Fantastic experience: Love it.

Negative experience: Is this gamestop even open? I've been calling and calling to try and find my reservation, because my local gamestop closed and they said it was transferred here. Unfortunately nobody answers the phone

Positive experience: Dont get me wrong. I like this game stop. But they always seem understaffed. I waited in a line for over 35 mins with only 4 people in front of me. There was only 1 employee. It was on a Sunday when shoppers are off work, kids are off schoo and people usually do their shopping so why wouldn't they prepare for that?

It seems like all the games top employees love their job, but Kirk was actually singing Kirby with us! Lol. He took the time to talk to my wife and I about kirby and helped us pick a game and a plush that worked for us. Thank you Kirk!!

Negative experience: I got a call 4 days ago to pick up mario and luigi brothership on November 7th when it comes out and I come to pick it up and the guy behind the desk doesn't know where it is or has even checked the boxes they got to see. Like what the heck gamestop. It's your only job. I'm glad I didn't renew my membership like I had planned to. The guy says come back in a few days to come get it when they can find it. Cancelled my pre-order and went to Walmaet to get it. Gamestop sucks ass. Don't pre-order your games here.

Fantastic experience: I love this location I just went yesterday around 640pm on 9/30 after I was denied buying mw3 from GameStop located on vineyard because they don't take cash after 630 the guys were just lazy and in a rush to leave. I didn't get the gentleman's name yesterday but he made me feel welcomed and talked to me about the MW franchise this is how GameStop workers should be people who love there job and are devoted to games great service and I'll definitely be coming to this location from now on just because of the wonderful service. Keep up the great work!

Negative experience: Staff was helpful & offered to search for what I was looking for, but this store does the same thing many other lamestops do; they open new games (no shrinkwrap) & then sell them still as new. The games are -not- "New" if they've been opened & I'm not paying full price for an opened game. When they didn't have what I was looking for, they tried what other stores do as well; push their Used copies so lamestop gets all the profit. I'm not spending $29 for a used game, when the new one on sale is $10, no matter how much they insist & try to push the "you can bring it back if you don't like it." Too many issues with this company. I only came here with my sister to find a game she wanted. Again, staff was great, this is not a reflection on them.

Negative experience: I had bought my son a game for Christmas but he did not like it so I took it back to return it I had the receipt and everything the game was 30 dollars and since it was open the most he could do for a refund was 16 dollars barely half of what I paid for it game stop is ripping people off on returns I don't suggest buying games from them unless you know for sure you plan to keep it

Negative experience: GameStop is a bad location for games because they are literally just stealing your money. GameStop has poor based trade in for games and consoles and they can't be negotiated with for an upper price mostly. In a Survey of 500 people about 467 people have claimed that GameStop has ripped them off on old collections and games. I personally went to GameStop to sell a Nintendo switch and they literally offered me 100$. It's common sense to not accept the offer because once again they are stealing your money. Some people have been able to negotiate with the dealership and get an upper or fair price for their collection once again not making them that bad. In the end it's a good 2 stars not 1 because some people have been able to get fair offers.

I showed up and was able to trade my damaged one for a mint condition one, I just had to show them my receipt from the online order. A++; 5-stars!!

Negative experience: Left a sign on the door that said “back in 6 mins” waited outside the store for 30! That store had the specific item I was looking for and another GameStop called and verified and advised me I should get there quickly since they would be closing soon, what a waste of time and gas! 20 minute drive for NOTHING.

Negative experience: Store is closed during operating hours. Said for 6 minutes but we waited way longer then that as did other customers that took off. This is not helping the company stay in business went to the Walmart instead

Positive experience: On a Tuesday went by to pick up a game and one customer was just taking to long with the employee and I was there unattended for about 10 minutes that was a bit rude but I understand the fact that it was Tuesday and it's usually not suppose to be as busy but come on it is getting close to the shopping holiday season you should really double up on employees at least 2 in the mid afternoon.
