Fantastic experience: Very Friendly's personals work there I founded the game my daughter needs a Nintendo switch and she's so happy she said this is the best thanks do much to the guy there 4 help

Negative experience: Nobody at the store. Call before you take the trip. Hours of operation state 11am open time on Fridays. It’s 11:30 and gates still down/no answer on the line. I called prior to driving here and recording mentioned associates busy helping other customers so assumed that to be the case, but was a corporate reply. It’s funny because I had just come from the other gamestop on Dale Mabry and that one too was closed and opens at 11. I’ll just go to Best Buy . There is a reason I haven’t been inside one of these in like 12 years hahahah

Fantastic experience: Taylor was absolutely awesome! Great convo about gaming. Helped me out on some used games, looked and found cases for some games that didn’t have a case with the exception of Subnautica for PS4, but the game plays great. Thanks Taylor, you’re the man!

Negative experience: I called this place and asked for a particular item. The man who answered said ...yes we have one. I got in the car and drive 15 miles out of the way. When I arrived I was told he made a mistake and they actual didn't have what I needed. I drove back to the Gamestop near my house and bought what I needed with no problem at all. Thanks Gamestop gas is too expensive to be making those kind of mistakes. It was all done without any kind of apology as well.....so disappointed

Negative experience: I just buy Madden every year here so I can return the previous year to get some money back for the new one. Game stop just rips off people when you try to return other games and stuff. They low ball you every time. It's not worth buying games there anymore.

Negative experience: I have no idea why anyone would purchase anything from Gamestop. Buy a brand new game for $60, then try to return it within 48 hours and be offered $17 store credit...can buy a new game on Amazon and send it back within 30 days and only pay a restocking fee.

The men I've spoken with are knowledgable, and as it me in my purchases, and the women here are sweet, friendly, and show concern for the customer, and offer info on items I do like but did not need immediately at that moment. I may go in tomorrow, as I am sure it will be a awesome visit :)

Fantastic experience: It's Gamestop, what's not to love? This location has a quiet atmosphere so you can browse/shop in peace or have one on ones with store associate if need be. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. I love the consideration shown to gaming accessories and fun little keychains and what not. Renewed my pro membership, $20 with a physical magazine and a $5 coupon EACH month. You may need to check my math but I don't mind being paid to shop.

Positive experience: I usually only go here when the store by me doesn’t have what I need. This was the case on Pro Day this past Saturday. I saw a video game on sale that I wanted to try to I purchased it with enough time for the store to pack it up before my husband stopped by that day. Upon his arrival, not only did he find that they hadn’t pulled the game; they also admitted to the fact that they were not going to pull it at all. Had my husband not arrived when he did, it’s possible we would have missed out as he was given the last copy that the lady at the counter had to walk over and pull off the shelf. Still ended up with the game but very unhappy with the service. Will continue to frequent my home store as the customer service is much better.
