Fantastic experience: Customer service is better than any other gamestop in el paso. Very conversational, very friendly.. give these guys a pay raise.

Negative experience: Just walked in the store and it was empty, an employee was already complaining about something. I simply asked a question on a game and the other employee at the counter was very rude. I won't be spending my money there.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and organized, they have a large variety of game related items and collectibles. In addition they have a large amount of games available. The items are for the most part fairly priced and good quality. This GameStop in specific was fully stocked and the staff was very kinda.

Negative experience: Worst customer experience!! Dont waste your time and money at this store. They don’t honor warranty's. If your going to shop at gamestop I highly suggest lee Trevino location or the fountains. Owner operator greed!!

Negative experience: Awful and unhelpful service wasn’t willing to call and look to see if another location had a game in stock for me…. This is the reason GameStop will go under and all their employees will be jobless within 3 years… Was going to spend a grip of cash in store and purchase a new console for my son. However because they were not willing to help I drove up the road less than a mile and got what I needed from Best Buy. Bad employees are killing retail. My sales rep at Best Buy was more than helpful.

Negative experience: Be careful, my brother bought a Roblox card and the store never activated it, and they didn't want to return his money or a new card, I contacted roblox support and they verified the card with the store receipt and told me that it was never activated, and the store has to fix the error, however the store did not help to fix the problem. So Be very careful when you buy cards there, the same thing can happen to you and you will lose your money.

Negative experience: i went last week to buy a game and the guy that charged me told me i dont think u can afford that game i only went to pick up my order i had paid for it online and when i told him that he was like hahaha can u proof u bought the game

Fantastic experience: I bought a lot of games at gamestop.com and unfortunately one of them was not working. the system was not able to be recognized. I came here and in less than a minute I had a replacement for that game so I'm very happy with the service.

I've gotten every ds for the kids here and they've always explained the warranty and explained the membership too. It's great.

Negative experience: I’m a casual Gamer, after the 7 day return policy expired it was apparent to me that the used 360 controller the Clerk handed me and I foolishly bought for $25 had left stick drift and a right upper trigger delay. The creases were full of dead skin cells and covers were hiding the worn sticks underneath. Yeah it works, only about 10% better than my right stick drift controller, maybe. Not worth the price. I’ll try Goodwill next time.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. The first reason is because you can go to the store get a game, accessory, etc and walk out without problem (you still have to pay though). Secondary when you want something that's not there, the people that work there help out by looking in stock or making it available to order. And lastly everything is cheaper.

Fantastic experience: What else can I say, it's your stop for games, consoles, and other cool stuff all in one place. Great service, and the people who work there fellow gamers who can actually tell you what to expect from most of the games!
