff need to do a better job at dealing with some of the customers. On the weekends the staff isn't always so friendly. Also with respect to the prices. Some of the PlayStation accessories for last gen can use a price drop.

Negative experience: This location's prices are outdated. You go to buy something and you find out that the price has increased. Money isn't an issue, however, if you are a merchant with a price on something, you should honor that price. You will find better deals on Amazon.

Fantastic experience: 10/16/21 about 4pm I went in to purchase a game, they didn't carry it, but I have to say the 2 guys behind the counter was more than happy to explain thoroughly where to go and what to expect to get the game. Super friendly/helpful, detailed in layman's terms. Both of the guys had great service in spite of me not making a purchase.

Positive experience: I was interested in the Switch. At first the 2 guys kept talking with each other. I walked around for like 8 minutes until I knew they was never gonna address me so I said something to them. Finally I got help and guys gave me good information on the game. I brought it for my son but now I know why GameStop they are closing some of them. Customer Service is not what it's suppose to be anymore. It's just whatever now.

Negative experience: one star because there are workers there amd never answer phones for people to find out if they have any accessories available and its very inconvenient to drive from afar just for them to tell you in person they dont have it

Positive experience: Always a great place just under staffed and becoming less knowledgeable every year of whats going on with popular game info as well as the less desirable gaming info. This is from a person who worked in game stores over 4 years.

Negative experience: Since Friday of last week the store has been closed one of the employees mentioned to me that their computer system was down this is insane in this time of year and waiting all but four months for the store to be open and they still can’t get act together;( today July 6 and calling and no one picks up busy signals I went over there and found out that they were closed yet again who is working at their store who is running the business who knows

Negative experience: i was told today that they would have a midnight reales at 9pm for a game i had preorder fully and when i go to pick up the game at 9pm the same guy who told me about the release said i cant open the door whats the point of lying to me and saying i can keep up the game tonight at 9pm but then close the store and why call me the day before saying its ready for pick up the next day when it wasnt

Negative experience: Is it me or are businesses closing earlier and earlier on Sunday...Why. 6 pm doesn't seem like a good business model. I rely heavily on Google maps and should have checked before hand traveling to GameStop but they ended up closed and I am not happy because alot of stores at least stay open until 7 or 8. Other than that very good customer service there and happy with them otherwise

Negative experience: Went there to buy a PS3 used. I go home system is all dusty and dirty I turn it on still has the original owner profile which doesn't make sense because they charge refurbish fee when you trade it in. but yet they sell it to you the same condition that the person traded it in. So why charge people the fee if no one is going to inspect the system.? They got one star because without it I can't leave a review. Gamestop are bunch of crooks!! Don't buy anything there. They're full of lies!!

Positive experience: GameStop gets a bad rap because of policies the employees cannot overcome. But, every time I enter this location, staff is always knowledgeable and cool. Small store, so they don't always have everything in stock. But they can have it shipped from another store or you can order for yourself from the website.

Negative experience: Im glad their loosing money they lied to me for years telling me i cant get money for trading my games then wont let me buy games even though im almost old enough so i need to walk outside and pay some guy to buy it for me and when i buy shark cards they wont let me because they wanna card me which is bs i already own the game there is no rating on online money then i ask the guy if i can buy a ms card and use it on backwards compatible games and he said yes which was a lie and one time i went to buy a game and was down a dollar went to go get more then they added tax and i needed to get more money without telling me the full price
