Fantastic experience: David was awesome! Very friendly and attentive and knowledgeable. Greeted us and helped us with a trade in/pre-order. Very quick and efficient. The store itself is relatively large and has a lot of great products; video games, collectibles, tech, and more.

Negative experience: This place is a mess I ordered a controller next day delivery and it was stolen by Uber delivery??? Now I have to wait 5 days for a refund or the replaced product. Buyers beware. They do not care about the consumer if they did they wouldn’t worry about 50 dollars and fix this instantly and get there money back from the delivery service. Good luck

The manager seemed very excited about making sure that her GameStop was the best by going above and beyond by partnering with vendors to create a variety of swag bags. I’m from out of state just visiting relatives, but if I lived here... I would make sure that I frequented this one.

Negative experience: I have purchased much from this store and today man eater is released, nobody reminded me of the reservation being in store just excuses for not calling me, I usually go to this gamestop as its by my work, yet this time they didn't call me, where's Donovan, did you fire him, or let him go? now I'm home on the other side of town and without my fully paid game.. You had one job gamestop, and you dropped the ball.. Picking up my reservation tomorrow and it will be my last.. The associates are nice there, just think they need help in this store, target gets my money from here on out.

Positive experience: Slow to help customers. There were 2 cashiers and two people me and another the other person. The other person was helped but I was left standing there waiting while the guy was cleaning. I said excuse me but he didn't stop cleaning. Then he finally stopped and actually help me.

Negative experience: Since I couldn't attend the release for Borderlands 3 event, I walked in the following morning to purchase the game new. When trying to purchase the game, I was told that there were no sealed new copies available, only one in an envelope that has been used. The game hasn't been out for a day, and these people are trying to pass off a used copy as a new one, at full price! When asked if I could purchase one in a sealed case, brand new, I was told no. Only those who pre-ordered could buy those. Even though they had a cabinet full of the game. I was offered to pay even more to have a more deluxe version of the game, or buy the used game at full price. Gamestop absolutely penalizes you for not giving them extra money, even though you are purchasing a game after the release event. They had enough copies of the game to sell that a pre-order didn't matter. I ended up walking out, going to Target across the street, and buying a copy of borderlands without being ripped off, or penalized.

Even left my backpack there accidentally and got it back no issues a few days later!

Fantastic experience: Received help from the manager Sarah today in figuring out how to get the red dead bundle with the new xbox x. I had to speak with her a few times over the phone and then came in person to pick up the items I confirmed with her. I highly suggest using this location and thankful the staff were super helpful. Logan was a big help as well. They both deserve to be recognized by the game stop company.

Negative experience: I don't know why all these stars and compliments are here, Ive never really come in here, and I did today. And boy was I baffled at the unwelcoming experience it was. My boyfriend VERY NICELY asked one of the associates a question on a pricing for the upcoming Black Friday holiday and the associate said hed fimd out, we waited for about 15mins while all 3 associates wandered about doing their thing ignoring our presence. And then I said ummm, ??, He asked a question??? They vaguely skimmed over the computer said the price and that was the end of the "customers service" interaction... ?? So my boyfriend resorted to looking up the prices online on his phone trying to figure it out for himself.... There was only 1 other customer in there besides us so there is NO excuse. WOW. I have no words. That is sad and disappointing.
