I’m like no it’s in peak condition I just opened it and my sister got me a ps5 so I closed it so I can sell it he then says the one they had only sold for 20 I ask if it only sold for 20 why does it say $599 then ???

Negative experience: Sorry for my username I am black, but, this place is terrible I went in there to get my hdmi port fixed and they lie and tell people it takes 30 minutes. It’s going on 3 days, when I went up there they told me it would be ready on Friday now it’s Saturday, when I went up there again they told me it would be ready tomorrow “HOPEFULLY”, then they told me $100 on the phone but they charged me $130 and my sister also went there and her game was still damaged.

Negative experience: Alot of items arent priced and then they have to go online and give you a price. Alot of stuff isn't even clean to asking for full price, game cartridges are dirty things don't look like they are tested just by how dirty the games are. Their knowledge of what video game items are isn't very high. Not very organized either.

Negative experience: Not only were the prices horribly overpriced, but they don't check the conditions of what they sell. We got 2 games one of which did not work at all and another that stopped working a couple days after buying it. Would never go again- ebay and other games stores are more worth the wait/travel. The Exchange in Wicker Park is a better option for anyone looking.
