Fantastic experience: I’m really going to miss this store. The staff was the most helpful and the kindest

Negative experience: Bad customer service, very very bad...

Negative experience: I pull up at 11:55, apparently the store opens at noon. The large gentleman behind the counter who is standing there doing nothing sees me and points to the sign showing the hours. That’s just lazy, and it was cheaper at the Walmart across the street anyways

Fantastic experience: Antonio and Daisy immediately took time to notice my son has autism and graciously took time to answer my son’s many questions.

Negative experience: New pokemon cards were releasing today and the store only had 6 units??? how is it possible that a big chain like game stop has very limited stock? and then all of the sudden more boxes appeared? either the worker lied about how many units he had or he was saving them for friends and family. Then gamestop wonders why they're closing their stores.

Fantastic experience: Antonio was super helpful and kind at this GameStop location. You can totally tell he is so knowledgeable about what’s in store. :)))

Fantastic experience: I went looking for the Bitty Pops and the girl at the register was great she helped us look in the store and in their system to see what store still carry the pops, since they're a hot new item. Sorry I didn't take pics but the place is very spacious and very well organized.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Literally just walked out of the store and not once in my 20 minutes being in there was I even greeted or acknowledged. I was holding a product in my hands and still no acknowledgement whatsoever. I'm assuming the manager was working just now he's been there forever, perhaps he isn't happy being there this long but wow what a let down. I was going in to purchase a PS5 remote and charging dock. But decided to put the box down and take my business elsewhere. I forgot why I ditched this store now I remember why. By the way your store stinks like absolute garbage.

Negative experience: You have a young gentleman working there right now who really doesn't know what he's doing. I asked for a wireless headset and he sold me a Wired headset I had left it in the Box because I was moving the next day to Philadelphia. I was very upset when I opened it and saw that it was wired. I honestly don't know how he could really mess that up he should know the difference between a wired headset and a wireless headset.

Positive experience: Like another game stop your getting riped off if your selling your devices, consoles and games. This gamestop has a better variety compared to the closest gamestop which is sundland park mall gamestop. They have a bigger variety in used games and little novelty items.

Negative experience: I can understand with there being one employee that you would he worried about students getting into trouble after class ends, but to yell at people to get out as they enter the store. It is very unprofessional, and quite honestly, leaving people to sit on the ground in front of the store is just incredibly demeaning. I go to this gamestop to peruse and potentially indulge my expensive habits, not to be chased out like an animal because. If you're looking for a gamestop, I reccomend the one on restler. While it is physically smaller, the employees are always very kind, and you're likely to find whatever it was you were lookong for, without the attitude.
