Fantastic experience: Kendra is an expert of everything she was very helpful very knowledgeable and kind she definitely deserves a raise

Fantastic experience: Miss Kaylee was phenomenal in her explanation of the pre-order process and helped me find the SKU for a very desired item. Professional service over the phone beyond what was expected, I'll be making this my Gamestop in the future.

Negative experience: Girl with pink hair was very very rude. I went to buy a gift card. Then she started asking me personal questions like: This gift card is expensive and who are buying it for? Asking very nosey questions about why I was buying it. I’ve never seen anyone so nosey in my life. Then she started treating me like I was a criminal and the way she just stood there and glared at me. She made me feel so uncomfortable and most of all unwelcome in her crummy store. After I paid for it. She kept giving me these evil glares like I did something wrong. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I just left the store. I’m definitely not patronizing a store that treats you so mean and evil. Not going there ever again. I’m done with this store.

Fantastic experience: Went in a few weeks before Christmas to buy a PS5. Several staff working and the line moved quickly. They were pleasant, joking with the customers, keeping with the holiday joy. Gave me instructions on the insurance I bought for it. They didn't have a bag big enough for it and I felt a little vulnerable walking through the mall with so many people around and out into the dark parking lot, just holding it by the handle, but I did okay. Nice experience and the clerk did apologize a lot for not having a bag for me.

Negative experience: Went in to buy a game console, game, and accessories but the customer service was so bad I immediately walked out moments before I was able to decide which model system to get. Awful customer service. Was probably just an "off day" for them because most of the other reviews are pretty good. I won't be giving them another shot I'll just take my money somewhere else.

Negative experience: Went to pick up my copy of Pokémon Legends and I felt very disappointed I was told the pre order bonus ran out. If I preorder a game theu you guys is to have the collectible available. Very frustrated I was not compensated for bringing my business to this store.

Fantastic experience: Helpful staff. The front desk attendant was able to help me trade in all of my old xbox controllers and got me enough money to afford a brand new one for my series X. Not often am i this pleased by a gamestop store.

Negative experience: Do not waste your time buying games at this store. They are crooked out here. They raise the price for a game on sale for $49 less than an hour before back to $69 the moment it was called in. This store is worst than the scalpers preying on gamers. I bet this store would have raised the price to $100, if they can get away with it. Find a more decent store. This store is not it.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I really enjoy going to the GameStop location in the Citadel Mall. We usually find what we're looking for and get great deals because we have a pro member account.

Positive experience: My go to GameStop. They are conveniently located in the mall near other store I like to go to. Usually have a good variety of games and collectables. It's well organized and doesn't feel as cluttered as other games I've been in. The manager and Chad are the best employees and will bend a over backwards to help you out, the others are fine but seem a little slower.

Negative experience: Dont come here unless you want to be treated like a criminal. Barely walked in the door before they started harassing me then asking for my name and phone number. All I wanted was to look to see if they had the game I was looking for. Not worth the hassle. Walmart and target have better deals anyways.

Also most of the stuff they have for sale is way marked up ... Cheaper to go to Walmart.
