Negative experience: They had an employee honestly. Tell me that the new stocker game came out on playstation plus and I told him you're talking about the old stocker games, or you don't even know what you're talking about. And he was like, no, it's a new stalker game dude. And trade prices are abysmal.

Fantastic experience: Everytime my family and I come to this GameStop lately we have such a good time!!! We always get Natasha and she makes the environment so fun and is always down to lend a hand. Thanks to her I got my new Silent Hill shirt!!! It actually arrived today. I didn't know I could just order it online in my size?! EEEEEE I'm so Happyyyyyy. She is absolutely the best and so hilarious, we love her. 100/10 my favorite location. Natasha is by far the best GameStop Employee!!!!! I come here just for her!!!! ❤️

Negative experience: Two extremely bad experiences at this locationin as many weeks. First my wife who is not knowledgeable about games came in to surprise me with a switch 2 and a new game. The sales lady embarrassed her for thinking a game was released and it hadn't been yet. She took her $600 dollar sale to Walmart where she was not insulted and treated with so much disrespect. Second time visiting this location I accompanied her there to pick up some games and a used ps4 controller for our 9 year old child. Associate Fred was the only one there about 7 p.m. on 10.4.25. I looked on the sales floor for the controller and overlooked the 1 on the floor. I selected my games and approached Fred at the desk, where even face to face was not greeted with a warm welcome like I feel like should have happened when coming in... I selected the new donkey kong and star wars outlaws. Immediately he said you dont want this game stating his opinion on it not that I asked.....I told him I did and I felt belittled by this lack of customer service in telling me that it was not out yet that it's just a demo release. Looked in the cabinet and said oh I have 1 but you dont want it. Fired up I said yes I do nice to know you can advise me on how to spend my money. I then asked for the ps4 controller. It should be over there but it's a dead system he said.... well my 9 year old plays it and loves it. I wanted to walk away and not give this location or company any of my money. But reluctantly did spending $200 on three items. Fine Fred at gamestop you won!!! I will never come into this location or gamestop for that matter.

Was hoping to see the lady when I came in today love her energy she has red hair she seems like she's been there longer Very sad I didn't get here today Got two gentlemen nothing terribly wrong just dang can't get a good day. Can't get a togo bag can't get a smile. Tossed the remote that I just got on the counter at my hands could have handed it off but aye must have been a long day. Nothing came out at me like a dagger but it was enough little things to make me wanna move on to a new shop disc replay is my next stop. Both men just seemed bothered to have to deal with us sad make this trip once a year to az and I won't be back 5 and last year sadly
Negative experience: Automatically added a warranty to my purchase without asking me. When I pointed it out they had the audacity to ask "why not." Someone else in front of me declined it and still had it added to their receipt and they had to go back and get a refund. Watch out for deceptive business practices and shady cashiers at this location.
Negative experience: Ac is broken there’s portable ac units but it’s hot in there still , there’s stuff in a box on the floor, the place is dirty looking , I purchased a new game from an opened display box labeled new, but I was hoping for a new box that was wrapped and unopened, but instead was handed a game from a clear sleeve from behind the counter and placed into a clearly opened used floor display box and was charged 59.99 I don’t recommend this store

Fantastic experience: Sent in some Pokemon cards for PSA grading the other day at this location. Natasha walked me through the process and was very kind, friendly, and relieved a lot of the nerves I had about parting with some sentimental cards. Would highly recommend this location for her service alone.
Fantastic experience: GameStop is an okay company and this location is cool but I’m only reviewing because of Natasha! She is the best GameStop employee I’ve ever encountered and was incredibly helpful. I will definitely be back just because of her.

