Negative experience: Completely the worst game stop I have shopped at. Customer service is terrible. Service members deserve better. Complaints will be pushed to post and corporate

Fantastic experience: Clean, well stocked and friendly employees. Definitely a worthwhile stop for your gaming needs

Positive experience: Eh it's a GameStop, they are kind of rude most of the time. Idk if it's because they know that they can get aways with talking to service members however they want or what.

Negative experience: When I came to buy the Nintendo switch 2. They didn’t tell me I had to have a number to pick the switch. I came at 8:30 pm to the store and they gave me a number. They could have told me that information from the beginning. I had already paid for and I still had to wait for it. That is ridiculous. They should had organized themselves better. I have to go to work and I am waiting for more than a hour to received a purchase I had already paid for. They need to organized themselves better in the future. That is why I am very displeased with this game stop.

Negative experience: They staff can/will help, but put it simple it has poor variety. No warhammer, limited DnD. Only good for inflated prices on games. Go to Barnes and nobles, Sun City Games, or Walmart for your games/miniatures.

Fantastic experience: They saved Christmas 2022 for my lil family!

Negative experience: Rarely opens on time anymore. Sometimes will be still closed to an hour and hour and half from their opening time.

Fantastic experience: This Gamestop is our favorite store. Associates are so friendly and will go above and beyond to help us.

Negative experience: Better to go off post. The customer service and trade in/value at the bliss one has different standards and its obvious they dont care about customer loyalty. Try it out, do a trade in or sale, than go off post and do the same, big difference.

Fantastic experience: It was clean inside and the employees were helpful when I had questions about a game. They had a good selection of Nintendo Switch games. I would recommend going here instead of inside the PX for video games.

Negative experience: I buy a lot of action figures from them but at times it seems like they don't stock frequently, some of the employees are rude well one of them is to be more precise, if you are asked a question don't just laugh and say no there are other way to answer the question, and the store is clean. I refuse to give above two stars for the reason is that I always get attitude when dealing with this employee.

Negative experience: This is by far the worst customer service I have received in any game stop. First of all the gentleman working had an extremely ill-tempered attitude, short answers and extremely rude. Something may had been bothering him, but from the moment we came in he seemed bothered by our presence. Asked him about a game for my daughter because I found it on their website at a different price and he told me "well but it there!" Like what kind of customer service is that? It upset me but I kept on being polite and respectful, two wrongs don't make a right. After paying for the game I forgot some items the kids had put in the car, I told him "excuse I forgot to pay for these can you please charge me for then, thank you". To which he didn't even reply he didn't even reply just gave me a dirty look and made a discontent noise. After paying for the toys he put them in a bag and literally threw them on the counter! Literally!!! What kind of service is this? Especially on a military installation! Lack of respect and customer imat this location is horrible, I will NEVER buy again from here as long as this horrible employee works here. Which he has been here for years! Did not have a name tag but he has short black hair down to his shoulders and is light skinned. I hope he reads this, if you do I was your last customer today! (Just so you know!) I really hope management reads this and fires him! Many people are needing jobs in these hard times and this ignorant rude employee can't clunt his blessing! Shame on you!

Fantastic experience: True heroes of society. You know working for a company that's slowly falling apart, kinda like watching an old man being shot 4 times in the chest, falls to a knee and still dares says "Sir, the best we can do is three fiddy for this brand new game" is worse than actually watching an old man die. But seriously, amazing costumer service, never had an issue with the 50+ employees I've seen come and go. Treat them nicely and they'll take care of you!

Fantastic experience: The employees are always attentive and very knowledgeable. Never ever had a bad experience here and it wasn't even super busy on Black Friday. Definitely recommend it for someone who just wants to be in and out as fast as possible.

Positive experience: Ordinary gamestop. Nothing special really. You're almost better off buying games at the PX since you won't have to pay tax there. They do have of preused games, but unless you're buying preused or looking for something specific, you're better off buying digital or at the PX.
