Negative experience: Yeah don’t sell your consoles here it’s a scam. I asked for a Nintendo switch 1 trade in since I have a switch 2, but the employee in the phone demanded the port, HDMI, all of it thing like brand new for $37 trade in, while I offered it to some stranger in the app offer up just the console factory reset for $120

After a frustrating and chaotic launch day experience at another location, this GameStop was a total breath of fresh air. Great please for gamers!

Negative experience: Employees definitely holding back or buying product themselves. Joshua claims they only got 4 mini tins and 1 surprise box when the tins are shipped in a box of 8. Absolutely no blooming waters. Trash location.

Negative experience: Store hours posted are 10:00am -7pm . I have been waiting infront for over 40minutes now. Making it 10:40 , saw 2 employees walk in 15 minutes ago . Yet store is still closed to customers

Negative experience: Most GameStop’s are great the problem with the 1520 n Cicero one is they never answer there phone.

Positive experience: Gamestop use to be a fun location with employees who cared about there job. This location specifically needs a moral boost

Fantastic experience: The people were super chill and were even Honest about how they feel or how their day went. Besides that they even helped me save money when buy new games!

Negative experience: I found 3 games that I wanted to purchase. One of the games still had the 50% off sticker on it and the representative did not honor the discount. Then he removed the sticker off in front of me. I decided to move past that and purchase the other 2 games I wanted. The system then goes down and will not accept tap or swipe, then another representative yells out in the store that they are now only accepting cash. That same representative was dealing with a trade in and seemed to be having trouble. Since I didn’t have the cash to purchase the games I left. I return a few days later to the same location hoping to purchase the games that I was looking for over the weekend, only to find that one of the games had tripled in price since I was last there. There were still games with the 50% off sticker, so I brought one of the games I wanted to purchase only for the same representative from this weekend to tell me that the game was no longer in stock, yet they have a New game box on the shelves

Negative experience: The manager is the worse we arrived an hour before they close and apparently they closed at 7 and we got there at 7:01 and the manager was still there and he wouldn’t give me my pick up order and he insisted to not give it to me even though the order is already paid for. I hope that manger gets fired worse game stop ever.

Horrible customer service, they were very rude and could not help at all. The guy had no knowledge of the items at hand. I will NEVER visit this location, by the way i didnt spend a dime because of this poor service.
