Positive experience: Always friendly a little crowded with products but other than that great.

Negative experience: DONT WASTE UR TIME- EMPLOYEE “dan” refused to help, and lost customers and business for the store by telling us to go to another location as he wasn’t trained clearly. So yeah, Don’t waste your time I have and regret it everytime I go here because the employee(s) will either screw you over on warranties, do not know GameStop policy, or send you to other stores instead of doing their job. Mainly DAN. This location has shown a repeated pattern of refusing to help customers by saying “I don’t know how to do that” and passing the problem off elsewhere. Dan specifically told me I had to go to a different store because he claimed he had no idea what we were talking about, which is unacceptable for a trained employee. This is not a one-time issue. In the past, Dan gave false information about a warranty that required escalation to corporate to fix. Corporate customer service later confirmed 100% that this was the correct policy, stated it was listed online, and told me that if I had issues with this employee again I should contact a corporate officer directly. Despite that, this store acted as if the policy didn’t exist at all. To make matters worse, corporate confirmed it would work, yet every store I called said the policy ended years ago, which is incredibly confusing and frustrating for customers. When I tried to hold Dan accountable, he refused to give his last initial even though that information is necessary when filing a complaint if there is more than one employee with the same name. I did inform him that the call was being recorded and I was part of the call, and the recordings reflect extreme rudeness, refusal to assist, and the same repeated behavior of redirecting customers instead of helping them. This store is losing money and customers by employing people who either don’t know policy or refuse to apply it. Dan clearly needs to be retrained and actually pay attention this time because this ongoing pattern should never reach customers more than once, let alone repeatedly.

Fantastic experience: I needed a gift for my nephew who loves Zelda games. I was able to find a Zelda case for his Nintendo Switch. He loved it!
Negative experience: Said they opened at 11, employee shows up at 1110 and hasn't opened the doors 30 minutes later.
Negative experience: Got sold a Xbox controller and upon the first day using it I was having trouble with stick drifts, player shooting the gun by itself and not letting the individual move forward it stayed stuck. I returned a couple days later at my earliest convenience, was not able to replace my controller with 1 year warranty. Currently stuck with a broken brand new out the box controller.
Positive experience: I normally have a very good experience at this game stop, but when Blooming Waters was released, i wasn't able to grab 1 box but saw one person with a whole truck full of them.... literally. That was very unprofessional as I heard that other gamestops were limiting 2 boxes per customer. I'll go back when release happens again, but if that happens again, I might just say goodbye to gamestop.
Fantastic experience: I come here often to buy Pokémon cards and Disney Lorcana cards as well I was able to obtain a couple of Prismatic Evolution boxes here on January 17th 2025 so I was definitely happy.
Positive experience: Manager is really cools; unfortunately most of the other employees don’t seem to like the job at all. Store is always clean. Parking is a pain.
Negative experience: So one day before I had to go to work I decided to make a stop along the way that was this GameStop because there was a specific game I wanted I arrived during normal business hours and the store was. closed sign said be back in 10 minutes so I waited around 10 minutes but the associate still hadn't arrived I didn't have time to wait anymore as it would cause me to be late to work. So in turn this would cause me to make a special trip to the store. I mean if maybe this person was on their lunch break maybe they could pick something up before work so they don't have to close the store that's just bad customer service. Also this is the store where I purchased my PS5 the associate was very pushy and manipulated me into purchasing their annual pro membership he kept pushing that it going to come out for free but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Since then ( about a year ago I have tried on 4 different occasions to find a very specific video game but usually GameStop never has it in stock I usually end up having to order it from Amazon or directly from the PlayStation Store . Game stop as a Company/ organization has a lot of unhappy customers and I'm Almost surprised that they have lasted this long.

Negative experience: Very unsatisfied with the service from the staff. We went in to buy a bunch of Pokemon Cards, but after the third transaction (more than 10 minutes later), the cashier decided to disclose that there was actually a sale on the cards. All of our transactions were already complete, so there was no way we could apply the sale! We asked to refund the cards and do it again to get the discount, but they refused, because they can't accept returns on Pokemon Cards. We left pretty upset, only to find out later that they also didn't give us the free promo cards that should have come with our purchases. Incredible.

We has bought a X Series bundle through Gamestop around Christmas & have spent almost 6 months getting the runaround about receiving our PowerUp Reward points for the purchase. Everything I went to a Gamestop & was asked to renew membership I would relay that mishap as to why I wouldn't renew. Well not only did Batman tell me he would help, get this ...He actually kept his word & followed up with me with a phone call later. These type of employees are rare.