Fantastic experience: My son and I were the first ones in the store this morning, he had a bunch of stuff he wanted to turn in and purchase a new PlayStation. I took us close to an hour if not more our sales lady Natasha was outstanding. She was wonderful she helped us. She opened another cash register, and took some customers while she was waiting on us. This lady has so much patience and kindness. Thank you so much. You have to be an angel from God truly a wonderful person.
Positive experience: I bought a PlayStation 5 after a few weeks I started having problems with it I took it back they give me a used one even though mine was new the used one they gave me was broke when they gave it to me then they give me another used one and it freezes ever once in awhile so not very happy with there warranty which they made me pay for twice even though it was there fault

Fantastic experience: Only rating today cause the guy working was pretty cool (Oct 11th, around 12pm or so). He sold me Dead Rising 2 and Spiderman 2. He seemed like someone I would call a friend, a genuine person behind the counter that was knowledgeable in what he talked about. Not just to me, but to others he was talking to in the store. Normally wouldn't rate a chain business just for that, but this is a guy that deserves a raise or at least some type of bonus. Buy this guy a pizza or something.

Negative experience: Making someone feel embarrassed and feel bad for trading items in is very wrong on top of that they won't give me my 5$ off from my pro member they insist it's been added to my order and never is so something fishy is going on with Fred and the other chick that's on shift together those 2 made me not want to go here anymore

Fantastic experience: I usually don't have a great experience going to a GameStop. Haven't been inside one in probably 10 years. This time was different, specifically due to the knowledgeable and extremely helpful employee they had on staff. If anyone ever has the pleasure of working with Caden, you'll have a great experience. He cares about the customers, and offers such a great experience that I would definitely come back time and time again if only every employee was this good. Never had a faster, more seamless trade-in and purchase experience than with Caden being the employee working the store.
Negative experience: They want $55 for an Xbox controller when a brand new one is $60. Extortion

Negative experience: As I go to alot of gaming outlets the customer in front of me was cornerd by the employee about a membership and I knew I was next he is way to pushy about it just went in about 12:30 at the signal butte location imma manager at my store and I under why you guys don't grt many people in there 2 years ago your employees suggested I just go to fallout games and that's what I'll stick to worse experience

Negative experience: Feel conned after coming here to buy a console. The employee was not very good at his job. After purchasing the console, I asked him about purchasing add ons or accessories for the console using the gift card that came with the console. He then asked me if he could have the gift card, and I agreed thinking he was going to somehow help me with accessories for the console. After he took the gift card for himself, he didn’t bother to help me get accessories or anything. I will definitely not be coming back to any GS and find better ways to buy any kind of game or console.

Positive experience: I was surprised that there was an actual GameStop still around, I thought most shut down. They had plenty of pokemon stuff there so much my child didn't want to leave even after making a comment that the store was old. You can tell the age with actual games lined up on the wall, but it brought back a bunch of memories. I remember waiting in line for Halo 4 release to grab my copy. Fond memories but a bit outdated.
Fantastic experience: They always have a good selection of product they even have little clearance sections throughout the store, the staff is always been friendly and more than happy to help look for things if they are not seen on the Shelf. Even when you call the store they are more than helpful on the phone.

Negative experience: Very disrespectful store experience twice now. First time was a few months ago when I needed to return a new, unopened toy, and I was subjected to a lot of scrutiny on it. The return was approved in the end, no big deal. I just had another really poor experience today. It was a very hot day today and I had a closed container drink with me. I asked who I thought was the manager at the counter if it would be alright if I set my drink down there. Instead of a simple no, he then yells at me for simply asking before being cut off by an employee coming from the back room. I felt so disrespected and just left immediately. Definitely not the way to encourage customers to spend by making them feel threatened for asking a simple yes/no question. The manager was acting like he was on vacation while reading a magazine when I approached.

Negative experience: PARENTS DONT LET YOUR KIDS SHOP THERE ALONE. Associate Craig made my kid buy another warranty on a headset was not designed for her system and she brought back 2 days later (she couldn't go back the same day). Then replaced the 2nd headset without charging her again for a warranty. He then wanted to argue with me about refunding her for the first warranty for the first one that didn't work. WILL NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN! GENERAL MANAGER OR DISTRICT MANAGER FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME! Craig is very unprofessional and rude. Not someone that should be working in retail!
Negative experience: I preodered a game the point of my pre-order was to pick it up the day it was released I took time off work so I can play this game so I go to pick it up the dude was like sorry I'm the only one here and I can't reasonably look in the back for it and leave the store unattended well call you later. I was upset but I understood as I also have worked in retail the day goes by and we call the store since we haven't received a call and are informed the staffing is there and they will call us when they find it but they never did imagine that so we went to the store the next day dude was like they should have just looked the box up and giving it to you took him just a short minute but he got it for us I will never shop at any gamestop again this left such a bitter taste in my mouth I took time off work for this the whole point of preorders is to have them reserved for the day they are released I'm very upset about this
Negative experience: Needs more staff or greater efficiency with the ones currently there. Last few times I've stopped in, staff has struggled to handle a line of 2 or 3 people, because whenever the customers in line decided to pick up their phone to consult an accountant or something before purchasing a $20 game, which seems to be always, the staff doesn't ask them to step aside or they don't switch registers to handle everyone else who is waiting. At some point they've got to do better when it comes to managing their lines.

