Fantastic experience: Walked in not knowing where to go for a Newly purchased system and the staff member was very friendly and helpful with all my needs. The store was very well organized with ALL games in alphabetical order and clean. I was able to find what I was looking for quickly and the prices were reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I don’t like making things like this about price cuz I’d go on EBay if they didn’t have something, but I’ve been twice, once for an old 2k, and once for some game show games. Both times they had at least something of what I wanted. But I got those games for pretty cheap and they pointed me to a different store for more games of the sort which was about 20 minutes away and they did have those games. GameStop employees were happy to answer questions about whatever, greeted me when I arrived.

Negative experience: Erik talks a looooooot. Like, we were trapped checking out our items until he finished telling his long winded stories. No one has time for all that. And there’s more: Erik was also misinformed, rude, condescending and disrespectful. We were there to submit Pokemon cards for PSA grading and he started talking down on the lovely Pokemon cards my 13 old son was submitting for grading. Weird right? Also the grading price was $19.99 when we asked, then during check out he casually mentioned there’s an additional charge depending on the grade the card comes back with. Huh!?! Why didn’t he mention that before? Oh probably because he was busy talking about his Magic collection and addiction for opening packs. We then asked about Pokemon drop days and he said “don’t come here” LITERALLY with the snarkiest of attitudes. When we asked why, he said there’s the usual scalpers who would be there 5 days in advance (who I would assume are his buddies). I told him I’d take my chances battling scalpers early in the AM and that he won’t discourage us from trying to get new cards. This made him visibly triggered andupset for some strange reason. The other patrons of the store were also uncomfortable due to Erik’s behavior. Lastly, Erik is also grossly misinformed on PC computer components, capabilities and tiers/classes. I would not recommend engaging with this location and never going back here. We will be submitting our cards to PSA directly from now on.

Negative experience: Drove here about 30 miles from my home. Arrived at 710pm for a pickup order that was confirmed ready. Hand clerk my id, he pulls out the product, and the entire product is mislabeled/ recorded. They've attached a 110$ display box label to an individual box that should be one of five for the set. The clerk informed me he finalized the order before i could even see the product, after he took my id. He could now no longer help me as there are no returns on this product i never accepted and isn't mine. It was left there. I was told to call customer service, i did the next day and no one answered. I have called the date i write this, same outcome. I have emailed them 2 days ago from the date i write this review and have no response. This place owes me product or about 110$ as of now is stolen from me.

Fantastic experience: I used to live by this GameStop as a kid and was delighted to see the same store manager there. I didn’t catch his name but he is very knowledgable about all genres and decades of gaming. Once I purchased my items he told me about other deals and it was a really pleasant visit. Super glad to see he is still working that and very happy my childhood GameStop is still in business.

Negative experience: They charge the same price as a brand new product for their pre owned products. A USED DualShock 4 is 60 dollars. At that point you can just get a new one. There’s a reason people don’t go to GameStop anymore. You can literally get everything here at Walmart and have a better return policy. Don’t even waste your time coming here like I did.

Fantastic experience: Good place still I was able to get the new amiibos that came back on sale just not to long ago its peach daisy ness and Mr game and watch also if you have the gamestop app on your phone you can just type amiibo into the search bar and it will show up on the section itself and if your a collector yourself you can get them before their sold out I checked the app and it says that there's only 3 to 5 in stock depending on the gamestop you go to so hurry and get them yourself quickly if you can before their sold out.

Positive experience: Know the reason Gamestop is failing/losing pts on stock are stores like this, only saving grace are the employees there, they're nice, knowledgeable, & helpful.. However the store opens at noon which is ridiculous Gamestops used to open at 9 then it became 10am now its Noon?!?!! On top of that the under staffing leads to the store closing for "lunch" at times forcing customers to wait outside for an unknown amount of time, it's frustrating to longtime loyal customers

Negative experience: This was my "go to" GameStop but whoever the dude with the glasses was that was there at open today on 02/17/2023 had a terrible attitude, looked miserable and almost seemed annoyed with my one simple question, "do you have this in stock". Back turned the whole time, couldn't care less if we left, bought something or had any inquiries. Normally have some form of human communication at this location, I:e "Hey how's it going" "Have a good one" "Looking for something in particular?"... I get it, I work retail myself, people can be a pain in the rear but my guy, go home if you are that miserable. Went to Walmart and found what I needed.

Fantastic experience: I don't ever take the time to write reviews whether I had a good experience or a bad one. This time I felt that I needed to take the time to expess my gratitude to Ben at the Market Street location... my son and I went in to buy an XBox. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us... he gave us choices and great recommendations. Unfortunately one of the recommendations he gave didn't actually work with the console version we bought. I called him he quickly apologized and asked us to come back and he would swap it out for us... I don't want to get too detailed... but he went above and beyond to make things right and apologized for making us have to drive back. This kind of service is so lacking in this world... I've been still impressed with it an hour or so after the experience. That is why I decided to write this review. #bringbackcustomerservice

Fantastic experience: I love coming to this store. They have a great selection of used games but the biggest factor are the employees that work here. They are some of the most awesome and amazing associates I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I'm probably one of those annoying customers that talk too much but everyone here has been nothing but kind with me. Customer service goes a long way for me as far as whether or not I return to a business and this location is certainly one I will continue to frequent.
