Negative experience: Went to buy a oculus 3, had 2 games to trade in. Guy wouldn’t take it because he had “so many others to return already” and to come back in an hour. No wonder these places are going to online only. What a bummer.
Negative experience: This location is a mess. Holiday hours the store "opens" at 11am. Watched at least 8 people try to go in and the store was indeed closed. The store finally opened at 11:30. Disappointed.
Negative experience: Employees will cancel your order in your face so they can purchase items.

Negative experience: Lazy workers that won’t let you trade in a couple games within the last hour of being open because they’re all tired from standing behind a counter in an air conditioned building all day, moving electronics and video games around. Just a sad look into the human race, really.
Negative experience: I've been buying from this store for ages, The black skinny gentleman that vapes, knows me very well, I'm pretty much there all the time, and today he really crossed the line. I come in with my friend to purchase a headset for a friend, I carry a sling bag with my concealed everywhere I go, I asked him if I can step behind the counter to look at some Christmas Funko pops he said yes and I went behind. I ended up purchasing a Stitch Funko Pop, When I purchased the pop I regrouped with my friend to look at headsets again after 5-10mins, he decided to not purchase and wanted to go to Walmart to browse there selection. As I walk out the front door, he yells at me, to return some Pokemon Box I had no clue if he was talking to me or someone else, but he said come back I need to check your bag. He checked my bag with my funko, and then he wanted me to open my sling bag, Me not staying alert, I was deeply confused and was trying to process exactly what he was talking about, he said he saw me messing with my bag, I had my car keys wide open in my hand, I was unziping my bag to put my keys away, since I was handling Funko pops and my pants have very shallow pockets and I can not place my keys safely into my pants, since they have fallen out before multiple times hence why I carry my sling bag, I ended up showing him my belongings proving I had nothing to hide as I've been there numerous times. I proceeded to warn him that I am carrying, he insist that I still showed him, I felt extremely uncomfortable showing my concealed, I should have stand my ground and just have him call police, if he felt needed to do so. Being accused today of stealing a product, that I never even came across in the store made me sick, After the encounter, he proceeded to tell me concealeds are not allowed on the premises, It is concealed for a reason. No signs anywhere in the plaza states, Concealed Carry are not allowed. Today was a reminder that I need to stand my ground, and protect my rights better. What happened today was 100% uncalled for and extremely uncomfortable for myself and my friend. I won't be doing business here anymore, it was a pleasure but your employes today crossed the line today. As a 10 Year return customer, I'm glad to say I'll never spend another dollar at your store again after today.

Negative experience: i showed up in person on friday to buy a black ds lite after finding out they actually had one. after asking the vaping associate about it he took it out for me to see its condition and after i said id buy it. after a couple minutes he says he had to go find the charger, and after some waiting he says he has to contact his coworker to find the charger. after he sits there vaping and what i’m pretty sure was a call with the coworker he tells me it’s been a hour and i have to leave. after leaving my phone number and name i call the next day to hear him say that he’s still waiting to find the charger… i can’t contact them on Monday and feel like i’ve waited too long so i show up in person to find out the ds is gone and the store leader has no idea what happened to it :)
Negative experience: Could have ordered from 4 different local gamestop but decided on here, had multiple in stock, only ordered 2, but didn't even cancel until the next day, when it wasn't possible to get the items for the same price. Complete waste of time. I could have easily gotten it somewhere else if it was handled promptly.
Positive experience: Great gamestop one of my favorites amazing staff great products you can get a 70$ game for like 3 bucks if it's pre owned and I feels brand new although I bought a funk pop once and the price sticker covered a rip in the box but besides that great place.

Negative experience: Doesn’t answer the phone mid day. Not busy so they just choose to not answer the phone. Crazy can’t even call them to find out if they have a power cord for ps5 before I drive there.

Negative experience: I never get upset. But this time I’ve had it. I purchased a pre own ps5 at this location and there are no damages done. The gentleman there ( the overweight one who looks like he’s going through a midlife crisis) did not want to exchange it!!!!! It’s within the return/exchange policy and he refused to exchange it! Super sketchy area I will be exchanging and doing my busniess at another GameStop.

Fantastic experience: We came to check out this GameStop location, looking for certain games. Even though they didn’t have what we were looking for, we still enjoyed the shopping experience. The store was clean, and the employee working the front was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The employee who assisted us knew what he was talking about and answered all of the questions we asked with confidence. They do have a wide arrangement of new and used games for sale, for any gaming system you could want. They do sell new and used gaming consoles. The obsolete consoles you can obviously get used only. Overall, it was a clean and pleasant shopping experience.

