This young lady put together such a great package deal that I ended up buying a system, two controllers and four games! and everything works thus far, as I expected

Negative experience: Took my son to buy him birthday gifts and there was a hand written note saying "left for food, be back soon" ... another car there said he's been there 30 mins and nothing

Negative experience: The trip today was a reck I had to wait in rain to get the bus to the store just to deal with attitude in the store because one person had too many people and not enough patience to help all customers

Negative experience: These guys will tell you anything to get you in the store but then when you arrive it's just excuses and no one taking responsibility for anything that gets said on a phone call. Waste of time. Going to Facebook is starting to seem less sketchy than Gamestop

Negative experience: Well, I've been coming here for years just fine and its my home Gamestop for the most part. I came in to do trade in a week prior with my console and during it I asked about the OLED switch for my fiance on her birthday. It was busy and the female manager was very pleasant and I was very patient. I didn't have a controller so she was applying the cost of the controller to the credit of the return. Turns out I left my SSD in, no biggie. I had to take it home and I take it out. No big deal. I did this over the week, and came back today. I was going to take the recommendation on the Switch OLED the manager had made. I walk in around 12:15. I figured it was a weekday and it would not be busy. There was no one in the store. The employee was sitting in the back, looking at his phone. Didn't even stand to greet me but stayed sitting in the back on his phone. He looked up and just said "Trade In?" I said yes and explained what the female manager had said I needed to do. Looks down at his phone and says "Nope, can't do that" Confused I had mentioned the situation and what I was directed to do. Without looking up from his phone his said "No, I can't do that". I left politely and went to another game stop, made my trade in and purchased my Switch OLED. I will not be returning to this location unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: I never walk out of this GameStop disappointed. Even if I don’t end up purchasing anything, the peeps working are always so kind, knowledgeable, and just plain fun to chat with. I just bought a refurbished Xbox one (a PS guy here) and the gentleman who worked with me could not have been more helpful. He never once pressured me, rather, he helped me pick the best console for my needs as a new Xbox guy, and took his time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.

Negative experience: Terrible experience would like someone from Gamestop corp to contact me …I walked in and wasn’t greeted and it wasn’t busy and I had just bought a Xbox controller the day before and took it home and it wasn’t working so I come and try to exchange it not only was the employee rude but was trying to hurry and rush me through the process didn’t give me any time and claimed he was extremely busy even though there was only two customers in the store and said I can’t return without warranty but the receipt clearly states that I have 7 days?? Then he changed his tune and says I’m not suppose to but I’ll do it just because I have sooo many customers! Terrible

Fantastic experience: What has always been the make or break factor with Gamestop locations for me is the customer service. How friendly are they? How helpful are they? How hard do they push their promotions and memberships? The service here has always been good. Staff are polite, come across as genuine fans of the hobby themselves, are do not push the promotions after you politely decline. Other than that, it's a well-kept and clean store with good variety. I was able to snag a PS5 from here during a promotion and the process was pretty hassle-free. A couple guys even came in early to ensure we got through quickly.

Fantastic experience: Great place to find shirts, pokemone cards, toys, random collectible nic-nacks and yes video games for all the latest consoles. Make sure you level up to fight the preorder bosses at the end of your quest.

Fantastic experience: This is a great store! The store manager and staff were great help with advice on getting a great pre owned Xbox One console. Beautiful store well kept. I always prefer the larger GameStop locations as the selection of products the best. They have products that you usually can not find anywhere else other than online. I enjoy going to great stores like this location to buy products. I will probably be going to this location for more of my gaming needs. It is about 35 minutes away from my house but it is well worth the drive. I recommend this store location to anyone wanting a great experience with GameStop.
