Negative experience: Store is making their own times has been closed several times in a row in the same day.

Negative experience: I went here once in the Summer at about 8 when the place was closing at 9. The iron curtains were down, so I thought they were just getting ready to close due to a lack of customers and that they only had an hour left. I knocked and a really rude lady yelled at me "we're closed!" Then when I pointed to the sign saying they close at 9 she said "all I know is I'm here until 8." That's not my problem, you're open for another hour!

Fantastic experience: Employee was very helpful and gave me a discount.

Negative experience: Always call first. Store is still making up their own hours, opening hours after the posted times.

Negative experience: I don't understand it says that it closes at nine at night and it's 7:32 only, it's already closed and the girl who works is inside and with the door closed with a gate and everything should be fixed with the schedule because it's wrong for sure

Negative experience: Just went there and the two attendants didn’t even bother to say hello. The guy fixing the door (that didn’t work there) was friendlier and more courteous. Only reason we made a purchase was because the item wasn’t available elsewhere and it was 50% off. Otherwise avoid this location at all costs.

Fantastic experience: We bought a pre-owned Xbox series S for my son and we had excellent service from Travis, he was even totally friendly the next day when we had to come back to change the controller that had a little flaw. Thank you Travis

Negative experience: I'm not saying the employee was wrong, but I don't feel anyone wants to hear "Google it" after asking a question. The parking lot is ridiculous, do drive carefully. So in short, know what you're looking for before going in. Google is the conduit to most answers.

Fantastic experience: Great store:) always find what we are looking for and if not they usually helps us try to find whatever it is. Son loves this location, we drive 45 mins just to come to this GameStop because of customer experience. Manny is wonderful and very helpful and knowledgeable! Keep it up :)

Negative experience: Employee working last shift on 11/7 decided to close doors early before 7 pm closing time. Employee was still wandering around behind the closet. Another customer was trying to get in also and no response when store was called. Corporate should fire this guy ASAP. Clearly lost sales when this guy is working last shift. Calling for a manager in the morning to see if this is their protocol. What a wasted trip!

Negative experience: I ordered online for a same day delivery. When I receive my order it is just a game informer magazine and no game. I reach out to the store and they tell me I didn't order from them. I call corporate and they confirm that was the store my order came from. It has been several hours I have been trying to reach out to them to see if it was a mistake and my order is there before I get an uber to them. No response as of yet from anyone.

Negative experience: This place will rip you off if you are not careful. I sold about 15 DS games and 3 3D DS games to them today. When I checked my receipt they only logged and gave me credit for 2 of the 3D DS games. I went back to ask about the 3rd game. I saw almost all of the games I just sold them with the printed tags on top them. There were only 2 3D DS games in the stack. Same employee who just purchased the games from me asked how could he help me. I inquired about the game they did not give me credit for. He let out a big sigh went into the backroom and came back with the missing game. He did not offer an apology, he just began the transaction to buy the game. I asked him how did this happen. He explained that he must have "accidentally" not scanned it in. Yeah okay.... I am sure that I am the only one he has "accidentally" not scanned a game in.

They will “test” it on a mini tv in the back and take your console out of your sight and run some machine bowing into your system and then come back and go oh it’s not working fast enough. I understand I should have asked to go back with him and ask him what he’s doing to my system. But in the end it’s a scam to save them money. I get it, but just sell it online instead

My checkout was interrupted by another customer and I was basically handed off to another worker rather than having them wait their turn.. Had to ask questions multiple times to get an answer due to language barrier. Will not be returning to this location.

Negative experience: The past 3 years this GameStop has gone to hell! I go there and they are randomly closed. Lights are on and the gate is halfway down but no one is there. That has happened maybe 3 times. The times i do go in, the employees are either talking with each other or on their own phones. They are not helpful at all and seem to always have an attitude. Would not recommend this GameStop.