Negative experience: Have had a couple bad experiences with the employees here specifically an employee named Luis that would not assist with a failed return I had when the receipt said chip error. I called the store several times before heading back up there but no one picks up the phone. When I arrive at the store of course it was a ghost town with Luis at the register. I asked if he could check if the return went through but he down right refused to assist and said to call customer service even after I drove 30 minutes to fix the refund error. Every time I come here the employees have a bad attitude and get negative energy from this place. Will not be coming back to this location. Now I remember why I no longer use gamestop and just stick to Amazon or go full digital

Fantastic experience: GameStop it's always going to get five stars because it's the best place to go when you need accessories you can go there thinking in your mind I'm going to buy one thing for $25 and because of competition and pricing you may find a better item that was more steeply priced for the same price point outside of things like that I'm never going to give it less than five stars even though with the new way of downloading games until your system this store is almost obsolete outside of accessories accessories are important because you want to see them hold them test them and feel them
Negative experience: They put empty boxes of products that they don't have in stock and claim they're "just filling up shelf space".
Positive experience: They need to add an option of price-matching their website. I find it weird and slightly offensive that I have to place an order and wait for it to be processed by the very same employees whom I could've picked it up from 4 hours before when I was originally at the store. It is the price Gamestop is offering online, not even a competitor! So the least they could do is price-match their own website. Not convenient at all.

Fantastic experience: An extremely competent store leader, Javier, just saved Christmas for my 6 year old. Some how we left with the empty wall game boxes and not the newly purchased games around black Friday (I should have checked, they should have check, mutual error on a busy shopping day). We didn't find out the boxes were empty until Christmas day when my little guy told me his Santa gift was empty. Javier was able to check inventory, purchase dates, prices exchanges and recalled inventory mismatches. He was patient, resourceful and a great communicator. So the story went "since Santa was completely out of this particular game card, he sent us to game stop where he knew there we a few more." Nice save for our Christmas hiccup GameStop.

Fantastic experience: Love this store. Nathan is a great Store Manager. Him and a few friends of mine only shop here because of him and his current employees. He moved some people out and we are thankful. His COD Modern Warfare launch he hosted was selfless and kind hearted. I overheard he was raffling his own collection of collectibles to help bring in a new service of crowd to accept him as a new store manager back last October and I can admire him of that. This current pandemic to be effecting this store and the way he handles customer service is amazing and somehow doesn’t budge on any patience. You’ve helped my family and friends time and time again and I hope you see this, Nathan. Thank you

Negative experience: Bought a elite series 2 controller in feb and just now started to use to it and the left analog stick is unresponsive with a grip on it but if you remove the grip and just move it without it attached the analog works just fine but attach any of the grips it becomes unresponsive unless I click and push on it and because I’m a few days over the 30 day policy they won’t exchange it out I’m not even wanting my money back just want a working one that’s BS !! Zero physical damages not even a scratch because I just started to use it
Negative experience: This used to be a good Gamestop, until they started hiring people who clearly dont know anything about games, or what they're doing. Also, they seriously dont need to ask me every two minutes if I'm finding everything okay. I would be if I could browse in peace. Honestly, I can't wait till this location closes down.
Negative experience: The division 2 deal is $5 new not use, they putted in the bag and you dont realize that they gave you an used copy until you get home, its the second time that I have issues with this store.

Negative experience: Dude I get it, your manager jumps down your throat if you don't meet your quotas for pre-oders or whatever. But if you ask me if I need recommendations and I politely decline 4 times, you can take me at my word that I just want to look in peace. I have been playing games for a minute now and last thing I need is a video game recommendation from someone who thinks The Last of Us is an RPG.

Fantastic experience: Customer service off the charts. My 12 year old son said "he was really cool" in reference to front end employee James, who I agree is pretty cool. You may have to know a 12 year old boy to understand how rare it is for them to notice anything happening around them. Even more rare to give a compliment. The pictures I added were not a great example of a typical crowd at this game stop. In fact, this was definitely the busiest Ive ever seen this location. We came in to pick up the preordered NBA2K. To summarize, game stop with great customer service and generally not super crowded.

Positive experience: I have to say I haven't been to this store in a while, but that's mostly because I haven't had the need too. I mostly buy my games digital now. I had purchased a xbox one x on launch day. Disc drive never worked correctly. It worked about 50% of the time. I decided to trade in my system, and also my ps4 pro because it mostly collects dust. Traded those in for a brand new xbox one x with a two year extended warranty. I didn't recognize either the ladies, but they were extremely helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants good customer service.
