Positive experience: Three stars means it's okay. That's what it says when you click on three stars. And that's how I would describe GameStop. Okay. Came here for last minute Christmas gift. We were able to get a couple Funko pops and a gift card. The Funko pops are priced in line with what Funkos are lately, so that's not too bad. If you're a collector and you're lucky enough to find one on sale or a discount here.... That isn't the best because they put the stickers on the box and the plastic and it jacks up your collector value.

Positive experience: The selection for your Videogames are very limited. You are a videogame store get more games. Even chandler mall has more games than you.

Fantastic experience: Was helped here yesterday by Ally, 10/10 fantastic customer service. Excellent conversation! Helped us pick out exactly what games we needed and made great suggestions for our needs

Fantastic experience: We were trying to find littlest pet shops, and this location didn’t have any, but James told us of some other locations that might have them and was over and above helpful and considerate. Very awesome to get good help

Negative experience: Bad customer service, I had a worker go off on me just because I was mad and told me to”chill” never coming here again

Negative experience: I never got to walk into the store. Because the way the phone was answered was extremely rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there. I get it everyone has bad days, this isn't the platform to express that. The date was Friday May 23rd 2025 so who ever work that morning was Incredibly rude

Fantastic experience: Came in to pre-order switch 2, Tim and James were super helpful and efficient! And made the process really fast!

Fantastic experience: James really helped us early-risers out and kept us in order during an anxiety-inducing Pokémon purchase! It's lame that the employees have to take it upon themselves to explain to adults how to be civil and polite, but he did a good job.

Positive experience: It's been so long since I've been in a GameStop, went to see if they had any Nintendo 3DS games but they don't, rather have switch games from Nintendo, really upsetting because I still have a membership with them, might need to cancel it.

Fantastic experience: Bryce was very helpful. He went out of his way to look up a replacement PS4 power cord for me, and we had a great chat at the counter. He deserves a raise!

Fantastic experience: Every associate there are both very kind and insightful concerning which games would be best for my family and I.

Negative experience: Marlin did not listen at all to me and pushed me into a Pro rewards. When I asked him how much credit I would be getting from my trade without the Pro Rewards he pushed through the transaction and handed me a gift card with the remainder of my trade on it. I left very angry and felt completely conned/scammed. I don’t normally shop at GameStop and today was a great reminder why. Make it right!

Positive experience: The staff is courteous and attentive. They have a lot of stuff to look at and we have never had any issues finding something to buy for a reasonable price. The manager here, Ryan, is a really caring guy who goes out of his way to help out. The only negative is Gamestop as a whole as a company and all that comes with that.

Fantastic experience: Great location in a dying mall. Not much else to see at Superstition springs mall, but it's worth tripping in for this GameStop. Use the Google maps designated entrance, (downstairs main mall entrance near the arcade) shoot up the escalator and its on the right about 200ft down. Friendly staff and always has a good selection of used games.

Fantastic experience: This location didn’t have the item we were looking for but the employee at the register was immediately helpful and directed us to a nearby location that did have it in stock. He was extremely friendly and talked Pokémon and Nintendo with us a bit and was very knowledgeable. Even though we weren’t able to purchase what we wanted from this location it was easily the best GameStop experience we’ve ever had. I wish I’d gotten the employees name because he was wonderful.

Positive experience: Drove here from 2 hours away after I called and asked about availability which on phone they said it was in stock but when I got there they didn't have it.

Positive experience: Went in to pick up a couple of used games. Price was fair and the quality of the games was good. Dock one star for the hard sell for membership and warranties, every time. It is pushy to the point that it is mildly uncomfortable.

Negative experience: Signal Butte & Southern location wasn't even open for posted hours, and didn't answer phone.

Negative experience: I ordered a remote from there because of course they didnt have any playstation remotes in stock and its been 2 weeks amd still havent gotten it or heard any updates whatsoever.

Negative experience: The worse customer service I have had at a GameStop. That Tyler kid working when I visited the store needs to realize that he is the reason I wont go back or buy from GameStop again. Amazon doesn't talk down to you or make check out painful. I wanted to know what the return policy was on a used game I was purchasing and received 2 separate answers that contradicted each other. Was rather pushy when I was trying to pay in cash as well.

Fantastic experience: Very kind people. Took my son for pokemon cards and they were sold out. But the lady gave my boy 1 free Gamestop edition pokemon card. He was soo happy.

Positive experience: It's OK, sometimes they have decent deals on game sales, but their trade-in rates are ridiculously low.

Fantastic experience: Only came in for a gift card for Christmas and there was one thing I noticed. One staff was checking out customers and the other was answering the phone and helping customers in-store. At first I thought, why doesn't he jump in and help the checkout line but then I thought, wow it is better how they are doing it! Even if you may have to wait an extra minute!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would! My teen son and his friends waited patiently outside for 12 hrs to score the PlayStation 5. Being the first in line and the first to enter the store only to be told by the manager that they’re not on the floor and to basically leave. These were advertised in their Black Friday ad at 6am Nov 27th and to be told they’re not out yet and to basically take a hike is pretty low. I emailed the owner of this store to let him know that his manger he pays to WORK isn’t doing his job. Those should of been out on the floor before the doors opened knowing full well they’re the hottest item for sale right now. We didn’t get a name but he’s the only huge lazy manager with no neck that works there.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible customer service, I wait days for an item I ordered and after sending a message asking where it is, they tell me it is out of stock. It was in stock when i ordered and they never emailed me or had on my track package info page that it was out of stock and I would have to wait days or weeks to get it. So frustrating

Positive experience: Low on inventory. Think sales in store are down due to Covid. Would have like to see more titles.....
