Negative experience: Female employee said "this is my 13th reason", while shopping, was complaining the whole time that I was looking through the shirts because she had to fix it again, we put them back in their spot but they just kept complaining about their job , they all gave us looks too , ended up not buying anything from how they kept staring at me and my friend , never again

Negative experience: Store sold me OPENED product, and was denied return with receipt in hand the next day. GM was completely useless to help.

Negative experience: They have stuff as almost any game stop, the customer service is kinda lacking, the short chubby long haired dude is just there giggling making comments in the corner. Kinda makes you not want to revisit.

Within 2 minutes, the associate asked if I had any questions or looking for something in particular. Customer Service is still a priority and thankfully this location displayed it.

Positive experience: Una tienda de videojuegos o eso era su enfoque inicial, Hace años era emocionante entrar y ver un monton de juegos a precios muy buenos y ahora con el tiempo y con mas competencia, se me hace hasta mas barato comprar juegos en mexico que en estados unidos, ahora es mas una tienda de coleccionables y articulos variados, ni bien ni mal solo perdio cierta emocion con el tiempo pero las cosas cambian.

Negative experience: I Love GameStop. However, this GameStop is the worst place to trade they will always try to give you less by sneaking a refurb charge even when your items are in perfect conditions and if you ask them on why, they will straight lie to your face like "the wireless controller must include the USB cable or the 1st gen PS camera must include the stand if not, they are considered items that must be refurbished" according to them. Thankfully, I went to the Mesa Marketplace GameStop and they gave me the full trade value. Also, is the first one where employees have been rude to me for not renewing my pro membership. If anything avoid if you want to trade and if you do lookout for that refurb charge.
