Negative experience: The guy I spoke to on the phone was very rude in regards to my questions on preordering dragon quest III HD remake. It’s so much easier just to preorder from amazon. You don’t have to deal with rude people like this. I’ll be getting the game at my doorstep Friday which is perfect timing when my time off work starts and didn’t have to deal with people being condescending or rude. It’s no wonder gamestop has lost business the last decade. People just don’t know how to treat others like human beings anymore. Will never use gamestop again.

Negative experience: I went to get a controller and the price tag said it was 50, the box was beat up and they charged me 65 plus tax.When i got home i opened the controller and it had stick drift

Positive experience: It was a busy day and only one employee was working that day. He tried his hardest to get us all out with a smile and patience, but was still an hour in line waiting to pay.

Negative experience: I got a brand new controller and the same day I noticed it had stick drift, so i went to go exchange it and they didn’t give me a new controller. They gave me a used controller and they made me buy warranty again and it also has stick drift.

Negative experience: Bad Service, bought a brand new game Manager with curly hair did not let me return a new game for cash back was tould only to exchange it reason because the game did not come sealed, so I walked out and tould them ill go to where I bought it in a other location as me and my girlfriend are leaving the coworkers and Manager were laughing. So we backfired them cuz we were not gonna let someone laugh at us and say rude comments behind are back. Went to another location got cash back no issues what so ever.

Negative experience: Hace días compré 1 juego para Nintendo, días después fui a preguntar si podía cambiarlo, una chava de pelo corto me dijo que me podía devolver el efectivo y pregunté si podía llevarme otro juego y dijo que si, iba con mis niños y se pusieron a escoger muy ilusionados, llegamos a caja y nos atendió Otra muchacha de pelo claro y bien payasa dijo que no lo podía cambiar y le comenté que su compañera hace menos de 10 min me dijo que si podía y la otra sólo agachaba la cabeza pero la que me atendió muy grocera como si uno hubiera tenido la culpa por sus errores, pésima actitud

Negative experience: Bought a headset and came to exchange with warranty only to find out that once you exchange and you have to repurchase the warranty that sucks. Definitely will not buy anything anymore from GameStop

Fantastic experience: Hey everybody I'm here to let you know about Game Stop I'm many of you know what type of buisness it is but here it goes it's a local store were kids youg teens tweens go and check out there vast veriaty of games and consoles you new video games the just resently came out you can controlres pretty much any gaming system and also some of your favorite action figures heck they even carry all sorts of gift cards so you can go do a bit of christmas shopping specialy for the kids so I strongly recommend Game Stop for if not all maybe some of your gaming needs if the time and a chance stop by the Game Stop ask for carlos you get help from the yung beautiful lady clerks believe it's Worth it.

Positive experience: I like it but I dont like their return policy....so if you buy a brand new game and return it "opened" less than an hour later cuz you played and didn't like it they still give you less than you paid even with a receipt... but overall it meets all gamer needs.

Negative experience: Went in on May 15, 2021, asked if they had a certain game used and all the guy told me was "no and if we did it would be down there". Before the new management change they would look to see if other stores had the stuff they didn't. Now the new manager just stands in the back and does nothing, and they don't even check for you. Shame shame.