Positive experience: Getting them to pick up the phone is difficult, staff wasn't overly friendly, and this is probably the smallest Gamestop location I've been to in 20 years. My husband and I came looking for a birthday gift for our niece to go with her new Xbox but we weren't impressed by their selection of games. I'm an old school gamer, I know a lot of this stuff has gone digital, and its been a while since I've been to a Gamestop but I was shocked by how few physical copies of games I saw when I walked in this shop.

But both times Jhon has make it so difficult for returns although you purchase the warranty. And saying I don't have time to make a phonecall although I was the only costumer there. am not going back there that's sure.
Negative experience: This GameStop has been so bad for so many years that I walk on ice talking to other GameStop employees and managers. 2 things I gotta get out of way, one there is no possible way this store has a 4.4 it’s getting faked reviews. I’m certain. 2 the lighting in this GameStop is so bad you think you were in a dive bar. And it’s notorious. Every time I bring up this GameStop to a manager in another store. They talk about the blizzard lighting and how it looks like GameStop from 20 years ago. Now about the actual service. 3 times now I’ve specified and pre ordered 3 separate special editions but when I get there day of release they were deluxe editions or some other edition I did not specify. They get angry when you ask them to look things up or give you a list. They act like they know everything and treat you like the information they have is only available to them. The one “store” level manager has to have been there for years because I see gamestops improve over night with the right management. This place is a joke. If you need a refurbished console it might be worth it but DO NOT PRE ORDER ANYTHING AT THIS STORE that you actually care about.
Negative experience: GameStop cancelled my Elden Ring Collector's Edition pre-order after sending a lone copy of the wrong console standard edition. I had pre-ordered the second I was able to so it should not have been a stocking concern. Please do not support GameStop.

Positive experience: This used to be a 5 star location for me because it was close to my house and the staff is always friendly and helpful Today I have to dim it down to 3 stars. I have no idea what the CSR name was but I'm pretty sure she is either from another store and or she is new. She had blonde hair with some pinkish color to it, heavier set gal (no offense). Just from the start I felt challenged, like everything i said was wrong. Firstly i wanted to trade in some pre owned games that i had bought from there for the credit to go towards a pair of Wireless headsets. One of the games (which I've only took out of the case 1 time and haven't played since) came back as a defective disc. Then disc number 2 I was given wrong credit for. The Gamestop app said the trade in would be around 6 dollars and i only recieved 3 dollars for it.. i thought they were suppose to honor the trade in price? Then I had enough points to redeem a 5 dollar gift certificate to go towards my purchase but the only problem is, the service in the area is so bad, my phone couldn't verify the coupon. Which I thought it would be cool seeing how previous times I've been in the store they have had a tablet to let me login to my Gamestop account to redeem my coupon from there. But instead I get "I'm sorry but there is absolutely nothing we can do, our systems cant look the coupon up and redeem it, you can ONLY do it on your phone" Like I said... I've had other CSR let me use a store tablet to redeem my coupons when my phone didnt work. Plus I was lectured about reserving an item after the store closes.. That if I reserve an item after their store closes, then they wont reserve it... which the COMPLETE opposite happened, so thank you to the other CSR whom reserved the item I purchased. My visit today honestly was uncomfortable and I thought maybe it was just me, but even my wife told me she thought the girl who helped us was "Bitchy" I'll still come back but I'm definitely not forgetting this experience
