Fantastic experience: I love coming to this location, they have a great selection of everything! And Abraham is super friendly... makes you feel like family, and he is extremely knowledgeable about everything we've asked him from video games to pokemon cards and funko pops. Store is always clean as well.

Positive experience: The employee that was working there was extremely friendly and helpful. She was patient with my kid when he had silly questions and was very nice to him. The parking lot is awful to get in to and is very small and awkward. Also, the store didn’t have much in it, but it was still a good experience.

Positive experience: I would like to leave more than 3 stars but a couple of things have happened. Last Thursday I ordered a pre-owned PS4 slim from the shop because I was told buy one of the employees “I have some in stock at the warehouse”. I took the chance and I went along and purchased the pre-owned PS4 slim, even paid $10 for faster shipping. I just got the PS4 console today at 1:40, but it’s also *NOT* the PS4 I ordered. I ordered a slim and got a gen 1, and I also got the wrong charger cable. It came with a ps5 controller cable. I’ll cut my losses and keep the gen4, but I am a tad upset

Fantastic experience: Had to ho to Another Game Stop because my local one near me (Austin Hwy) have been adding extra charges to our bill without asking, didn't honor our Pro Monthly Discount, always want to sell New Games. ALL IS GOOD BUT I'M THE CUSTOMER. I'm a parent in the Pademic we're in why would you make changes for me, probably others too, it's still my preference there games so I would think you would not sell me a damaged CD, but y'all did/do I have experience this twice and the games we're $39.99 plus, then took it back 2-3days later then gave me $9-10 for it. Now what is wrong with this picture. ABUSING THE PROGRAM. I DID GET 800 # TO DO MORE COMPLAINING YOUR PLAYING THE GAME RETURN PROGRAM FOR YOUR GAIN. Austin Hwy location won't have to worry about us no more........

Negative experience: I don't like coming to visit a store and finding the shutters down and a sign indicating your "out to lunch". This isn't what I expect from a professional store front. Its inconvenient not to mention inconsiderate.

Negative experience: My first time going to this GameStop and it was the worst experience, the employee didn’t Say nothing at all to me. Was asking him question he seemed like he had a whole attitude with me, every question i asked him it seemed like i was getting on his nerves, was trying to make small talk with him that didn’t help either. What made it really sad i was the only one in the store, he made me feel very unwelcome. So my first and last time going to that location.

Fantastic experience: April was super friendly and patient with helping me as I was having issues with my card. This location is further from my house than others, but I'll definitely come here more often. The reason I came to this one instead of my usual is because this one still sells gift cards to restaurants and I wanted to buy some using my GameStop credit card.

Negative experience: I'm tired of answering questions and trying to convince the cashier that I want what I'm buying.

Negative experience: Just stopped by because I heard they are open but not open to come into but a number to call and that's cool my wife wanted just cause 4 charges me for it, he brings it out ask about switch, sold out and start to walk away and noticed he charged me double he said oh that's the old price.... Is this the sort of thing they mean when they say price gouging?

Positive experience: Really small store, even by GameStop standards. It's like the size of one you'd find at the malls. But if you want a game and find it online on their site, you can pick it up here, save a trip going there to browse.

Negative experience: The female that helped me buy my son's Switch was annoying and had no clue what anything was or what the store was out of. I asked her for literally six different games and each time she said OOPS I'm sorry we don't have that. Then she promised me a discount code and then said oh no the code expired. Te lo sico way! She told me no so many times I felt like I was two years old trying to stick a fork in an outlet. She is why we order stuff online and hate going to the store.

Fantastic experience: Went to get the new release of Red Dead Redemption 2 and I was totally planning on standing in line for at least an hour or so. That was not the case. As soon as it was time the system that they had put in place ran like clockwork. Like they have done this before, lol. They even had some awesome BBQ sandwiches for us to munch on. Highly recommend this shop, it's very well managed.
