Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I only ordered it here because of google reviews but whoever is picking up their calls should be fired for hating his work and being rude to customers. I ordered to pickup at the store even before store Opened and now they are about to close for the day and its still not ready for pickup. I won't be surprised if GameStop shuts down soon.

Negative experience: Terrible location. All the employees do is stand around. Saw over 8 employees and only one person was manning the register. Waited 45 mins in line to find out that the game I wanted was not in stock. If it’s not in stock, take it off the shelf. Never coming back here. Lazy employees with no regard for customers. Told plenty of people in line to leave or risk waiting an hour for something you can get at Target for cheaper.

Positive experience: PROS: Very unique situation with this Gamestop. This location is very big compared to other Gamestops and their inventory is massive. What makes this location unique is that the store "Thinkgeek" is combined and is using the store along with Gamestop. The staff is also very nice and helpful CONS: Just as a reminder this is a outlet mall, which means every retail store should be discounted. They had regular prices that are in line with other Gamestops. Yes they had clearance racks, but other Gamestops do too, but their regular merchandise was normal price which isn't the same with other stores OVERALL: If you come to this Gamestop anticipating regular prices than that's fine, but do not come here if you think you'll get merchandise cheaper
