Negative experience: Went in tonight and had one item i wanted to purchase, the cashier was checking prices for someone but not exaggeration they had over 60 games, they literally laughed and said sorry I can't open another register. So myself and 6 other customers walked out. I understand not being able to open another register and just having to wait in line but don't laugh at people wanting to make a purchase after they've already been waiting 15 minutes. You literally just lost a totally of 7 different customers in one night because of that attitude.
Negative experience: I called TWICE and some punk attending the store, hung up on me TWICE, and I just needed some quick information. So, being the hot head that I am I drove up there, and well whatdayaknow...the punk happened to be in the back. All of a sudden. I'm not an aggressive person, well maybe I am, but not once did I come off aggressive towards this individual, others than after he/she hung up on me the 2nd time.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this store. Went in last night to trade in my PS5. Everything was working and perfectly fine but they would only offer 210$ and would not match the guaranteed trade in price that their website said of 385$. When I asked if they would honor the kid at the counter said “I can’t even if I wanted to”, he was so rude to me. Never going back here, y’all have lost a repeat customer. No wonder GameStop is going out of business.

Fantastic experience: This is a great location with extremely friendly employees. The store is always clean and items are on the shelf easily found. The store layout is good but a little tight in front of the cash register with the marketing material in between the isle. They usually always have the games in stock that I'm looking for. They frequently have great deals on accessories I picked up an RGB keyboard for about half price of what it normally was. Stop by and check this place out.
Negative experience: Worst GameStop, I went in on Mother’s Day and I believe it was ‘Isaac’ was so rude. Every time I go in they are always very rude and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Called to make sure about the status of my pre order, as GameStop tends to not call whenever the items arrive and as the items I have on pre order are already shipping to other GameStops. The guy that helped me twice once over the phone and in person legit sounded so annoyed just because I asked about the status of the items legit once these items come in im not gonna pre order from here again

Negative experience: Tried to return a game 4 hours after buying it, turns out I bought the wrong item. Employee refused to make a refund, when I asked about getting store credit per the receipt saying I was allowed to get full credit if returned within 48 hours, he also refused only offering me $14 on a $60 game. A former employee happened to be in the store at the time and overhead my conversation and chimed in saying I was entitled to the full store credit, if it wasn't for that former employee, I would have been screwed out of money. I will never purchase a game from this store again, I can simply get the same games from Target, Walmart, or Best Buy and I know those stores honor their return policies.
Negative experience: Update: Decided to give this location a second chance, and was disappointed yet again. The gentleman who was working popped up from behind the counter 2 hours before close and let out an obnoxious sigh as though he didn't want to be bothered helping us. If you're going to complain about working, don't work. I will drive the extra distance to avoid this location from now on. I have made many purchases at this location and have never had any bad experiences. But today was pretty shady, I purchased a game was told my rewards was ending, and realized that without asking me if I wanted to renew he had put the renewal on automatically. Typically they will ask if you would like to renew and it's a simple yes or no and generally speaking I say yes because I use it and enjoy receiving the magazines. I let him do his thing, and then he tried adding on a game warranty. Again without asking, fairly disappointing. If this is the practice they use during the holidays I can see a lot of people who don't know any better getting taken advantage of.

Negative experience: Rude staff, clean store but for some reason they bait and switch so many games prices with no explanation. Why can I buy it online for $20 cheaper or why does the sticker say $40 but it rings up $60? And ordering online takes forever to ship, they came back as a joke but this place is really going the way if Blockbuster except they were likeable.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy just perusing the store every now and then and enjoy finding goodies like these posted. I'm a huge fan of Legend of Zelda, so I was thrilled to find these. My husband surprised me with the Legend of Zelda game and watch!
Negative experience: My past few experiences with this location have been horrible. First the employee automatically tried charging me for insurance on a game and tried adding the $15 membership to my purchase. If he would have explained the benefits, I would have purched it. Second, I pre-ordered 3 Funko Pops. I received a call when one was released. About a month after the other 2 were released, I called and asked if they were in. They were. They had been there for a couple of weeks. Next, I was in the store and found 4 new FNAF that were released. Multuples of all 4 were on the shelf. I went to purchase them and was told they were not available for purchase die to them having a release date... 4 months from the day I was in the store. He stated he could sell them to me as a pre-order, but could not take them home until the official release date. This is ridiculous. I feel like I'd rather pay a little more and purchase elsewhere with better service, than shop here again.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always friendly in the store. I don't play games often even though I have a bunch of them. The staff offer me their recommendations when I ask for a certain genre or explain what I like and if they don't have a title at the store they quickly check other stores and tell me where it is.

Fantastic experience: Good customer service, in and out, and a secluded away store that most likely doesn't have that many people come to it which is nice. Last time I was there it was pretty cleared out but that was most likely due to the holidays. They still had what I was looking for so that worked out perfectly for me.

Wouldn't you know it, I frickin found one I didn't have! I was excited, grabbed it like gold and it was on sale! Love it!

Negative experience: Was waiting to purchase a Star Wars figure. There were two employees, one was with another customer and the other was just standing there on her phone and never once called/asked if we were ready. Left the figure and walked out, they lost a sale. Terrible customer service, never once asked if we were ready even though we were standing in line with no one else in front or behind us for at least 5-7 minutes.

Negative experience: First off the employee that helped me was GREAT!!! The reason for the low stars is because of gamestops false advertising for "simple and contactless delivery at door" they say you can buy online and pick up at the door. But what they fail to mention is that when you buy it then go grocery shopping and try to pick it up on your way home it can take up to 3 HRS for the employee to get the notification to give you the game EVEN WHEN YOU SHOW YOUR RECIEPT!!! And thats how frozen groceries go bad.

Last time the cashier helping me asked for me to remove the stickers so I did. Stopped by again to trade in and the manager told me they couldn’t accept it without it being damaged out for sticker glue on pad. What a rip off. Won’t shop here at all.

Negative experience: Terrible store to go to, went in to buy a controller, they had a white PlayStation wireless controller out on the floor and I was in the process of purchasing it when apparently the manager came over and said that the controller wasn’t suppose to be on the floor because it hasn’t been released yet, but there were 3 white controller on the floor to buy.... he didn’t let me buy it even though I was already in the process of buying the controller, very rude manager didn’t even say anything to me just took the controller away. So I went to Walmart next door and got 2 wireless controllers for 100 bucks. Definitely will not be spending my money at this game stop that’s for sure. Rude manager
